Good Customer service were provided. Also it parking in the front as well as rear. Also, driver thru service is available. And it is quite busy store usually.

Good service even watched an employee run with someone's order there a parking lot an on the road (customer didn't get what was forgotten but I won't forget watching this manager run like it was the persons last meal) could work on different parking areas when it comes to customers waiting of foood if not ready in drive thru all in all

Long line ups for drive through around 11: 45 P. M. Even though they have 2 lane, they had only one lane open. It took more than 10 minutes to get to the order screen. Management should atleast have 2 lanes open till 1 AM on weekends. Otherwise food was good and service okay as well.

Ordered twice from Uber eats and both time ordered chicken nuggets and BOTH times never got any sauce smh like do u know how dry chicken nuggets are without any sauce. Like who runs this place? ! From the reviews doesn’t look like anybody with sense disappointed 51$ and have to eat plain dry nuggets! Do better Mcdonalds

The worst McDonald in term of product and service, cold garbage coffee and out of preapration, no positive respond. Total garbage.many time mistakes and no respect.

Love the customer service, the staff is very friendly, I asked for cup of water they didn’t charge me. Highly recommended

Bad cashiers don’t know how to talk always messes up the order it’s like we taking for free the way the employees speak to their customers

Went here last night with a semi large order. We instructed the staff to do the order in 6 different bags under one bill. The order was organized and made simple to consider the staff.
Upon receiving our order, it was grouped by types, example, all burgers in one bag, all fries in one bag and so on. Although exactly what we did not ask for, not a big deal.
However, the issue here was they missed 2 apple pies, and a 6 pack nuggets. Paid for, nothing Recieved.

Their Ice cream and milkshake machines are always broken. And there’s also at least 20-25 mins wait times after you place the order even at night.

Food items are good but a big unresolved problem if you'll not get full order! Experienced many times! Even after complaining the team leader, the issue is as it is as before! Most if the times, 1 or 2 items missing while you request more than 5 items!

Seriously true.

Better to always cross check before you leave! We don't have time to come back and be in the line for making just arguments for 4-5 $ items!?

This is a good McDonald's and a nice location off of highway 401 and it has a play place for children. However the way the drive-through is structured is not so convenient. If the drive-through is busy it blocks the way to access the parking lot at the back. There is so much empathy space on the side.

I order food from skip the dishes and I mentioned no pickles as i am allergic to it. Even on the outer box there was slip saying no pickle and i was about to eat it thank god i got smell of it. Management should provide proper training to the their staff. God knows if i didn’t get that smell ……. I don’t even want to give them 1 star but there’s no other option.

Used mobile ordering, waited in the designated parking spot and got our food in no time plus the food was nice and hot! The staff member was nice and friendly which made this a 5-star review!

Horrible drive through service, takes forever to get the most basic order. Had a horrible experience yesterday 2: 30am -3am where we waited 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to respond through the service speaker to take our order before moving in line to maybe order through the window directly, the car in front of us waited 10 minutes at the window and we finally decided to just drive off. Never going back here

Massively disappointed. I went in for the new Grand Big Mac and we’ll it fell way short. I don’t blame the location for this, it’s a busy location and the staff are top notch but food quality is getting worse and worse. The patty in their marketing photos looks huge like a 1/4 pound patty. It’s just a little bigger than the regular patty with a giant bun and way to much lettuce. The bun is easily 30% bigger than the beef patty. I feel totally ripped off and will never go back. Oh and stale fries, McDonald’s makes the best fries but the ones they gave me were stale and floppy and cold. Trash, nothing worth it.

Always stale hamburgers and they forgot to bring my fries to my car in reserved lane 1 from my drive thru order. I literally had to go inside the restaurant & ask where my food was!

Customer service is pathetic. Especially in the night time. The girl in the desk (in a checked white shirt) is so rude and unprofessional

I tried the newest addition McDonald's: Chicken McMuffin which is a crispy chicken patty, a good amount of creamy mayo and a slice of cheddar cheese sitting on a toasted English muffin. This location provides great customer service during anytime of the day.

I go here most mornings for a coffee and the occasional breakfast and everytime I pull up to the speaker nobody talks to me so I have to drive up to the window to order and when I pull up they are on their phones texting or playing with the Rubik's Cube. This location is such a joke

The quality of food is overall good, but they miss something everytime I order by Uber eats, like poutine or drinks or fries in a meal, even at around 2.00 AM when it's not so busy;

For uber driver this mac donald is very unrespectful to driver and keep them under rain and snow and coold weather.customer is custoer no diffrence between thse who are coming by theselves or those shopping by uber.but they keep drives under rain and snow at midnight and do not let them to pick up through drive through.it is really cruelity

HORRIBLE customer service. Staff are very rude - night shift supervisor, please train your staff. Very disrespectful.

We had a great at this restaurant. We liked the first-rate vibes and the meals. The staff members are super affable. I’m glad we ultimately managed to visit this restaurant.

