McDonald's

Went through drive through to get my wife a breakfast sandwich. All we asked for was a plain sausage mcgriddle and add bacon. We got cheese on it. Took it back in, had them redo the order, we got it with egg. I talked to the kitchen manager the first time I took it back and explained I asked for a plain sandwich and got cheese on it. She told me that when I ask for any sandwich plain, it comes with cheese. OH NO IT DOES NOT! Had to take it back in a third time because they left the sausage off of it. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A SIMPLE SANDWICH? The worst experience I have had.

Great, friendly staff on evening of Friday January 20th, 2024. Girl who was working front end went above and beyond.

Asked for vanilla ice coffee with extra cream in it. Served with regular ice coffee no cream. Such a terrible experience

Mostly they busy on phone not with customer lot off attitude never get food on time stop using phone job

Every time I go to this Mcd’s the food is on point. French fries are warm and crispy. Burgers are delicious and the staff is very friendly! One of my favorite locations!

Ordered 4 coffees and gave specific instructions to add sugar and milk for 3 of them. After we get the coffees we realized that they did not add them at all. I went to the counter and respectfully told the tall girl wearing a cap and glasses that you forgot the sugar can you please add some sugar in our coffee? She throws the sugar in front of us very rudely. Tbh I don't expect that much from McDonalds, but if the manager or her colleagues read this, please consider booking her an appointment with a therapist. Very concerned about her mental health.

Thank you to the dedicated staff that have stuck it out and continued to work throughout these trying times and that have not jumped ship for the government handouts.

Took 13 minutes to get our food. Didn't get nugget sauce and the nuggets were cold. Too long for fast food and the amount of people ahead of us.

Always super busy. Don't make the mistake of going to the drive-thru on your lunch break you will be late for work. Customer service is poor they really don't care about your order.

Stopped here on the way to Toronto, service was fast but they served us old/ recooked food. Which in fairness probably many McDonald's do but what really tipped the iceberg was my coke in which they mixed in something else. Luckily enough the staff was fast to rectify their mistake and provide us with fresher burgers. Please put more sauce in the Fish fillet.

Worst service for skip drivers. Usually they wait outside in cold and hot weather. Manny times they did complaints about it, But nobody bother it. I am also do skip some I usually denied the mcdonalds order.because skip driver also doing work and there is no sense for waiting outside for customers order and even mcdonalds doesn’t bother. Almost never get my order right and just recently order sausage mcgriddles and got a frozen bread and they all had eggs on them. Very dissatisfied.

Waited 15 minutes to get served at the drive through while the girl had her mic on talking to her coworkers, finally ordered and got home to find out that the whole order was wrong and missing items. This isn’t the first time and at this point I doubt it will be the last can you also explain to me how it’s okay to serve undercooked chicken

Worst McDonald's ever! Rude night staff and and a hamburger that looked like stew on a bun. WIsh I could take back the one star.

I think I have had the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had tonight. First we go through the drive through at 11: 00 pm so please keep in mind that the line is not nearly as busy as it is during the day, I ordered two McDouble meals with 3 sides of Mac sauce. After waiting about 30 minutes with the empty drive through filling up I THEN received my order. I received two hamburgers (which were disassembled inside the wrapper) and one fry, no sauce. The workers were talking about the weather at the window. This place is a joke, use the money to go buy some food to cook at home honestly, at least that way you actually get what you payed for

Only one self serv kiosk was working. This could be due to covid and distancing requirements, but the presence of the other non functioning kiosks made it impossible to distance while in line for the register. Also, the fries could use more salt.

This message is to the owner. The one who sometimes serves coffee at 9 am on Saturdays with all her diamond jewelry on. I have been in line for 47 minutes. Maybe you could hire some staff. Maybe pawn one of your tacky out of touch with reality rings to pay your staff better. I wouldn't be proud to call this establishment mine

Everytime we go to this McDonald's, we have issues. The last time I went, I finally said enough is enough and demanded my money back for the food which was not consumed due to their error. The manager who did my refund would not even hear what I had to say. They are not interested in the opinion of the community nor do I see them even talking to their cooks about issues that were created. I live close and would rather drive all the way across town to the other location than to ever return to this one.

Pulled in to the drive through to grab some icecream, placed our order and waited in line for our order. Wait in line for 6 to 7 min, get to the window they shut the icecream machine 4 min ago!

Took a bite of my plain, toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. I see why!

Moins un étoile parce qu'ils ne comprennent pas ma français, ni ma japonais. Heureusement je parle anglais et eux aussi. Mais autrement excellent!

Kinda slow I have waited 15 min in line to order at drive throw an then 10 min to get my food to only be missing a couple things

Mcdonalds is the same no matter where you go. Boring? Maybe so, but at least you know its going to be consistent.

Just stopped in for a late late lunch. They were busy but the wait wasn't very long. All staff was wearing masks and face shields. Great service

I forgot the playset would be closed for Covid 19. Now I'm a horrible dad.but the coffee was good!

Grabbed a burger out of the bag, was cold already, was still in parking lot.
Kids were happy though

We just went through the drive-thru the meal was great and the sanitation looked like it was 100%. Thanks McDonald's

Took 10 minutes for the girl to take my order of a big Mac meal with bacon. I don't understand what's so difficult about a big Mac meal with bacon. In the end they didn't even get it right. I just want to know how you put that much time into taking an order and still get it wrong

This is still fast food but no longer more affordable than any other sit down restaurant. At $2.70 for a small drink and $3.25 for a medium drink those are higher quality restaurant prices.

Have at Brookdale ave location in Cornwall twice in the last month and both times staff are not wearing masks properly. The first time two staff on food prep line didn't have masks on properly and were notified at the time but today we waited until leaving to see the staff still with mask below nose in prep area. I will not be returning to this location again and will let people I know of this carelessness of health safety there.

Went there for the pancake breakfast was dissapointed to see that despite of charging $5 cakes are tiniest in size & no butter was included in the package.

This McDonald’s is NOT open 24 hours. 2nd week in a row drove all the way into town only to find the place closed.

Only place that'll sell you nuggets and not give you sauce at all every time ffs like whyyyyyyy

The restaurant is clean and has a playroom for kids, but McDonald's has recently been upping their prices and their food is not worth the price anymore. If the prices were lower it'd be perfect.

I order often, but my big Mac came not even put together and because it was delivered by skip the dishes the only thing I could do was drive over and get a new. Absolutely unimpressed.

Food quality was sub-par to most of the take out drive in McDonalds I have visited on my travels. My order was also not correct.

Just too busy when we went, but that's not a fault against the place. Why 3 stars, if you like McDonald's, you are going to go regardless.
