Me and my friend wanted to go get some food because we walked on my church with you that she go to 4350 Lawrence and me and him had so much fun. It is so delicious like the food that actually made it probably it was quick and the fries weren't cold. They were actually freshly made and also that the food was amazing.
Bought meals from nightstaff, all our drinks were watered down for some reason- not just alot of ice, literal water poured into it, forgot our straws too.
Bad drive thru service almost every time.my final straw was having to go through the drive-thru 3 times in a row because they couldnt get an ice-coffee right.finally ended up going inside and corrected the order.won't be going here again despite it being on the way to work
Was given a wrong order and went back for my correct one but was given a runaround. They blaming the delivery guy while the wrong food was delivered at the correct address.
I visited there on sunday 5 sep around 2: 37 Am the manager is an dumpass don’t even know how to handle the situations. Bad service never recommend this location due to only that person’s behavior.
Teach your drive through window servers 1 cup of coffee at a time that black 2 sugar coffee in the tray fell out on my groin went into the seat and burned the inside of my groin (internal thigh) and soaked my pants and seat.
Poor Poor experience every time whether it's a drive by or Skip the dish order. Today I ordered a simple order of Hotcakes meal (order #24461), the order already mentions that it'll come with syrup, butter and yogurt. Yet they failed to provide. I would like to ask the person preparing the order, if they ever had pancakes without syrup and butter? Or was it lack of care? Clearly the latter. When I called to follow up with the store, very easily the girl said they aren't able to help I have to follow up with the driver or skip the dish. Why the driver? Are you trying to tell me the driver managed to take out the butter, syrup and yogurt, just for the heck of it and then sealed the package back? Or are you trying to put the fault on someone else? It's not the driver its YOU! Get it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Being able to deliver fast service isn't always the answer. Quality of the service matters too. I paid for the full order and you ripped me off by not completing it. Unsatisfactory service, both through the order and the call. Please coach your staff on the quality of the service.
I ordered a coffee picked up in the drive thru. The cup felt cold so I just pulled over, the coffee was barely warm. I went back around and when I got to the food service window, the woman there was very rude. She should not be serving the public and I tossed the coffee as I didn't trust her. (that is how rude she was) I'm glad the coffee was a freebie. Will not go there again.
Friendly customer service and management. I visited early morning on May 11,2021 and the Manager was very helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to the manager (don't know her name) for making my Tuesday morning a great one!
McDonald's is what it is, they all have to be very similar. And as a rule it's my favourite place to get breakfast and my favourite coffee. My concern was this particular location. In the middle of a pandemic there were far too many people milling about inside the restaurant. No staff members were asking people to remain outside until there was room to remain 6ft apart. And most unfortunate, there were people standing inside the restaurant with no masks or improperly masked and there was no staff guidance. It makes me wonder if the people are trained in the health protocols here. It's been over a year now, surely we get it by now. Food is fine as is all McDonald's but pandemic protocols were a total disappointment and I will not be back.
Food was good. But they need to paint the grey posts at the drive-thru YELLOW!
Specially if they were going to indent the pickup window so far inside the building. And have two giant steel posts the color of the tarmac. At least they have a plastic shielding.

The lady working the drive thru on Tuesday April 13th, 2021 at 12: 00am made an error on our order and when I kindly circled back to let her know she wrongly accused me for lying and trying to get free Jr Chickens (total being under $4.00). I was appalled by her bold and very incorrect assumption as she proceeded to say that we purposely drove around trying to get free food.
Her overall demeanour was awful - I hope management retrains her so no future customers with dietary restrictions get accused for trying to get free food when she is the one that made an error -employee's with the attitude this lady displayed sadly contributes to the bad rep this location already has
The kiosk was down due to network.had to wait for 20 minta. Cashier offers free coffee as good gesture, however, the customer service manager gave the cashier rough time n I decided to pay for it.the the toilet had no tissue. The customer service manager need training.
Drive thru is never moving.u will encounter atleast 2 to 3 crackheads knocking on ur window asking for change and wont take no for answer. Morningside and kingston ghetto at its finest.
Looked like there were drunk and high people hanging around outside - makes people nervous to be there and they need to check the drive thru orders better - paid for a 6 piece nuggets and got 4 pieces.in a box labeled 6

If you ever want a bed bug infestation in your home, please come visit this place, they have tons of those spread everywhere you can imagine and they all for free! For you to take all of them to your home. Thanks Mcdonalds
If you want to show your children what a begging crack head looks like, take the drive thru. If you'd like to see them up close and personal go inside for your meal, bums, cracks are inside, yelling cursing. I have tired to call the manager on duty several times but no one ever answer the phone. Management most times are very rude. I gave up on this location.
It's okay for fast food there crispy chicken is really good and I find the mighty Angus to be good. There poutine is okay. There washroom are sometimes clean. For inside of this restaurant I'll never sit down to eat there the reason being it has a mix of of old people and shady looking people Staff are okay some are friendly and some shouldn't even be working there. Drive though is usually always busy Overall it is always busy there.
The place was disgusting. A lot of workers all watching the Raptors game. Order took forever. Out of all the Salads. Didn't give me the right sauces for my nuggets. Never going there again.
Food was as expected if you feel like wading through some sketchy people to get to it and listening to them babble to themselves as they struggle with their demons. Don't accidentally step into their path if they are on their way to have a smoke lol
Nice place but not computer workers friendly as it only has one power input. The staff plays around too much and I've been left standing waiting while stuff talk to each other. Also they take too long to clean the mess left on tables.
Really good food, they usually never fail to make my order. I felt spontaneous and I wanted to get something different than my usual order. So I ordered a bacon and cheddar Angus, no veggies and add ketchup.they put only ketchup and they took off my bacon and cheddar.
Service sucks each time i go there. I'm drive through or inside the store. Then they want to be disrepectable and put milkshake on courted without lip and say if I'm disrepectable that's what I get ow bye. Because I see what's happening customers after me order and get theirs stuff after me with food and drinks. Hate going on there. I called and if I don't get a call back I will go in before work and talk to a manager about that dude attitude
I hate to leave a bad review. I rarely enjoy sitting and having a coffee at this location because other customers openly consuming alcohol / screaming / cussing. It's something that happens on a daily basis.
That's my main issue here and why I prefer the Tim Horton's near it.
The location at Morningside and Kingston is amazing however the location at Brock and Highway 2 is awful. I waited 20 minutes for a latte that NEVER CAME. So I told them I want a refund. Awful customer service. Not worth your time.
