Do i even have to give a star? WORST WORST and WORST experience.no word to explain just WORST.don't go there if you are really concerned about your and your family's health. IT SUCKS. SCAMMERS!

Great service. Was treated in an hour (the time the administrator estimated) and the doctor, nurse, and staff were all so kind. While I waited I just went to the stores and restaurants in the plaza, it was very convenient. Despite seeing so many people that day everyone working there was positive and made the experience a good one.

Absolutely awful office, the staff are incompetent and very rude. They're walk-in hours are never as advertised and they claim to not make appointments. Do not go here, you're better off going to the ER

Every time for pre-booked appointments Dr. Aye Babatope making us to wait more than an hour, then what is purpose of booking an appointment? No respect for others time. Very disappointed and worst service

This is an update. The online appointment system is a great change, a very much appreciated and long awaited upgrade.

I would give more than five stars to Dr Patricia Wong if I could, she is a wonderful doctor and is taking great care of me, her team is also awesome. The phone system is still an aggravation but this is an MCI issue.

Dr. Babatope is kind, smart, quick, and practical. I’m grateful to have found an excellent family doctor. The staff at front desk are always friendly.

Terrible service. Nobody picks up the phone. They never call you back to give you your medical results. They make you hound them for them. Really bad service.

MCI CLINIC is the absolute worst clinic you could ever go to. They’re receptionists don’t know the difference between apples and oranges and they love to put you on hold and then once you wait on hold for 42min-55min they love to answer and hang up on you

Also Dr. Babatope loves to prescribe life long medications to you for example he prescribed me Paxil which is suppose to be taken long term. But what he does is only give you the prescription for 1 month that way you have to come in every-month (if it’s even possible because they’re always booked). Dr BABATOPE IS MONEY HUNGRY AND WANTS THE PATIENT WHO IS VERY SICK AND HAS SEVERE ANXIETY TO COME IN EVER MONTH SO HE CAN COLLECT HIS MONEY AND RENEW THE PRESCRIPTION. ONCE AGAIN do not see this doctor of visit this practise. They are all a joke.

First time visit and I had a good experience. As many people mentioned, this walk-in clinic is super busy so you have to wait for 3+ hours.
I finished registration around 1: 30 and a receptionist told me I can come back later since the waiting time is long, so I was back there around 4: 00. After I was back, I was waiting for less than 10 minutes to see the Dr.and nurse. They are both so nice and Dr.listened me a lot and immediately sent MRI request to the hospital. Also suggested/prescribed me a new medication. Thank you so much!

Nobody really picks up the phone call at once, just in case they even pick up, will then put on hold for long. The waiting time is too much. Even if you have an appointment, you will still have to wait hour and a half or so, then what is the point of taking an appointment.

I am not a patient nor have I gone to the walk in clinic but I have assisted a few people with appointments there.
Now the complaint of a 1 hour minimum to nearly 3 hour wait is just becoming a norm now everywhere and honestly I've dealt with far worse wait times, so I won't be really making a fuss with that.
My complaint are the doctors. Sitting in on several different visits, doctors will try to dismiss the patient as quick as they can despite whether they have questions or are seeking reassurance to soothe their anxiety. One recent doctor has messed up a patients medication which may have now caused some serious issues.
This is really appalling to see and I suggest to not go here if you can. For family doctors, please I highly suggest to find a doctor who actually has compassion when you talk to them and listens to all you say. I know its a tough thing to do with how many awful doctors there are, but the good ones are out there and you'll thank me for it!

I have not issues with the doctor himself, he has always taken the time to listen to my concerns. It is the reception that is my concern they don't answer there phone and when you finally get to someone they put you on hold and never get back to you. I have my family doctor here but it is so hard to get any appointment when no one is answering the phones. There is always someone at the desk why don't they answer the phones they just let them ring. When I do finally get an appointment I am not seen on time, last time my husband and I waited over 30 mins for an appointment that was scheduled for me. It is frustrating when the lack of care is shown in the clinic. If they need more staff to man the desk or phone there should be some guidelines to help patients that need to see the doctor and not end up in the emergency rooms because people can't answer there phones to make appointment.

