I went for a walk-in last friday. It got busy quickly. The receptionist was nice and friendly, to the point. Waited like half an hour or so to get in, saw the nurse then the doctor. Got my prescription, walked to the pharmacy at the same place. This was my 4th clinic to go to. Thank you for being professionals m.

Pretty disappointed with the Friday staff members. The usual receptionists and nurses are always so lovely, if you come here, don't come on a Friday. This unpleasant experience has resulted in me moving to another doctor's office. Doesn't help that the family doctors are never there to get appointments so you're expected to wait for hours in the walk in.

Dr Vaishaali Manga Datta was professional and patient in understanding the problem and explained the solution and answered all our questions

I am going to this clinic since 2019.
My family doctor is very good. All the staff are courteous, and I get to meet the doctor within 15 to 30 minutes.
I also get my blood test done in this clinic. I am able to get the appointments within few days.

I found the automated appointment system very helpful and reception is always helpful and professional. Dr. Reece has been my doctor for over 34 years and our whole family loves her! My 2 sisters' families also have her as their doctor! Dr. Reece is very professional, empathetic, takes action, caring and follows up with every scenario. She will see what other doctors miss and we are grateful to have her as our family's doctor.

I would leave 0 if it was an option. Terrible for walk in assistance. I don’t normally complain but I was told about a 30 minute wait. After an hour and a half I finally saw the doctor to be told he couldn’t fill out a form because I got a note from another clinic. I understand why I was told that they couldn’t do it, but I told them prior to the walk in that the note was from a different clinic. Overall a complete waist of time and unsure why they didn’t communicate that the doctor prior to making me wait. NOT GOOD. Update: Because I went to this doctor and was told to go to the same doctor that gave me the note, I am not allowed to see them same day because they ran my health card. So I waisted even more time now driving to another doctor to be told I have to come back another day. My gas, time, patience is all going out the window. THEY COULD’VE TOLD ME AGAIN PRIOR TO THE WALK IN THAT THEY CANT ACCOMMODATE AND I WOULDVE BEEN FINE. I’m frustrated and confused why they would tell me to go try another walk in same day if I’m not allowed to. Will not be returning to this office anytime soon.

I walked in on Sunday morning just after open and the receptionist was so nice, I was then seen immediately by the nurse who was also really nice and helpful. Dr Bullock then saw me and who was really thorough and explained everything really well. I would definitely recommend this clinic, I am an international with no OHIP and it was only $90 to be seen on a Sunday.

Had an amazing experience here this morning. Found this place on Google so close to home after needing a walk in on a Sunday. Arrived shortly after open to an empty waiting room. The receptionist and nurse were both so nice. Dr. Bullock saw me and was so kind and thorough. Great bedside manner. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future. Thank you to the team for a smooth and helpful visit!

This place gets continual bad ratings for a reason. An 80 year old woman's booked appointment was "forgotten" about. One hour later she is finally seen once the receptionist noticed.

I would avoid going to that office. They have very long waiting time, the same experience every time I go. The patient goes inside and disappear for long time. Im not sure if they have only one doctor running, or their system is unprofessional and needs to be improved. Their phone system is often forwarded to the answering machine. I found the oakville branch’s service is much more better and more professional. I wont give them even a half star.

Last year I required a new family doctor and found one here at MCI. Dr Shaio is very thorough and professional. The front desk is courteous and professional. The nurses are exceptional, courteous, professional and know what they are doing.

Been trying to call in for my family doctor as i am very sick.have been on hold for hours yesterday and today.eventually it just hangs up on me.i guess i need a new family doctor.

Don't bother going here for a flu shot. Supposedly they are open until 8pm. We went there at 7pm to get flu shots. We didn't need to see the doctor; we only needed the nurse to give us flu shots. The clinic was empty but they said they were too busy to give us flu shots tonight. F- for efforts toward preventative healthcare.

Third time trying to call and on the phone 20 min without any luck! I'll faster reach the Prime Minister than the receptionist at this place unfortunately they hang up on me. I've been waiting 40 min wow!

Rude receptionist. I don't how this business is still running with that kind of receptionists. I would give it a 0 star if there was an option for 0.

Dr. Majid Shaio could not or would not refill my husbands prescription for blood thinner medication. He paid $100 for the pharmacy to do it so he would not die of a blood clot to his lung.

Wait time is extremely long, 3 patients ahead of me took 1.5hrs to even get screened by the nurse in the office. When I see the doctor I get rushed out of the office within 5 minutes, so not sure where the wait time comes from.

There has to be some nepotism going on here. How are the receptionist still employed? Rude receptionist reviews are true. They’re also false advertising. Don’t claim to be open till 9 pm. Either shorten your hours or hire more staff.

If you're not going to open the hours that you have online and your door consider updating it people when needed your services are depending on you being open based upon the schedule you have provided. Update: returned the next day and this walk in clinic does not have a walk in doctor after 3 pm.kind of defeats the purpose. Ridiculous would not recommend or return.

The 2 stars are for front reception ONLY. If I could give those girls 5 starts I would! The only thing that was good about this clinic was the receptionist.

