Worst place ever.doctors LUAY ALSAKATI only knows about cold and flu has no other experience and they ever answer the phone only go for a walk-in clinic to grab a quick cold or flu prescription.did not give me solution to my medical problem, and told me to find a better doctor and that's what I did

Dr. Luay Alsakati Is a horrible racist person he denied being my doctor due to the fact I’m black also said I was too calm an intimidating an forced me to leave his office with no explanation I don’t recommend anyone go to this horrible facility

Our entire family has been going to this clinic for the last 20 years and out family Doctor, Dr D. So, the staff at the reception, the nurses and the pharmacy have been helpful kind and considerate, always. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF GOING ELSEWHERE! The receptionists aren’t understanding and will put you on hold when you call without even picking up the phone and hold times are entirely too much considering there’s usually 2 receptionists there at least.plus they have a stupid policy that you can’t have a telephone appointment unless you’ve been to the clinic in the past 2 months which is insane because disabled people exist.i’ve also been told by a receptionist that they can’t fill medications over the phone even though it’s a literal FACT and can be done at ANY DOCTORS OFFICE! The doctors don’t give refills on medications you’re regularly on and don’t check up on their patients when they start new medications.it all just reeks of money makers who genuinely don’t care about their patients’ well-being.if you’re looking for a place that has caring doctors and staff this is NOT it.literally only go here due to necessity otherwise i’d switch to a different family doctor in a heartbeat

This clinic is the best. Dr. Shawn Jaikiran is simply the best. He is very attentive and knowledgable. The front office staff, Florence is an amazing lady, very helpful and prompt.

My appointment ran 20 minutes late however once seen I still was given enough time to speak with my doctor without feeling rushed.

Have been a patient with this clinic for a few years now. I just have so many good things to say about this clinic. Starting with Dr. Aujla and Dr. Shawn, they are the most kind and patient physicians. The staff including Nadia, Stacey, Neha, Bichal, Stacey, Florence are wonderful people and always ready to help. I always have a wonderful experience when I visit this clinic. Thank you MCI McLaughlin. Appreciate all of you.

I called the clinic on sunday Receptionist was very helpful I visited the clinic today everyone was very humble and i was being helped when i needed the most
I recommend this clinic.

I am calling for an appointment, they put you on hold even before you could say 'hi', held for 20 minutes and hung up. Called back, put on hold again, holding now for 34 minutes and running. Got screen shots of the hold time lol, I wish my doctor was not with this clinic. Inefficiency at its best!

Usally greats service, but i came today to find out there is no walk-in doctor. In that case that should be reflected online so people are aware

Front desk administrators are very patient and polite. Family physicians are nice as well. I'll recommend MCI The Doctor's Office at anytime keep up the good wrks

My aunt and I went there to see the doctor, the doctor was very friendly and he listened to all her concerns.

I am thankful to staff of Mci McLaughlin. All the staff is very helpful. The staff always helps me and my family for getting an appointment. Whenever I visit the clinic they are always very polite.

Don't go there if you're looking for a walk-in appointment. Reception was super rude to me. It seems they only take you if your family doctor is with them. They basically turned me away at the door (I also tried calling them before going there to see if they took walk-ins, no one answered the phone).

Doctor there, brown young guy came in, i have never seen him before, just started yelling at me for no reason xD idky ‍️

I am so glad that I found this clinic, and got Dr. Jaikaran as my family doctor. I am so happy with the service I have received every time I visited the clinic and my doctor is nothing but amazing, even through he is busy he is always patient to listen to my concerns and answer and guides me in right direction. The staff is very friendly and professional, they went out of the way to help me get the results of Ultrasound when the lab didn’t send it and I am very grateful for that. Thank you for everything you do!

Great experience visiting this clinic. As the managing staff is very cooperative, specially all of the managing staff. They have great empathateic skills for patients. Great managing skills. Very organised team. It made me feel so comfortable that my view of visiting doctor completly changed espacially in Canada.

Impossible to get an appointment specially online. I've waited for days at times and it just ends without any communication.

I've only had good experiences with the clinic. I was referred to Dr Gunjan Maggo in February 2021 when my previous family doctor relocated. She was more than willing to take me on as a new patient immediately. Since then she has only treated me with kindness and compassion, always ready to listen to my concerns and help me in any way that she can. She has demonstrated that being my family doctor is not just a job to her.