AVOID IT! Worst experience of my life. I regret going there so much it will haunt me for years. Honestly you're better off staying at home than even trying here. From the front Staff to the doctors, I'd never encountered such incompetent individuals. Run away from here and don't look back. If you choose to go, don't say you were not warned.

Today we met with Dr. Abdul Hadi Djokhdem. He was great, he listened carefully to all what I needed to share, did not interrupt me at all. Was professional and understanding. Excellent consultation with a professional and caring Doctor.

One of the worst experiences ever. Waited 2 hours just to be seen by a doctor for 2 minutes. The doctor was a male who seemed to hate his job (no hi, nothing when he entered the room). Told him what I was there for, which was ear pain and a sore throat. Examines me and then proceeds to tell me that he will prescribe me antibiotics for my throat without telling me what I had. So I asked “is it contagious, like strep”? He proceeds to answer “I think it’s strep” no test nothing. One of the worst services I have ever had. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.front desk was nice

Reluctant to do this but extremely frustrated after multiple visits ended with no service provided and + wasted time. Called office and visited in person to confirm allergy shots could be administered during walk in hrs, was told yes both times. Spent $450 on immunotherapy treatment, arrived at clinic with serum in hand - told "no, we don't do allergy shots". I advised we had been told twice that they will give shots - now told the nurse isn't available and doctor on site will not administer. I followed the instructions I was given, only to be told the doctor has decided he won't provide the service. Why was I not told only certain clinicians would give the medication - and they can decide at random if they feel like it or not? This should be consistent - either your staff provide the service or they dont - not sometimes we do, sometimes we don't. Patients need to plan for care and services too, the doctor is not the only person whose time is valuable. I am now scrambling to find somewhere else to administer the medication within 24 hrs.

I am not sure why they do not have more doctors? I came here twice and waited 3 hours each time. When I asked for some water the receptionist rolled her eyes. I find the receptionist to be hostile and rude. The nurses and doctors are great but flustered and can easily make mistakes. Make sure to remind the doctor of prescriptions. This seems odd but they forget to write prescriptions for basic infections. Also double check everything before you leave, they will make you wait another three hours for their mistake.

I just visited the clinic on a Sunday. I found the front office staff friendly and communicative. They told me my approximate wait time (lots of people there) so I did a bit of shopping in the meantime. I had Dr. Djokhdem- He dealt with me quite courteously and solved my issue with issuance of exactly the Rx I needed. I was happy with the service.

I have been to this clinic twice. First time I waited 3 hours and was prescribed the incorrect antibiotics. The physician saw me for exactly a minute- if that. I had to come another time to get a new prescription. I came first thing when they opened at 9am, I was told that the wait would be 45 minutes, after waiting for an hour and a half I left because I had to go to work! Basically after two visits, and waiting over 4 hours in total I still don’t have the proper medication I need.

If you are like me and don’t have all day to be sitting around avoid this place.

Iam shocked to read such negative reviews. I have always had the complete opposite. Great service, receptionists and doctors.

This place is terrible. They do not even answer the phone and they advertise hours open, but don’t have a doctor on staff. I showed up two hours before they closed, the sign said they were full for the night with nobody at all in the waiting room. I asked if they could squeeze us in and they told me they didn’t even have a doctor. Save your time go somewhere else. This place is a waste of time.

I cut a a bit the arm but was deep. I spoke with the front desk if I can get stitches, after she asked the other lady if the doctor can make stitches and she said yes they do. So she put me in list to wait for the doctor which is going to put me one or maybe two stitches. After 45 minutes waiting came a paramedic and said the doctor will not do. I was surprised and I told him why you guys didn't tell me in the first place. Actually he didn't have a right answer.

Online booking service, basically runs you around the site over & over until you give up. First time I used it worked fine. Ever since waste of time. Called to booked. I did not receive a return call. Very disappointing

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not worthy of even 1 star. A comet would be better rating. Tired calling so many times and i getting 2-3 call back in all my calls. The Six Points Receptionist (on phone), WORST. This person should not work in this field. Doesn't know customer care. I would prefer their previous receptionist in their previous location. She should teach these receptionist (on phone) in Six point location how to do well in their job. WORST!

