Worst McDonald’s ever don’t trust the hours posted anywhere they just close whenever they want and when they are open you will be lucky to get a decent meal out of it. Corporate should probably take this store back from the owner because it’s pretty clear they don’t know how to obtain/keep staff

Fast, friendly service. Went on a Thursday @3: 00 PM. They did a remodel of the dining room, very open, clean, seems to be more seating with the new set up, very nice decor.

The french fries were soggy and didn’t seem like they were fully cooked. That was after I gathered them all from the bottom of the bag because the box was upside down. The burger was dry which is a first as well.

The worst service of all! I had to wait over 20 minutes at curbside pickup for my order. When I went inside, there was no one inside but one customer. When I approached the staff, he told me that they were swamped. I asked for a refund, as I could not wait anymore. My order was there, sitting for I don't know for how long. I didn't get my refund. I got my order shoved in my hands, and cold food since it was just sitting there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

15min wait for a single burger, every single time I visit. Ridiculous. Prioritizes drive-through over walk in customers every single time.

Asked for a partial refund for waiting 15mins for a single coffee and burger, manager asked me for the food back.

Male manager is extremely polite, female evening (7pm) manager is extremely rude.

Stuck over 20 minutes in the drivethru. Cold fries. Any time I have to go here BC they're the only place open late after work, and the burgers are never assembled properly (no mustard, a drop of ketchup so small you can barely see any, mountains of onions instead of a few), they constantly don't give out dips for nuggets. Worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at, and I don't typically do these reviews but it was so bad last night around 10pm that I just won't ever go back. Rather starve.

Nicest staff I have ever had at a McDonalds. Very clean restaurant. Great for a burger on the way home from the beach.

It's a McDonald's, they have kiosks, two in front, one in the back near the washrooms. It's quick and speedy. No issues at all. Will be stopping by again for sure.

I got 2 double quarters and a large fry and Coke. Thought for a minute my bad luck streak at McDonald's had ended, the fries were hot and crispy, the first Burger was hot and juicy just perfect, but the second Burger was something left over from lunch time at the back of a worming tray dry and just barely warm it was garbage.

Protect Your Infants in grey from the government! My daughter was taken at birth for no reason. Harvested. Given away to a stranger. I wouldn't wish this feeling on anyone!

Went there to order a breakfast sandwich for my son. We ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Waited at least 10 min and some young boy comes out and says that sandwich is not available. His excuse was THEY RAN OUT OF EGGS! Really? That's the 1st time in my life that a McDonald's ran out of eggs. If you come here to order anythingbwith eggs in it make sure they have eggs in stock. What a joke!

What's wrong with you guys? I ordered iced tea and give me freaking coke? And that old woman was so rude as well. I used to go here but this is the worst experience I ever seen in McDonald's after that old woman came here

It's say the worst Mc Donald's I've seen. It's been over 4 times this summer that we stopped by and every single time or order was messed up, double cheeseburger never had proper ingredients (always something missing), wraps extremely dry, so the only available thing was consistently fries.

This is probably the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot since I used to go to the one at Queen/Spadina in Toronto.

You could be the only person in the drive-thru and you'd still get asked to pull into a spot to wait 15 minutes for your food, and chances are it would still be wrong.

Was there this morning, the lady at the first window didn't even acknowledge we were there, just stuck the debit machine out the window for me to pay. Didn't even look up or say hello, goodmorning.nothing.
Brought it up to guy working 2nd window, he was just as bad.
Had to wait on our food, that's no problem when you're expecting hot food. Even asked to make sure the hash brown was fresh and hot, as I didn't want one siting in the bag while the rest of our food was being made. Got a soggy hash brown and mediocre food.
If you're not happy working at McDonald's taking orders, find a new job

Not a good experience! Order was not filled according to request. Found out when got to house so two of the kids didn't get what they wanted. Sever was too obsessed with standing on the red dot instead of getting the order right.

If your App offer has expired, the App message is very vague ("offer conditions not met") as to why the offer is no longer valid.

Super 5 Star Staff, so friendly and polite. We ordered drive-thru and the ladies who got the order and gave the order, they were fantastic.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a egg and a couple sausage patties (cutting out carbs.) and asked to put it in a sandwich box instead of the big plastic container. Got two plastic container and no cutlery. Had to eat a hot egg and sausages with my hands like a caveman. Lol.

We were really hungry and ordered a lot in the drive through. They asked us to wait at number 3 curbside pick up. Waited for 25-30 minutes and when we went to counter they told that they gave our order to someone else. Took another 10 mins to prepare new order. When we came back home, our food had meat inside it and it was ordered to be only egg and cheese. Wasted three egg and cheese muffins. Worst service ever and left us still hungry.

No stars for this location. Very long wait, cold fries, extremely spicy McChicken (not supposed to be!), stale donut. 1st time
Visit had same result so didn't go back for long time. Apparently 2nd time will be last.

Stopped by on Victoria Day Monday about 9am with my family, service was horrible from ordering our breakfast to receiving our food in parking space 1.
The lady who took the order in DT was rude, didn't give us a total just told us to drive up to the next window, so we did then at window 1 to pay we asked if there was any pokémon cards we were told yes so we bought some when we got to the second window to receive our food we were handed a small coffee when I ordered a large and then the woman working in window 2 told us to go park in the parking space one to wait for our food because at that time there were no hash browns and a few others or not available, so when the runner came out of the store to deliver the food we looked and checked our order we were missing the Pokemon cards that we bought I ordered a BLT with no egg asked for the mayo to be taken off and to add ranch The workers argued with us saying that they did not have ranch sauce then they claimed that they made my bagel with ranch when I opened it up I seen the biggest glob of mayo waited for the runner to come back out with the pokémon cards to discover that they didn't have them and we got all the same toys so we asked for a refund of the toys I showed the runner my bagel and that there was Mayo on it instead of ranch she was very nice she got the kitchen to make a new one brought it out gave me the refund for the toys I looked at my bagel again same thing no ranch but this time was just a little bit of mayo I went into the store talk to the staff at the front counter Show them the bagel one of the crew members asked the kitchen and at that time there was only one lady working in the back of the kitchen making the sandwiches and she started yelling I could hear her at the front at the till that yes she did put ranch sauce but I knew it wasn't and I was not happy they would not remake another bagel so I was stuck with a bagel that I did not like, I was very annoyed for my 2-hour drive back home to Cambridge.

