Unfortunately this location has changed for the worse. The drive thru staff this morning were rude and incompetent. How could an order for 3 muffins and 3 coffees and 1 hashbrown possibly get screwed up? Each coffee order was wrong!
Time to smarten up McDonald's!

You do know that people have cheese allergies and I'd like for once in my life that I don't want CHEESE on my burger! Weather it's at your restaurant or food delivery that the workers don't ASSUME it's with cheese! Kinda pathetic you people can't read!

I'm saddened to say that this McDonald's has really gone downhill in the past few months. This used to be my go-to spot for a quick and reliable meal, but the recent experiences have been disappointing, to say the least.

The most consistent issue I've encountered is with the accuracy of orders. Almost every time I visit, there's an item missing from my order. This isn't just an occasional oversight; it's become a regular occurrence, which is frustrating when you're on the go and rely on a complete order.

What compounds this problem is the noticeable change in staff attitude and customer service. In the past, the team here was friendly and helpful, always ready to correct any mistake with a smile. Lately, however, the staff seem disinterested and detached. There's a palpable sense of apathy, and it feels like no one there really cares about customer satisfaction anymore.

I understand that this isn't a five-star restaurant, and my expectations are set accordingly. But, getting the order right is a basic expectation for any food service, especially for a well-known chain like McDonald's. It's disheartening to see such a decline in a place that used to be reliable and customer-friendly.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and that there will be improvements. Until then, I'm hesitant to return for another letdown.

Clean restaurant as far as fast food places go and the food.well its mcdonalds.the workers.my god are they obnoxious.i've never seen more obnoxious employees in my life in any place they need to remember they're in an open space everyone can see them and hear them.i visit often and everytime i'm unimpressed as far as professionalism goes.yes its a mcdonalds its fast food but god.so obnoxious.

Had to go back after getting home because was missing half the order. After getting them to remake it, all the food was served cold. Aweful location. Will not be back.

Coffee always taste burnt even when they’re busy. For some reason they can never get an order right.

Rarely get McDonald's anymore, but it was the only place open when my shift was done. The fries were definitely old, but the guy in drive-thru was so friendly and kind, it didn't matter. It's sad how rare kindness is now, but he made me smile.

For crying out loud, when I order a BLT I want a BLT. I did not say BLT with egg. Just a BLT. What is the issue with taking an order. When I order a BLT (bacon lettus tomatoe) just give me a BLT PLEASE

Worst McDonald’s in Ottawa by far rude staff, and make a order, 70 dollars worth of food and they mess it up get home and realize not worth the drive always negative and bad service

The renovated place is very spacious and clean. Fast service and the ice cream, which is one of the best, did not melt quickly. My family and I like this place.

Fast and clean place the staff very friendly and helpful, one one of the best MacDonald places. I strongly recommend this place. They have very clean washroom and clean floor. They accept phone offers. They have drive through service. They open late. The food hot and fresh specially the coffee. I will never go to other MacDonald in Ottawa other than this place. Thanks again for your exceptional customer service and friendly staff

3rd time ordering breakfast no hash brows
Asked if the still served a product cleared my order and had to redo order for my family
Gave me all wrong drinks had to go back because the listened to the voices in their heads and not the voice of the customer

I ordered 10 chicken nuggets and only received 9 of those nuggets. My life never felt so empty.

Typical McDonald's food quality, but service is lacking. On more than one occasion have gone through the drivethru and had to wait even with no one waiting at the windows. Will typically be out of items advertised on the menu.

I regularly go to this mcdonalds as i live close, but today i got phenomenal service. Not only did one if the staff, without prompt or question, help me get throigh the exit doors with my stroller, but it turned out that i didn't have my card on me when i went to pay. They were kind enough to give me my coffee as i was on the way out the door because it was already made. It was one of my best experiences out and about, and i truly appreciate their staff for their kind hearted gestures.

This McDonald's has been consistent in providing good customer service, a clean establishment, along with a pretty decent "fast" food menu to choose from. It's one of the places that doesn't often claim that the "ice cream machine is broken or turned off" which rocks because the soft serve ice cream is delicious!

If you want to save yourself done money download the app for your cell phones and use the so to order your meal, I often save about $7.00 compared to not using the app.

Second time missing one of the main items that I ordered. I understand that employees must be busy, but would you guys able to double check the order before pass to the customer?

Well I just ordered a large fries, and asked the person specifically to give me 2extra habanero dips. After paying for 2extra, the employee named STELLA still kept only 2 in the bag and while handing me over the bag, the words that came out of her mouth was, ”LARGE FRIES & 4DIPS” WAKE UP MANAGEMENT. #SHAME #SHAMEMCDONALDS

Always check your orders to make sure you have everything. I've ordered double hamburgers and they forgot to put the second patty. Most recently staff forgot to put my sweet and sour sauce with my Mc Nugguts.

