Worst experience of all time. I got a deep knife cut on my finger causing continous bleeding. It was just a dressing I need. First they put me on list.still fine.even after that they kept on saying its my turn but no one showed up for me. Even I showed them my bleeding but they dont want to do anything. Worst staff. Dont want to give even 1 star. Finally came out without dressing. They can even priortize anyone who seeks immediate help.

A few days ago I went to a medical clinic with my father in law. The doctor charged him $125 to see him. In order to fill the insurance claim the doctor just needed to write why he came to see him. The doctor demanded $155 for one sentence.
In order to claim $125 from insurance I have to pay $155 to fill the insurance claim. Blood sucking thugs. These people are making Canada into a third world country.

Had the worst experience for a walk in clinic and I will never come back again. I was so upset I left after waiting 2.5 hours. They keep telling you your after a couple of people then you see people who registered for walk in and hour later go in before you. Makes no sense! I was so upset when I asked again that I said remove me off I’m leaving. Won’t ever go to this place again.

I had an appointment for 11am- did not get in until 1. Absolutely terrible service, everyone was rude.if I could give 0 stars I would. Putting walk ins before appointments is not right, especially when you’ve been asked to fast so you’re starving but don’t get in. 0/10 would not recommend coming here
I’ve been here my whole life an I must say I would not chanage my doctor for anything. She is amazing and very attentive to my health needs. HOWEVER, the office does not answer their phone for anything and the lady at front named “Debbie” is absolutely disrespectful. I usually don’t complain and just take rude behaviour as somebody having a bad day. How ever this lady was extremely rude and past aggressive and I have never felt so offended in my life. She refused to give me her name or time I can call back some one else. She also switched her demeanour as soon as I mentioned being a patient here my whole life. Which goes to show you she treats walk in patients differently than dr. Niesobska patients. It’s shame having such an amazing doctor but having to deal with staff like Debbie before hand. Dr. Niesobska is a 10 star doctor how ever with service like I received I can see why this office only has one star.
Have been calling them for an hour now and no one is picking up. This happens everytime I call. Reception in this place is lazy and really dumb. They have messed up my appointments and test results countless times nothing gets fixed and nothing changes. PICK UP THE PHONE!
My mum used to go to this doctors office. We’ve had some pretty half hearted treatment in the past (no call backs etc). However, Debbie in the office was very helpful today when we were speaking about transferring medical records. Thank you Debbie!

Looking for a negative star for this review. The lady (so called nurse) in her 50s at the front desk with ugly glasses, was so rude with walk-in patients without knowing the fact that we tax payers are paying for her salary.
The doctor was great. The receptionists at the front were disorganized. I asked the receptionist where to put a sample and he said I can hold it with me until my appointment. I said you don't have a nursing station? He said yeah we do and had to ask someone else. Then after my appointment I told him, just to let you know you have no hand soap in the bathroom and he said I don't know where it is kept. I said do you know anything or are you new? Poor service at the front. It's also not multi-cultural at the front, everyone is Indian so I think it would be better to have people who speak a few different languages or enough English to understand what is being asked. I usually go to MCI in thornhill when I am not able to see my family doctor outside of her hours and the Thornhill/North York location is wonderful- no complaints and great service, fast timing. This place should be comparable being under same company. When you hire new people, you should be showing the front the nursing station, where soap is kept so everyone checks and initials to clean the bathroom and make sure it's stocked and clean Very basic things!
This walk-in doesn’t deserve any stars. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went there to only remove two stitches and ended up waiting 4 hours to see a doctor and never got to see one. This is absolutely a ridiculous wait time, and just like the other complaint said, other people were being put ahead even though I repeatedly was told I was next for the last couple of hours. Never doing this again. We could have been told there was only one doctor, and wait time may be long so we could make an informative decision to stay or go elsewhere.
I went with my 2 year old to this walkin clinic for the first time today. I stood in the line a few minutes and signaled to a male behind the computer to please give me a mask as i realized the front class indicates masks are to be worn but I didnt have a mask. The mail acknowledged what I was saying but still ignored me. When it was my turn next in line I asked the lady who checked my child in first a mask and the body language also seemed inviting. She handed me a huge white mask even though everyone in the clinic wore blue masks which I mentioned I could not breath properly in. She basically ignored me and her body language indicated " who cares. " I felt to pass out as I wore this huge, hard uncomfortable mask and answered her check in questions but was compliant and respectful.
After swiping my child's healthcard and info, she asked what the reason for visiting the doc was? I indicated my 2 2 year old who had not coughed once in the past one or two hours was having trouble coughing up mucous on his chest so wanted a doc to listen to his chest. She immediately turned me away, indicating " our clinic doesnt see anyone who has a cough. " I attempted to clarify that my child was not coughing as she could see but there was mucous he was trying to cough up at night and early morning. She refused to hear me and asked ud he has a COVID test recently and I said yes 2 days ago and he is ok. She claimed the doc will call me over the phone despite me insisting this needs physical assessment where the doc can listen to his chest. While im speaking I hear an elder lady (seems same culture/religion/race as most of these people at the ftont desk and definately the one who checked me in) coughing like crazy with her mask down. I mentioned this and the lady who checked me in refused to even listen. I left the clinic very upset as I sense discrimination on do many levels and thus is very unethical and unprofessional. Stay away from this place! I will also be contacting the right professional regulated bodies to file a complaint as I work in the medical field and patients should not be treated this way!
Doctor was supposed to call me for the appointment and he didn't! 2 days later I went in person and the same doctor showed up at work with 70 min delay! Really disappointing that he doesn't respect patients!
If there was an option i will give them -5 for the experience i had in this clinic wait time are way much longer they made me wait for like 5 hours. The receptionist there was very rude she didn't have any manner how to treat the patients i just want a referral from the doctor who was treating me. I don’t know went there for like 4-5 times no one looked after me. Doctor just did not made the referral and went for the holiday for 2 months again i called the clinic they said that you can another doctor am i this free to come again and again to see different different doctors and wait for 10-15 dats to get a respond on the situation they really need to learn something firstly how to treat the patients and them how to do work. I have to wait there for like 5 hours then they made me wait for 15 days again and again saying that doctor will come and make a referral but nothing after that. Will not recommend this clinic worst clinic ever. Worst service, worst everything.
I called while in the hospital because my triage nurse told me they were accepting patients here only to have the rudest women in existence awnser the phone, she told me to call back when I left the hospital!
Worst clinic ever, I visited this clinic 3 time and every time they are making excuses either there is no doctor or they are out of capacity. So like if you have emergencies either you died today or come back tomorrow and die. I have to give one start but if there is option below that i will definitely go for that.