Not once since the Wingham location opened has my family got their order correct. I have even sent a letter to head office, only for them to confirm that how I ordered is correct and how things were made was wrong. VERY unimpressed!

October 30/2029 - An update to the review below: Since posting this review, service has not improved. The drive-thru attendant handed me our order and once again items I paid for are missing and there was no receipt in the bag. The drive-thru wasn’t even busy.

Drive through orders are regularly screwed up. I speak very clearly but when my order is inputted the screen keeps displaying and removing items as I speak. When I correct what is shown on the screen the attendant gets it wrong and I don’t find out until I get to the pick up window. Today they missed an iced tea which they did supply at no cost, but when I opened the bag, an order of fries was missing. I checked my receipt and the second order of fries was never included so I didn’t pay for something I didn’t receive. This type of thing happens too often.

This is the worst McDonald’s meal ever! No sauce for the chicken nuggets (we ordered extra and paid for them) so the kids wouldn’t eat them. Cold fries, cold poorly built burgers. Tasted like yesterday’s food. 50$ for garbage.

Had chicken McMuffins, coffee and muffin. Everything HOT and FRESH! Service friendly and quick. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Slowest Drive Thru I have been to in a long time. Noone spoke clearly on the speaker or at the window. Fries were cold and bland tasting.

Purchased 2 takeout breakfast meals on Tuesday.food was cold and had a fly in my orange juice. Never going to eat here again

Long line up but understandable because its summer but after waiting 20 mins in parking spot 2 we got our food but the egg in the egg mcmuffins were way undercooked

Went in today to order some food for myself and family and was told that they don't serve Sausage McMuffins after 11am so I tried to order the Bacon & Egg McMuffin meal just to be told that they don't serve hashbrowns after 11am. I had just hear another team member say they needed more hashbrowns! I told them to cancel the order then and left. As I was driving around to the exit I took a look at the takeout board in drive-thru where I clearly shows and states, "All Day Breakfast" and shows the Sausage McMuffin and hashbrowns as an option. So much for ALL DAY BREAKFAST!
Like someone else said "we give one stars, but keep going" and also how it is "the only McDonald's in the area" and that is the point it is the only one so there isn't much choice. I know that I RARELY go because the service and quality isn't good. I wouldn't go at all if any of their fast food chains (Harvey's and Wendy's) were any better.

The bread was dry and going stale, the paddies tasted like beef juice misted on cardboard. Don't ask how I know what that tastes like, long story.

My service has been good and slow sometimes but nothing crazy because they are busy. Its the only McDonald's in the area. This location is slammed, especially in the summer and shift work/weekends. I wish all the best with the staff. Keep up the awesome work, you guys deserve it.

Order is often wrong, huge lineups, management is very unresponsive to complaints, and treats costumers rudely.

Mobile ordered and was driving a truck and trailer. I saw one other time that people with trailers and big vehicles can use curbside pickup spot 99 to allow you to park and not have to go through drive thru. They did not look hard enough for us as we were at the back parking lot not up front were the drive thru pull up spots were to avoid causing traffic jams.
Other than that food was okay. The english muffins were very black at edges.

Quality is fine compared to other McDonald's however this is by far the worst service I have ever received consistently from a fast food joint and I now boycott them although I've given them plenty of chances. I've had incorrect orders, hot coffee thrown/spilled on me (lucky I was not injured), extra charges for items not received, and extremely long wait times. I advise everyone to avoid this McDonald's location.

Ordered a large coffee 1 cream 1 sugar. Watched 9 people in line get my order before me. Just a ridiculously ran McDonalds with no care in the universe for customer service.

On the flip side there's one amazing little lady who works there, and she runs that place at a 3* rate.

This is the worst McDonalds ever. Practically every time you go there, instead if being greeted by hi you are greeted by long waits, cold food, messed up orders, and angry customers!

Updated review from 3 years ago. Wait times are a unacceptable, both in drive thru and dine in. The orders are getting better for missing items or wrong items. Still constantly under staffed and a few rude staff as well

The kid on cash didn't get my order right he had no clue and when we got r food it was cold and by then we had already waited 15 mins for r food so I didn't complain. But I will never go there again. I was not well all night because I asked for the plants base burger and no clue what we got.

Had to wait in line 15 mins to get 6 nuggets, a latte and a muffin.this was the slowest "fast food restaurant" service we've ever received anywhere.people were coming in from the drive thru parking spots to complain about the slow service too.never going back to this McD's.

They missed my son's hashbrown.which I paid for.not happy that I have to do their job and double check the order before I leave. Tried calling but there was no answer. The coffee was good but that doesn't help.

The service here is simply the worst.always understaffed and expect to wait up to 30 mins for food.that's not a joke either.

The staff here are inept. I don’t think we’ve ever stopped in and waited less than 30 minutes for even something as simple as two regular coffees. I’m currently writing this waiting on the side for one breakfast sandwich and a medium fry. Yes they are busy, but they’re always busy. FIGURE IT OUT. Shame on us for coming back again, but good lord!