Dr. Maggo is the family doctor for myself, my mom, and my daughter. She has been our family doctor for the past several years and is awesome! She was my doctor through my pregnancy, and cared for me after delivery and now is my toddler's family doctor. My daughter loves her too as she has a great bedside manner with children. She is very attentive, and truly cares about her patients. I feel very confident and comfortable going to her with any medical question or ailment. She is very patient and lets you share all your concerns freely and allows you to take your time. She never rushes you and is always pleasant.
The MCI clinic at McLaughlin is really good as it is open 7 days a week and has late hours for those who need to get an appointment later in the day (after 6pm). They are very diligent at providing virtual appointments for quick questions with the doctor which is also very convenient. Highly recommend!

Dr. Maggo has been my family doctor for about a year. She is the most caring health professional I have ever met. When I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in late 2020, my Toronto family doctor of 30 years NEVER called me once to find out how my radiation treatment was going. My wife suggested I should call her family doctor - Dr. Maggo. She agreed to be my new health care provider. Suddenly I had a doctor who cared about my health. Whether it's in person or a telephone consult, Dr. Maggo is there for me. She is only 10 minutes away from the house, instead of an hour-long commute from Mississauga to my former Toronto doctor's office. At 70, health issues pop up and she's on the case setting up referrals or making sure the pharmacy is up to date dispensing my meds. Thank you, MCI, for having Dr. Maggo on staff to take care of my health.

When my doctor retired about 5 years ago I didn’t know what I was going to do until we met dr. Maggo she is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and Listens to her patients. We made my elderly mom and my elderly in-laws all become her patients. I don’t know what I would have done without her urgency when my daughters heart was beating out of her chest.

My family and I recently switched our family doctor to Dr. Gunjan Maggo's practice and we've been thrilled with her attention to detail and thorough care. Especially throughout the pandemic, she has been excellent with phone consults and I could email her any questions and or concerns I had and she'd respond within 24 hours. If anyone is looking for a professional and attentive family physician in the Peel area, I would highly recommend her!

Super Rude receptionist, I called on 6/23/21 at 10: 30am, I informed her my Health card is expired but service Ontario Government guidelines for COIVID are allowing expired cards to be used until further notice, this is on their website and when you call.
She did not want to hear it, will not give me her name and hung up!
Its a pain dealing with these gatekeeper receptionists!

Horrible clinic. Minimal patients in the waiting room, yet it took the doctor over an hour to see me. No respect for patients time. The front receptionist plays favourites and gives priority to patients to see doctor first. What a horrible excuse for a health facility. Never visit here.

Dr. Shawn Jaikaran is very approachable and very knowledgeable, for me he is THE BEST DOCTOR EVER because he is very passionate to his patients and giving his utmost to serve his patients! The receptionists at the front desk are very professional and easily get along with the schedule you want to be served. This health establishment is highly recommended! THEY DESERVED TO HAVE A 5 STAR!

Dr Mago is excellent. Knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I saw a few other doctors at walk in and they all have been wonderful. Also love the front desk staff, they have gone above and beyond for me a few times.

The doctor apparently put in a referral i requested for a specialist, but a month passed by and i never heard back.when i called this clinic they told me the request has been sent they just haven't heard back from the specialist yet.when i called the specialist they told me they haven't received anything.then i called this clinic AGAIN and they told me that i need to come in again.why do i need to waste my time to go when this was their mistake? Extremely poor service - for months i thought my request was processing when it wasn't.the waitlist is already long to begin with and i'm not even on it yet due to their error.

Dr. Aujla is the best doctor! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients' outcomes. It is so rare to find a family doctor that takes the time to educate their patients. Dr. Aujla has a holistic approach to his care and provides amazing patient education. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new family doctor!

Disgusting excuse for a doctors office. Came in to get all my blood tests and shots done for school and was told they can do everything for me after 3: 30. I come in and deal with the very nice ladies at the front and explain what I needed done. Wait max 10 minutes in the front then went into the room when called. Dr. Aujla then comes in to waste my time and only get me my TB shot done when I fully explained to everyone I needed all bloodwork for school. Long story short he tells me he cannot do my blood tests as it is after 5 and they’re “closed” when they’re actually open until 8. Only reason it got to be so late was because he had me waiting in the room for an HOUR, then decides to refuse services. (I got there when the front was absolutely empty just so you know). As I’m talking to him he clearly gets frustrated with what I’m saying and instead of listening he storms out of the room like an emotional little boy. I did not swear, nor did I raise my voice at this guy during our conversation. Zero professionalism and no respect for people’s time. I don’t know where this looser went to school but he needs to go right back. Spend the extra time finding an actual doctor in a real office because this clinic has a revolving door of unqualified scum running through it and it shows. Just check the reviews. I was told to come back in 48 hours for my testing but I will never ever return.

