McDonald's

Went through drive through, saw my order handed to the car in front of me and watched them stick their hands into the bag and open up my burger, noticed it wasn't theirs, and handed it back to the girl, she then proceeded to try and hand it to me.

I asked for a fresh burger and fries to be made and they try passing the cold fries and burger off as "remade".

Completely against Health code.

Top ot off the coke was half water and there was another gentleman trying to get it refund on his coke for the same issue and the staff was not having it.

Absolutely disgusting.

This restaurant trying to scam people now? Increasing food costs, multiple reviews about missing items - on top of ordering a Double Quarter Pounder and for some reason I'm missing a SECOND PATTY. Need to work on quality control, big time.

We went in to eat and order. I ordered a mc double with no pickle and they also took off the onion.

The second mcdouble was plain with no bun but add 2 shredded Lettuce, tomatoes and big mac sauce, I got the burger with a bun. When I told them it was wrong they put the beef patties, cheese and 1 tomatoes and hardly and lettuce and a small amount of big mac sauce on a plate.

Enjoyed some free entertainment for a few minutes in the parking lot after having some breakfast.

This is the nicest McDonald’s we’ve ever visited. Clean store, friendly staff and the food was hot. So nice to actually have hot French fries! Even the coke tasted like coke and not weak watery syrup. Thanks for a great road trip lunch.

I got my coffee here Wednesday November 10th, 2021 around 630am & was passed my coffee cup that had been squeezed to the point it spilled all over my car! I am more upset at the woman trying to pass the buck to her coworker in the back! This employee needs to go! She didn't even offer help to assist with the damage inside my vehicle! #McDonald's needs to properly train it's employees!

Went through the drive through on our commute back home and they completely screwed up our order. We were missing a poutine initially and went back inside to get it replaced. On the way home we discovered that they did not give us a straw, no dipping sauce, no napkins and no forks.

Worst McDonald’s experience yet.

I don't know, something about an entire SHIFT of teens and early 20's attitude (I think im better then this job" no respect consensus handling your paid food. I love that I am constantly reminded that I am a bother to them lol

They ALWAYS make the hamburger happy meal wrong. My brother has a dairy allergy so we ask for hamburger, not cheeseburger. They alway add cheese though. We ended up throwing it out because we couldnt drive back there.
So disappointing the lack of care they have for people with allergies

The B squad is on tonight. This McFlurry definitely does not look like the ads. To the franchise owner - great that you are giving kids jobs but maybe some training too.

Update - The hits just keep on coming. Two of the last three breakfast orders shorted. Not special instructions errors - missed items (counting can be a challenge). Lesson - check your order before you drive away from the window!

Great food, perfectly fried fries and the burgers are juicer then most McDonald's around Burlington to Mississauga. I go here all the time and the staff are quick and respectful. Since this is the only McDonald's closes in the Aldershot area, it's really busy, especially with the drive through but it's worth the wait.

Great location the staff work hard to get you in and out the door quickly and the food is pretty fresh at least by fries were piping hot

They're hit or miss. Sometimes you get a nice fresh brewed coffee, other times, it must be a day old. Muffins are usually fresh and sometimes still warm from the oven. Drive thru can mess up your order and give you someone else's, (happened a few times) even when there's only 3 cars in the drive thru.like how?

I come to this location every day. During the week the Teams 5 stars but Weekends are a terrible experience. Customers shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and muffin.

The chicken tasted old, but overall it was okay. They had all items from the menu and fast service

That is the worst McDonalds I ever see in my life. They work 24h but one day has no coffee, next day hasn’t Big Mac. What a hell is going on?

Staff are great, accurate orders and super fast drive thru. Great, hot food which is sometimes few and far between at other stores

The lady at the drive-thru was extremely rude, she argued with me over my VAILD coupon after i repeatedly told her I was there 2 days prior and had no issues, at this exact location and other stores. The lady continued to argue with me and made me pay the regular amount.

I bought an ice coffee from this location, this morning at 7: 45 AM. I drank half of my coffee when I finally realized they ripped open a coffee package and left part of the wrapper floating in my coffee. Also the lady made my coffee with the same dirty glove she used to take change from me. My coffee was $2.60, I gave her $3.00. She never gave my change back. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

Tried to order at the checkout window with an app coupon. The woman told me that I need to do a mobile order - it doesn't say that anywhere if I'm doing it in store or at the takeout window that I need to order again on the mobile.

I'm pretty mad at how this woman acted and refused to believe me when I told her that no where do I need to do a mobile order.

The store manager needs to contact me and correct their employees. This was a really dumb thing to lose customers over. Someone there needs better training.