The worst experience so far with the clinics in Ontario. Firstly I had to wait so long to get my University (UHIP) plan verified and get a walkin appointment. Consider the amount of traffic on the day of my visit shouldnt have been a problem but still it took an hour for me to get to see the doctor. After that doctor prescribed some tests and I had to pay for the test but this procedure for the front administration staff took 2 hours to figure out the bill because of the trainee and the other staff member Preeti to bill and then I waited another hour for the lab attendant because she wasnt there. This whole process took me 5 hours for a regular visit. I was told that if the doctor dont call or if i dont hear from the clinic back everything is ok with my reports and nothing to worry about. Almost a month later I visited the clinic to get my reports to submit paper work to my employer and the clinic says they dont have the reports from the Lab. And this whole time I was ok and everything is normal whereas the doctor haven't even seen my report. This place need fixing the staff is incompetent and this place is a big mess. I will report about this clinic to my University since its on the York University’s website as a go to clinic for UHIP holders. If anyone is an international student DON’T GO TO THIS CLINIC.

This Doctors office needs to hire new staff who actually want to work. The Doctors are great but their receptionist make booking an appointment extremely difficult. Having a medical issue that needs to be dealt with immediately but not being able to get through for help is a very disheartening and defeating feeling.
I have been there few months back and i explained my condition to doctor.and see by talking not any teating he come to know that i am allergic to wheat and i stop eating wheat. Now see doctor i got my test i am allergic to peanuts. Such a degree holder doctor
I would have given a zero star rating but the system does not allow this. This is the worse clinic and worse place to work. One of the reasons for this is because this clinic is managed so poorly, is because it is managed by the Clinical Manager Fatima Humair. Fatima also runs (runs down the MCI at Meadowvale as well). On Friday April 22nd 2022 Fatima Humair fired me without cause. I enjoyed my short time working here at this MCI clinic. Just by reading the various reviews I suggest you all look to a Urgent Care Clinic as an alternative for your healthcare needs. The doctors aren’t half bad if you can actually get through to reception. It seems like they’re allergic to the phones or something but when you do manage to get through 9 times out of 10 they’re rude and act annoyed with you because you’ve bothered them to do their job. I’d honestly rather eat and digest a boulder than have to bear the pain of trying to talk to reception.
All these 1 star reviews and the office hasn’t changed a bit, find some staff that actually knows how to do their job please.
Wasted more than 1 hour and 15 minutes in the walk in clinic. The doctor came at 4pm and I got in line with only 3 people infront of me. I left at 5: 15 without seeing the doctor, there was still 1 person ahead of me. Super slow, don't bother coming here. This is a very big clinic with lots of staff. Not sure why they're so slow.
I do not know all the doctors, but my doctor is getting worse and worse.he rushes you out of his office so fast that there really was no point in seeing him. He does not listen or care, by the time you get home you remember the one question you had to ask. This is the type of doctor to send you home, ill on your death bed bc he can't sit still for 300seconds.
Twice front desk lady Preethi booked Dr Manzoor phone appointment.well both times my name wasn't on the list and no one called. Is she doing her job? Or playing games on computer Today I again went to book phone appointment with my doc. Dr Manzoor. Preethi was talking to me in between a call came rather putting on hold she started long conversation.omg she is so rude. Not sure if I will be able to.speak to my doctor today that's the kind of customer service she gives I don't know why they have her in team. If anyone wants experience high blood pressure feel go speak to Preethi at front desk MCI Bramalea city centre well even if you call she will make you feel so.