I had a terrible experience with a dr few days ago, then I received a call from the manager, she was very professional so I came to see the dr agin today but the lady at the front desk was more horrible, extremely rude and very unprofessional, people come here to get help not to get harassed by the staff.
Instead of resolving the matters they tell patients to go somewhere else

Went there after trying numerous times to speak to someone on the phone to see if I needed to make an appointment. The voice system does not send you to voicemail. It does not give you an option to make an appointment. It keeps going back to option 1 or 2. Two other people were in there ahead of me and they had the same problems. They were told the same thing I was. It's working and you need to make an appointment. Never will I go back there again. Wasted gas and my time. The receptionists can't see the problem.

My mom went to 5 walk-ins before one would take her. Thanks for making her walk-in experience so positive after a very long afternoon. Respectful and caring medical professional, and very minimal wait time.

I was at the Clinic on Saturday. I was told there was no doctor in the Clinic and to call Monday morning. I called Monday morning and left a message. I didn't know u have to book an appointment now. So why is it called Walk-In? I called my own Physican and found out she is no longer working and on Medical leave. I am in alot of pain! Someone needs to over see the M. C. I offices and the way they conduct business with patents. When we call, it's fir a reason, we are sick and need to be seen. When I saw the receptionist on Saturday, she could have taken my appointment then of told me there was nothing available on Monday. Our tax money goes paying people that are not professional and don't care. In thier field, they need to be more compassionate.

So disappointed with our health service! My wife attended the walkin at 7: 15 pm for a minor eyelid sty and the doctor refused to see her since apparently it was too late in the day but the clinic hours indicate closing at 8: 00 pm. The doctor suggested that she return in the morning. What nonsense! Does the doctor pay for the patients time and gas.

Never ever come here for walk-ins, after waiting more than 1.5 hours the lady on the reception told me you can go to a different walk in if you are in a hurry and cant wait, initially they told its a 45 min wait.
Only go there if you have nothing to do in your life at all.
Please respect time.

Went in without an appointment.the receptionist was very pleasant asked what i needed and said it wouldn't be a problem. She handled all the paperwork as asked me to have a seat. A short while later i was called into a room where a doctor took a look and almost immediately took care of things. Great job by everyone, especially since they were very busy.

Extremely frustrating experience. Almost impossible to contact by phone. And have to keep listening to same long message. Try to skip message and have to listen again. Option to leave a message. Pointless. They do not reply. Website suggests sending an email. Pointless. They do not respond. One morning I was on the phone 3 hours, nothing. Another time I was 13th on the wait list on the phone. My turn came up and they hung up on me. Start again and wait on phone for 30 minutes. I have to go in person to book an appointment. What walk-in. You have to phone to book a walk-in. Hah, try contact them by phone. My doctor, who I like, joined them else I would never use MCI Doctor's Office.

The worst clinic ever, you can't get through on the phone lines, the appts are booked immediately somehow, AND they can't help you get a requisition done AND they can't take outside requisitions.
This is the worst excuse for a clinic the staff maybe under a lot of pressure but it's because everything about this clinic is the worst.it is not geared to helping anyone, it is geared to creating road blocks

The receptionist, the female one didn’t even let me talk and she hunged up the phone, the male one finally got to the phone after waiting for 20mins and was very nice.

I was extremely impressed with our experience at this clinic today. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. My 94-year-old aunt was seen right away and was treated with courtesy.
Dr. Babatope was excellent in diagnosis and Nurse Dominika (?) very caring and professional. A truly positive experience and highly recommended.

They never answer their phone I have called 6 times and press 4 to speak to receptionist but all you get is music playing and the after 15mins of that is hangs up on you this clinic use to be so good and has gone down hill

If I could leave a negative review, I would. Days of repeatedly going to the pharmacy that this clinic was supposed to send my 8 yr olds script for an eye infection, and after 5 days has yet to be sent. ABSOLUTELY no one answering the phones and automatically hanging up after making us wait multiple time for 20 mins on end.
I STRONGLY recommend you take your family to another clinic that has respect for their patient's health and time.
The mismanagement of this facility is disturbing.