Basically The lady with the microphone was so rude to us. We purchased $30 worth of coffee and asked for little top up for the old coffee we’ve had few minutes before. She could just say and we didn’t mind at all, but she was extremely rude

Get 5 stars because it's nice seeing students working. However, I don't think you could have gotten my order and more wrong.

Asked for a Bacon bigmac with tomato. Had to explain 4 times it's not the BLT Burger, it's a Bacon bigmac with tomato.
Asked if both were a meal, twice I said no. Got two medium fries but oddly not two drinks. Good thing I'm a fat guy at heart and ate it all haha.
Asked for a coke got rootbeer. No straw.

First world problems

I ordered the fruit and fiber muffin from the kiosk but as is too often the case, they were out. Why can't the kiosk menu reflect the current supply and why don't they bake more!

I usually never have a large issue with this McDonald's, aside from a small order mix-up every now and then. But today was different, I went in and ordered at the self order station like I usually do if there's someone already ordering up front, I ordered a sandwich and fries separately, along with three combos. After I had ordered I was told the milkshake machine was broken, annoying but nothing new with mcdonalds, so I say I'd like just a root beer instead then and would like the $1.50 upcharge for the milkshake back. I receive the change, my food and two drink cups, so I ask for a third drink cup. The manager tells me that I did not pay for it. So I ask him if I'm mistaken that drinks come with a combo and I got three combos but only two drink cups. He tells me that I ordered the milkshake with the combo and again that I didn't pay for the drink. Still confused I ask him again whether drinks come with a combo or not and that I ordered three combos and asked for a root beer instead when I was told the milkshake machine was down, so I take out my receipt to show him ordered three combos.

The MANAGER proceeds to say to my face in front of employees and customers that I "can't read" and that he will give us the drink "complimentary because you didn't pay for it".

I have NEVER been so apalled by the way a manager has spoken and handled a situation. This is disgusting, I have told everyone I know in Burlington and posted in several local groups.

1 star is too good. This McDonald's deserves -5 stars just for the manager.

Great service! Who ever was at the drive thru window (2: 39pm Oct 28) to accept payment and handing over food was so courteous, kind and JUST made my day! Way to go team!

Try to stay away from this location they don't know how to wrap a bagel. After all that mess no napkin on the bag

Very friendly staff person at drive through just 10 minutes ago or so. I love in Dundas and our drive through and the store are terrible. It may be worth the drive to Burlington!:)

The runniest ketchup, absolute worst. It is more water than tomato. Fries were so soggy not crisp that I have been used at other locations. I saw them mix up two other orders while I was waiting for mine. Later, before leaving I asked for a coffee and they forgot to put the milk. Like no milk when I expressly requested some. I will not be returning to this location.

I forgot to order at the menu board (duh), but when l got to window to pay they said "NO PROBLEM". Good customer service.

Orders always wrong, slow service, served me an ice cold poutine, staff is not trained properly. Avoid this location. 1/5 stars and thats comparing them to other mcdonalds.

Fake food thats worse than smoking, expensive prices for fake food, bathrooms are always disgusting and the worst part is at lunch time when all the teenagers arrive, it becomes a zoo.

Experience want't bad however the printer on the self-order machine was out of paper and couldn't print a receipt which happens very often at multiple locations. And on the day that I went they ran out of forks, however I am not sure if this is very common.

Went inside ordered, after 5 minutes I noticed my order was no longer displayed on the screen, went back in line, told the girl, she got yelled at by the manager to make drinks so she ignored me. After a couple minutes another lady came to the counter once the line was built up. She got my order finally 20 minutes after it had been placed. Manager is very rude to her staff. Will not go back to this location.

Very nice service, even brought my drink, which other stores only sometimes do, only drawback was not mixing my mcflurry all the way to the bottom, resulting in Nanaimo bar only on top and only ice cream on the bottom

I came here for a morning coffee and asked for it black and they gave me someone else's coffee twice. Store looked great but the staff were lost

Terrible place and terrible service. We had coupons for 3 burgers for 3 of us in the drive-through. Basically had to purchase 2 meals from the drive through then walk out and get a meal for my kid. Even spoke with manager Carol but she declined to honor the coupons. What is wrong with you McDonald's it is all the same money just making it difficult for ppl with kids?

Rude incompetent manager reported huge pot hole in parking lot. Damaging tires and alignments still not fixed after 6 months. Also issues with orders being wrong too often.

Wow! Drive thru was.crazy. I can see road rage happening here. Not worth it. Try the pizza pizza up the road. A bad location.

We got kicked out cuz we spoke in a different language and she said were Muslims are not welcome here and she called the copes on us

I used to order here often but not anymore. 9 times out of ten my order is cold and wrong. I order a premium burger meal and watched my burger sit under heatlamp for 6 minutes while they make fries. Way too often. Farewell