People at this location are senseless and with lot of attitude. A big middle finger for this place.

I had some issues with skip the dishes.both of my orders got cancelled. The second driver originally reached out to me, and I mentioned I would call him back, but when I did I got nothing but a dial tone. The gentlemen who I spoke to at McDonald's baseline was just that, a gentlemen. He genuinely wanted to help. This is someone you should have dealing with scenarios like this on the regular. As frustrated as I was originally, I felt totally satisfied with the way the situation was handled, and am happy to try again another time. Most reviews are negative, which is why I am happy to share a positive one.

Nobody would believe how horrible this breakfast was so I was sure to get photographic evidence.
Raw egg yolk, hair, and cheese smushed to the side. An abomination that shouldn't call itself breakfast.
Didn't bother returning this sandwich cause I waited long enough to get it. If you complain, the most you'd get is an apathetic sorry. Paid $13 for two of these insults with coffee. Absolutely pathetic. Got a well constructed email from the manager saying he was definitely going to talk to the crew but how does that help me since I'll never be going back.
Should have learned my lesson when they messed up a simple request a month ago. Went to get a bagel with egg, no bacon. Got it with bacon, so we returned it. Went back to the table, there's bacon again. Went back, got a raisin bagel with only bacon? That 3 screw ups on one simple order.
Seriously the worst breakfast team in Ottawa. Get yourselves together. It's not that hard to leave the egg on the grill the amount you're supposed to and let it cook fully. It's not that hard to throw away broken cheese and place a fresh slice on something someone's going to eat.

Hashbrowns are a part of breakfast. Don’t offer “All Day Breakfast” if your not going to offer hashbrowns after 11am. Never coming back to this location and will boycott any other McDonald’s that follows this location in not offering hashbrowns

Try the limited-time fish and chips, they were palpable.probably wouldn't buy them a gang. However overall very pleased with McDonald's in their products.what was really good about the order, they took my order and I sat at the table and they brought it to the table and it was hot.

People working hard under stupid pressure from company AND customers so take it easy on staff. Company is complete garbage.

It was a good e-customer experience. By that I mean I finally know how to use their onsite e-ordering menu (the touch screen menu). Ordering a medium coffee the way I like it was quick and painless. Before i knew it i had my receipt in-hand and within a minute or 2, my coffee, just the way i ordered it. No queue.

This is a very busy McDonald's so the food is always fresh. They do "table service" which is incredible.

I would have given zero stars if there is an option. MCd here is the worst I have seen so far. Food was not cooked properly. Whoever made my dinner, it was awful and waste of money. Not recommend to visit.

This place is disgusting. Iced coffee has grinds in it, besides that this place is not well maintained. Would not recommend eating here unless there is no other options.

This McDonalds is near my work, so sometimes I get some stuff to eat here. I like Big Mac's but am a little uneasy about sauce that I can't name the colour of. Ketchup; Red, check. Mustard; Yello, check. Big Mac Sauce: ?

Bought a burger from baseline location and the entirety of contents of the burger was all over the place. My burger all fell apart, as a burger fanatic I didn't like the presentation of the burger. Could have been held together better. Other then that the restaurant was well kept clean. Washrooms were clean and drive thru was quick. Wait time wasn't long at all.

Slow service. I had to leave my order to catch my bus because it took them more than 5 minutes to make a small tea at 5: 30 in the morning. Not the first time this happens. I'm not impressed at all.

I gave this mcdonalds a 1 star review originally, but they have really improved their service so 4 stars it is!

The pickup window was closed and frosted so you can't see if there's someone there to hand out food. The signs indicating what the windows are too high up to be seen. We ended up at the delayed food window and was chastised by a manager type. Cleaner better signed windows are needed

I don't understand why are the employees still handling food with their bare hands. I watched as a young man made my wrap, and handled the chicken with his bare hands. I couldn't eat it. Unacceptable

Very nice turnaround since my last latenight visit as I work all through the night. Service was very fast and efficient (hot food) and the order was done correctly! Also my pet peeve concerning always flat fountain pop seems to have been fixed as the coke I had tonight was much better than last time. Maybe new manager in place, not sure but was impressed with my last visit. BRAVO!

Occasionally, service is good, but the quality and efficiency has gone down to the point that I will avoid it if possible. Nice customer service, but the pace is slow. I don't mind waiting, honestly, but there is often a line up /full parking spots in the "to be served" options.

After tasting your coffee there's no comparison. It's the best coffee there is compared to Tim Hortons which is no longer the best sometimes it actually tastes like swill but they also have better choices of food now but to me coffee is number one

Fine. They gave me a burger instead of a muffin, but I went inside and they swapped no problem. My guilty pleasure is an iced coffee with light syrup and a shot of espresso! Waaaay cheaper than Starbucks especially during $1 drink days of summer!