Dr. Babatope is wonderful! I first saw him during a walk-in and was beyond impressed by his outstanding quality of medical care. I have now had the privilege to be his patient for a year. Finding a family physician like him is next to impossible. Dr. Babatope takes such good care of my health and ensures that his patients’ concerns are heard, acknowledged and diagnosed correctly and efficiently. MCI as a business did a great job working with a doctor as conscientious and brilliant as Dr. Babatope. Thank you!

I am not sure why all the bad reviews.my family and I go here for all our walk in needs. The wait is never very bad, they do phone consultations and everybody I have dealt with is very nice.

I can be quite difficult to deal and I have had good experiences here. I highly recommend this clinic

Made a phone appointment for 2: 30pm. The woman I spoke with did say the Dr could be running behind slightly so I might expect a call at 2: 45pm, and that he would be out of the office by 3pm. I never received a call. I called them over 10 times and the line was busy every time.

You may need to hire more receptionists who can be on call depending on the flow of calls you may receive on a day to day basis. They may not need to sit in the clinic but can help take messages etc.and forward calls if necessary.

Terrible experience. I had spoken with the doctor and had a prescription filled. I was told it would be sent to the Pharmacy right beside the doctors office. I went around an hour later to pick it up, waited 30 mins in line because the pharmacy was busy. Then pharmacist told they had not received anything for me. I tried calling the receptionist at the MCI clinic back to see why my prescription was not sent over like I was told it would be. However, MCI decided to close early without any notice so I was unable to speak with anyone. I wasted a couple of hours and never received my prescription.

Have been coming to walk in clinic for years. Never encountered problems with any of the doctors to deal with immediate health issues. One biggest advantage of the current adjustment is the availability of phone appointments. I wanted to get a new prescription and the doctor called me back within 15 minutes of initial calling. I understand others' frustration in getting a hold of receptionist. But the volume of calls is high at this time, after keep on trying 3rd time is usually the charm then someone eventually put me on hold. Then once they picked up they allocated entire attention to my call so I am happy. Great to have walk-in's throughout this time and provides timely attention to your patients.

BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR 12: 15 PM THIS AFTERNOON, GOT THERE WAITED FOR 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES. THEY TOLD ME TO COME INTO THE ROOM I THEN WAITED ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. HORRID SERVICE HORRID STAFF NEVER GO HERE I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU 0 STARS

Dr. Dabb was efficient and answered all my questions. I found everyone professional.
Wait times were not long if you phoned in advance. I felt in good hands and had competent care.

Terrible experience. First time ever going I waited outside of a locked door with no instructions on making an appointment over the phone only however i assumed thats what needed to be done. The receptionist had no clue how much a doctors note cost or if there was going to be any charge at all (how do they not know this) she tells me between 20-30 and i asked to pay it she says they will let me know after i said okay thats fine. Finally after being let in and seated in the doctors office for 25min i was told that i now had to go back to my car to wait. So I do as its now 1030 and my first phone call was at 915. After being in my car for another 45min as it was now 1115 I called in again only to be told that they tried calling me but didnt work. I asked the phone number they had and it was not mine. Finally at 1130 I get a call from the doctor and he was very nice and tells me they will email the note to me even tho im in the parking lot at this time. Finally after spending over 2hrs there from opening time for just a doctors note i leave and go to work. Get a call from there telling me that the note can be emailed now and it will be $35.ok thats fine i give them my visa card and after a few attempts she tells me they dont accept visa debit. When i was there in person willing to take it and pay and i was ALREADY INSIDE THE OFFICE FOR 30min! So now they want me to go BACK to the office waste more gas and time! I was in shock at the absolute lack of training and organization. I live down the street and will be going out of my way to find a new clinic. 0/10

Don’t deserve the single star too. The doctor chooses to come in and go as he please while they give you appointments for when he’s not in the building and No one has a clue about where he is. After 2 hours of waiting we were told they need to call and find out his whereabouts. Don’t waste your time with this pathetic place.

This is the worst clinic I have been and I heard of. Not only they are not professional they are so impolite and rude. They look you from so high to make you look small. You have to beg them for service or information.
Receptionist that has to be kind and approachable are the worst. It's not for no reason that their rating is 2 stars. That's even too much.
There are many places arround. Don't go here and don't let the government supports this place anymore.