Staff are very friendly. Its a walk in so I understand the wait times. My problems is the lack of communication between the front desk and doctors. Went in Saturday to get bloodwork and a tb test done. Receptionist said it was no problem and told me to wait. Turns out there’s no staff for bloodwork on Saturday and they had ran out of tests. It would have been great to know that an hour before when I was waiting in the waiting room and was specifically told I could get both done. I asked when I could get a test and bloodwork and was told Monday I could come in to complete both. Everything was going fine on Monday and the receptionist again told me I could complete the tb test after I told them Saturday with no luck. Of course another hour wait later to find out they still do not have any tests. Totally understandable but some some communication between doctors/nurses and front desk would save the hour waits. Ended up going to another walk-in with no problem getting a tb test. Save your time and find another walk in if you plan on getting any testing done.
Get a new receptionist for the LOVE OF GOD. My mom called in today and the receptionist that was in today Saturday, December 5th is so rude, annoyed and irritated as if shes being inconvenienced for doing her job that she is being paid for. Also the receptionist was asked to provide the patient her prescription as all doctor consultations are virtual on the phone and she refused saying that they dont email prescriptions. Pray please, how else can a patient get their prescription? I have always received prescriptions electronicall during covid virtual appointments and seems the receptionist is too lazy to do her damn job and unwilling to actually communicate how else a patient can get their prescription. Anyways, they were asked to fax the prescription to shopper's drug mart pharmacy and were given two shopper drugs mart pharmacy locations nearby to fax to in case there were any issues with the first. The receptionist never said who they faxed to, and when I called both of the locations no one had received the fax. The prescription was important considering it was antibiotic cream for a bad burn! If the the prescription was given or emailed to the patient, they would be able to go take it to the pharmacy themselves instead of relying on your disappointing administrative skills. What a joke. Do yourself a favour folks, go somewhere else if you value your time and peace of mind. And doctors, please get a better, respectful receptionist that isnt huffing and puffing everytime she speaks to your patients. There are already other reviews specifically referring to YOUR RUDE RECEPTIONIST, maybe you should take a hint.
The receptionist is horrible and impatient. I have never encountered such a receptionist in my life. Today I called in for my placement and asking if she got my email without getting my details just on the basis of my name only she started searching for it and when I started giving her details further then she interrupted in between and said I am behaving rude on any context rather she was rude with me. Even then I say sorry as I have some administrator skills due to my course but she said I wished that I would not go far in my life due to my behaviour and said even if she got my email she will never secure here placement for me. I wish that if she could able to control her anger on this Christmas Eve and I feel I am blessed that I am taught in good college where I know how to talk with clients and not losing our patience! But her tone and the way she wished I never be successful in my life hurts me a lot!
The walk in clinic organization system is terrible. Patients are standing outside and calling the receptionists and no one bothers to pick up phone. My suggestion is that, they should have a token system installed to ease the traffic. On the other hand the doctor was pretty good.
The worst place I have ever seen in Canada. Receptionist is hanging out the call every time without listening to the full information. Not advised this place.
The First time I called them they told i need to come to be clinic to be a new patient for the family doctor. When I went there they told the doctor has gone home as he is over booked. Then when i went next Friday taking a day off from work the receptionist told that now the doctor wont meet but he will be first doing "meet & Greet on phone". They scheduled that for Tuesday but after a week of this schedule when i called they said might be the doctor might have missed out. If your doctor is not interested in accepting new patients let them know at the first instance atleast their time and money would be saved Very un-ethical people.
The ladies at the reception is are exceptionally rude and don't have any emotional intelligence, if you can make it to another doctors office, do so, the reception will definitely make you feel upset
