Had a wonderful encounter with the Bakery. What wonderful folks work there. I had a very special boy"s birthday cake decorated. It was beautifully done! Thanks Zianna and company

Jake either was very rude and condescending to my brother who asked a simple question regarding a stain remover. He talked down to him I believe due to the face he is disabled.

Grocery was always clean when I shop there. Easy to navigate to locate all your grocerie needs. Staff was friendly but overall definitely feel great shopping here.

Jake Either was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. I am disabled and asked him a question he ignored me and tried to walk away. I had to blurt out my question for him to even acknowledge me. I asked about the stain remover and asked if someone could help me with a question he told me no and walked away. Staff is usually nice and never had been treated like this before. Please check cameras and you can see me standing there and him ignoring me

Jake either the store manager was very disrespectful to me. I am disabled asked a lady if she could help me with stain remover. She pointed me to jake. When I asked him he was extremely rude and told me to go look for it myself. I then asked if he knew if someone could help me he told me no and walked away. I come to this store regularly and have never been treated how I was treated today

Employees are sparse and uninformed, I spent 20mins getting the runaround trying to find something only to get nowhere, this store needs new magement

The bakery staff is Amazing! I needed a specific character on my step-sons cake last minute and wasn't expecting them to be able to do it and they pulled through! He loved his cake! Thank you so much

Called to confirm stock on a formula and was told they had what I was looking for. Drove all the way from Frankford to find out, they in fact didn't have it, and hadn't had it for a while.

The staff are the nicest people. They go out of their way to help the customers and you are always greeted with a smile. Love shopping here!

I'm conflicted. On one hand clean, bright, well maintained, produce is top notch as is butcher and baker section.

The bad part is price. They are on crack. Bags of apples (same as No Frills) for near twice the price. Import food section is 'mexican, and butter chicken' and frozen section is average.

Too much space set for clothes and random organics.

I don't know how the lower income folks in the area afford to shop here.

Always enjoy shopping at Independent Grocer its been awhile but it was nice not waiting forever in line. Thanks

Clean, organized store. Prices are higher than most grocers, but the quality of produce surpasses other grocers. There's a lot of products I buy that last longer and the expiry date/best before date are more than 2 months. Overall satisfied