Visited on a Monday evening. Less than an hour wait. Quickly seen by a reasonable and courteous doctor - he prescribed antibiotics and made a referral. Pharmacy is next door. Referral was processed the next day and made a specialist appointment in a reasonable time. Either I had low expectations (from these reviews) or it seemed reasonable to me. Overall quite satisfied with the experience.

I have come here quite a few times and find it is a shorter wait than other clinics. I find the staff to be very nice and helpful. I am very pleased with the nurses and doctors, in my experience they do their jobs well.

My husband visited clinic last Saturday. He got some pieces of metal grinds in the eye. Doctor priscribef antibiotic without examining the eye!? He came back home and took out small pieces by himself. What 's the point coming to them?

Listen to the reviews people. Dr Wong was so miserable she seemed to barely care about what I was expressing to her. After several paperwork’s handed to me, they attempted to charge me $35 for a note for massage therapy for my insurance company despite never having paid that before, or for it explained to me. I feel like my tax money was just thrown in the trash on this appointment.

The girls at the front are nice though.

Refused to tell me if they could give me a prescription injection which I supplied. Simple question. Made me wait an hour for an answer. Run by women and pro lesbian gay. I am neither so I guess that makes me trash. Nice if they could let people know.

Dr Noor Amin is so disrespectful! While there were only one patient waiting inside he had the courage to tell me “you’re wasting my time now” when I asked him a few extra questions that didn’t even take 2 mins of his precious time. Don’t ever go to that clinic all they care about is your insurance money, not you as a patient. And they try to get rid of you as soon as possible

This medical Clinic is the worst my family of 4 has ever experienced. Wait time is long at the reception area. They call you in and the wait time is sometimes just as long in a room waiting for the doctor. You are there because you feel sick/ill and the Doctor's won't prescribe the medicine you need. A different doctor all the time or in many cases. They are usually rude and just angry or a bad attitude. It seems like they want to get to swipe your Ohip card and be send on your way. You leave there with no choice but to go to another Clinic and get a prescription from a professional. Avoid this place.

I had Dr Atharai today.not sure of his name but a bald brown Indian old man. He was unempathetic, rude and out of line. He was unprofessional with his language. I had a fall which caused me severe back pain and also had a negative blood result for vaccination that I needed taken care off right away. My fam doctor was closed and I needed a doctors note. He basically told me u are good enuf to fly, just take pop pain meds. In no way form should you dismiss a patients description of pain and make them feel like they are lying. Pain is what the patient says it is. He basically refused to give me a note and was extremely rude. It was quite appalling.

This clinic has always been great for myself and my daughter when we can’t get to our family physician. We’ve been numerous times and have yet to have a bad experience. I would disregard the negative comments.

Dear Doctors @ 6 Points. If YOU don't want to be there, *don't* be there. One visit I was provided with very bad misinformation, and another visit, the doctor came in looking hungover. People should just go to Cloverdale, or the Walmart Clinic.

Dr. Amin is a great doctor. My wait time at the clinic was fast, Dr Amin got me setup with xrays and ultrasounds, they called me back the next day with a diagnosis. Nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

It's absolutely shameful that anyone can make an appointment here for the first time and within a minute be prescribed powerful antipsychotics to just get through with the person. Any other place you would get a referral to a specialist to assess you. I couldn't believe my eyes and ears. I don't want to imagine how many people were prescribed meds they shouldn't be taking. From waiting an hour to the male nurse or whatever he is that sees u before the doc is clueless thinking thank goodness he's not the doc only to deal with a bigger idiot.
PARENTS AVOID THIS PLACE the doctor doesn't care for children. I can't express it enough.

I went into the clinic with a cut that did not stop bleeding, they took me in right away. Dr Amin was very good, got 3 stitches. I have nothing negative to say about the clinic in all the times I have been there.

Worst place to ever go to. If I could I would give them -5 stars. Forget the never ending waiting time. 90+ minutes & the doctor cut me being clueless about the problem I have.he SHOULD HAVE NEVER, it just got worse. He should of sent me to a specialist instead. But I learned to find that out by myself. NEVER GO HERE

Doctors here have misdiagnosed me by simply not spending enough time with me. The wait time is also regularly longer than 90 minutes.