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff and good service. I noticed a mistake in my order (I received a mocha instead of a hot chocolate) and they were happy to correct it and even made sure that they had included everything from my original order (I’d ordered extra whipped cream). That kind of customer service is really nice.

Took them 15 minutes to give me my peppermint hot chocolate. After I left, I realized it was only hot milk. I drive back and complained to the manager. She offered to get my a new one or give a refund. What about the 30 mins I wasted? Can she refund those back to me? Horrible customer service. I've also waited 10 mins on the drive thru for coffee, and when I was paying they had my order wrong more than once.

Got my large fry and it was literally half way full. Called to talk to someone and they NEVER answer the phone.
Plus my drink was 3/4 ice. Was finished in 3 sips.

Very disappointed with their service. I ordered a seriously chicken tomato and mozzarella with no lettuce and extra cheese- obviously I wasted my time ordering specifically what I wanted because the just gave me the burger how it’s normally made. To top it off, the cheese was hanging off close to falling and I am now home with a very unpleasant dinner! Thanks guys

Liked the place. Tidy, comfortable seating, friendly staff, and of course good food. Also liked that they have self order touchscreen menu

This location always has the latest tech, the drive through menus are all digital! The only thing is on icy days the drive thru is on a steep incline so it can feel a hit sketchy but they de ice it fairly well!

Last time I ordered and PAID for a double filet o fish and was given a filet O fish with a single filet inside. I only realized after coming home, I let that one go but today I ordered and PAID for 6 apple pies and only received 5. They just take my money and don’t give me what I order. Very bad service.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Before I start this review, keep in mind I did a mcdonalds run at 3AM on a Friday night.
Drive thru with only one lane open. Backed up all the way out to the street. We waited a total of TWENTY FIVE minutes to get to the order area. Got to the window to pay and pick up food after a total of almost THIRTY FIVE minutes.
The staff member at the window was extremely sassy and rude while taking someone's order while I paid.
Got home with food to find our fries cool, like they had been sitting all day. Burger buns were stale tasting. My coke had no ice so it was basically warm. Just overall awful. For the amount of time I waited I had hoped it would be worth it. It wasn't. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

It's a slippery slope going to this McDonald's, but in the literal sense! There's a 45° angle very steep long slope that is the drive-thru! Leave lots of space between the car in front of you because it just might roll back. The service is very slow, always check your order before you drive away, and not very clean when they handle your food. I've never been inside so I can't comment on that. I pretty much stopped going inside McDonald's because the drive-through is much faster ever since they installed those self-serve kiosk's. The self-serve kiosks have made every McDonald's a bloody nightmare.

For this location, kids would love the big play structure. Seating area is average but the view outside the window is great.

Uber eats pick up and the staff only start the order after u get there. N I went there twice and both times they obly started he order after I got there

Ehhh I mean the food is kinda good but the burgers are squished and everything is way to salty. Only go here if you are starved and have nothing or your just a fan of McDonald's. But I don't recommend it for eating out.

I feel obligated to update my review after 3 years of the original post due to my recent experiences. Do NOT come to this location's drive through anytime around mid night. The service here is so incredibly slow, you'll find yourself waiting 30 minutes (no exaggeration). I made the mistake, twice, of coming at around 1 AM and found my self waiting close to 30 minutes in the drive through line each time. I don't know if it's because of low staff or large orders, but either way, 30 minutes is not acceptable. One thing about fast food is that it should be fast, if nothing else. Since then, I've stopped coming to this location for late night visits. Even when you come during the day, the service is pretty slow, even for McDonald's standards. This applies to both the drive through and going inside. It's really strange because during the day they usually have a lot of staff behind the counter, but still find ways to fall behind. I also hate the fact that the drive through is on a steep downhill, be careful as cars tend to roll back so don't follow too close. Do yourself a favour and take the trip to Lawrence and Midland if you are craving McDonald's late at night, unless you like wasting time in lines.

Do not come to this McDonalds on a long weekend Monday night, after midnight. The lineup was to the street, and cars were not moving. A near fist fight broke out between the cars in front of me, because someone beeped their horn.but really because they had been in that unmoving line for an hour. There was pure rage and frustration in the air. People were getting out of their cars to approach the window and ask, 'why? '. It was a horrible experience. The poor teenage girl they put at the window to field all this alone clearly hated her life in that moment and I felt like I could cry for her.but forget that. As soon as I got my order I peeled out of the parking lot and nearly wept to finally have my freedom back. What a terrible, terrible McDonalds. Never again.

One of America's best fast food restaurants. Stopped here for lunch after a 7 hour drive to Toronto because it was in walking distance from the hotel and we didn't want to get back on the car to find a place to eat. Can't go wrong for a quick bite.

No Mc Donald's has anything veg to eat. Like I know you have hasbrown and fries but they are not good for lunch or dinner. Please bring some vegetarian burger so all vegetarian can eat there something more heavy, like which is enough to fill your stomach.

Very clean inside, good location being so close to the highway, friendly staff and quick service. The drive-thru however is a complete nightmare. It's confusing, congested, and located on an awkward hill