While working with the clinic and seeing all of the physicians, I can say that Dr Maggos, Dr Aujla and Dr Jaikaran are the finest

Awful place. I came here on a Monday at 10AM to receive a B12 shot, however the nurse hadn't shown up for her shift and wasn't expected to arrive until 1PM. The doctor flat out refused to give me a simple injection because "she didn't want to". That was the only reason I was given. The place was completely empty, not a single person waiting to be seen, but I was denied care. Disgusting.

I don't know why even they have this clinic open. They never answer the phone call throughout the day. I was there at 7: 15 PM. The clinic was supposed to be open till 8 PM but Dr Maggo decided to close the clinic. Such unprofessional and rude doctor and staff.

It’s make me feel really upset that I ever had in my life. They dint even respected and response my appointments regarding my wife’s checkups during this pregnancy time.

I just been there just 15 minutes late coz my work load. And how rudely ask me $75 for just check and they dint even remind me the time.

Worst clinic ever. Not managed well. You have to wait for around 2 hours after your scheduled appointment to even get to see the doctor. And there is at least an hour wait for the next step (ECG, stress test, etc.) All in all, you have to spend at least 3 hours here for every visit. This is not a one-off experience. This happens to everyone all the time. Many people share this view.

Generally a decent walk-in clinic, have had Dr. Detubio and another female doctor in the past with good experiences, but had Dr. Gunjan Magoo this time and I was quite disappointed, not very thorough, very generalized approach, and totally wrong diagnosis.

This place is horrible not only with wait times but with staff being blunt and just giving a direct answer. I'm writing this review after waiting almost 45 minutes to see a doctor to only be notified that the doctor is running late and stuck in traffic and that I will need to wait another 40-50 minutes. So let get this straight the office opens at ten? The doctor should be there at 10: 00 sharp I would understand there is a 15 minutes delay but almost a whole 2 hours? Are you insane? Ah yes that word describes this place perfectly "insane". I would advise you if you're reading this go to another place, a back alley operating room would be a better option than this place.

This location has improved a lot over the last few years.

First and foremost the lovely lady who handles reception and office at the front is very polite and diligent.

The new female doctors that have come on board more recently are all very efficient and more thorough I've noticed.

My family doctor is now DR. Magoo and I couldn't be more pleased. She's very knowledgable and sweet.

Visit by appointment is suggested. If you are a walkin, expect atleast 30 min to 1 hr of waiting time during evenings and weekends, but afternoon waiting times are reasonable.

This clinic unfortunately provides false information about their operating hours. If you were to do an online search or even call them via phone, both would state that this clinic should be open from 10am-4pm on a Saturday. However, this was not true when I spoke to the person at the front desk who said they would be closed for 3pm today without providing any reasoning for the earlier closing time. Furthermore, they placed a sign BEFORE 3pm that discussed that they were closed and would no longer be accepting any more patients because of the high demand. Yet, if you looked inside the clinic, there was not a single patient waiting in this claimed "high demand" period. On that note, I hope this clinic makes some necessary changes to ensure others like myself do not receive the same false information/patient experience.

I live close to the clinic but by far the worst I mean worst experience I have had. They show they close at 8pm. But stop taking patients at 7pm. I went to the clinic three time this week. Once they closed early without an explanation. Tried to wave at the receptionist and she ignored me. Second time I went they said their system was down, but there were patients inside and leaving. Third time I went there was a sign at 6: 15pm well before the closing time stating they have too many patients inside so they closed early. It is such an inconvenient going to the clinic three times and the third time I went the reception looked that I was at the door waving and kept doing her work. It is very sad.

My work has a medical form that needs to be done every two years in order to go back to my workplace. I went to another walk in last time and everything was fine and they were able to do my medical form. When i went to this walk-in though, it took them 45 minutes to an hour just to get a room and wait for a doctor, where i was then told that i had to pay $30 for my medical for to be done (which is understandable). I then waited for another 20-30 minutes for the doctor to arrive. She then told me that she was not able to do the medical form, because im not a "patient. " there was nothing they could do but waste the time i waited there. With the same situation, I went to another walk-in clinic and they were able to do the medical form for me, with a good wait time of 25 minutes. A very unorganized clinic to go.