After waiting hrs to speak to a physician over the phone, his annunciation of words was not great. He gave no advice for the current symptoms I was having. He only suggested to do further testing, he didn't provide requisitions via email or provide anything to help. Sure makes sense, but what can I do now to treat the pain, discomfort and swelling. I guess absolutely nothing.

Thank God I have a Family Dr. I guess I learnt my lesson no matter how much pain you're in do not go to a Walk-In clinic.

Only go to the hospital for emergencies, urgent care or wait to see your family Dr.

Service Is going down the drain here. I would not recommend this place anymore.
Staff is rude and lacks and have no concerns about the people they are serving.what made me change my old review is that they charge now for a simple note for referrals. 40 dollars just unbelievable it's just a money grap.

The doctor we gave for my daughter is amazing. I am just disappointed and dissatisfied with the reception. Never pick up on a weekend even when they are open. It’s very frustrating.

I have spoken to the same receptionist in multiple occasions and Today I have decided to Rate the call.

Here is a useful feedback.

1. The Receptionist is Always Rushing the call.

2. There is no Human Approach/no Empathy.

3. Please give the caller the opportunity to voice there concerns and provide sufficient information that can avoid call backs.

4. This is a Healthcare facility and people call due to their health issues, The Receptionist has to understand that and try to match the callers tone.

5. Please advise the caller before you put them on hold.

Attended this past Sunday and the experience was wonderful. They were able to make time for an in-person appointment which I was so grateful for. It was such a relief! The person at the front desk was very helpful, the nurse saw us quickly, and Dr. Bullock was extremely patient and kind and provided a thorough check of the history, ways to feel better immediately, and explained the process behind the diagnosis. The office was clean, and everyone was clearly abiding by Covid protocols. We have been here before and always helpful, but I was really blown away but the high level of service and care. Thank you so much! You don't know how much you eased my mind and made life easier!

I would give this clinic 1 but my doctor is actually one of the best I've had. However, the clinic itself is so horribly organized. Required multiple attempts to schedule bloodwork, and required multiple phone calls to have them give my doctor my prescription to sign. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

My daughter was having an asthma flare up on thanksgiving weekend, many places were closed/had holiday hours but MCI was open. The doctors (and staff) we saw there were very caring and attentive. We'll be back (but hopefully not too soon!)

I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything seemed clean, the doctor was very nice. I would come back again if needed.

I went there today, may 25,2021. The phone rang for 12 minutes then I was put on hold without an answer for 5 minutes. I gave up.

Fantastic folks here, needed a quick medical done for my driver's license, being a commercial license, they were able to take me in and get it done.

I appreciate the service and the friendliness of all staff at MCI especially Anna.

I had the pleasure of being a patient of Jessica and Kristine. They were and are amazing. My entire family goes to the office for our family doctor. I have dealt with both nurses during doctor's visits and lab services. They are professional, knowledgeable and patient focus. All my interactions with them has been positive and filled with understanding, even when my toddler is having a difficult doctor's visit. Always a pleasure Jessica and Kristine.

Reception told me to expect a call 3-3: 30. Called them several times until 7pm, at which point they finally took my virtual visit. Within a second the doctor says I need a family doctor to help me instead.unwilling to help. Super disappointing. Reception led me to believe their offices would help without the need of a family doctor, and that I could continue to get registered in January. Looks like they just wanted that OHIP money.

This review is to highly commend Dr. Ravi Mehta. He has been my family physician since 2018. He became my physician after my doctor of 30+ years retired. My experience with Dr. Mehta has been very positive. I have found him to be very sensitive and professional. He is patient and I never felt rushed. He always asked if I had any additional questions. In the interest of other patients I kept these to a minimum. I also found the nurses and receptionists at this Dundas St location equally amazing.
I am sorry to see Dr. Mehta leave as he is relocating. I truly extend my best wishes to him. Laureen Bowen

Called to get in line for an in-person walk-in appointment because of new Covid-19 procedures. I waited over an hour in the parking lot before calling back and being informed that it was a phone call appointment. I asked at that time whether it would be better to wait for an in person appointment (because I was there already) or for the phone call and they recommended the phone call. I waited three more hours for the call, which never came, and called back only to be told that the doctor prioritizes in-person patients and slots phone call appointments in when available. Very frustrating.

I sincerely was grateful and happy today. My visit was very personal and sensitive to me and they took such amazing care of me today. ️

The nurse who took me to my room was a sweet heart and Dr. Youssef is very kind, polite, professional and a wonderful physician.

I really enjoyed talking to the nurse who took care of me today and I definitely be going there in the future. As a medical studeny I was impressed with how welcoming they were and I hope to be as great in the field in the future like that nurse and doctor today.

My wife went to this clinic today and was helped in the best manner. She was very happy with her visit and all the staff treated her very nicely and with care. Excellent place to get checked yourself and your loved ones.

I went to see the Skin specialist at this clinic. I did not have my phone with me. I knocked at the door and my rings made extra noise on the door.staff member "Melissa"opened the door and shouted at me. All staff is horrible and unprofessional and so rude. I would never go to that clinic and neither recommend it. There are many good people looking for jobs but these people are working there. Such a disappointment.

I had received a referral from my family doctor for the location. I had called the office and receptionist insisted she didn't receive a referral 3 times. Till she finally spelled the name correctly the 4th time. Didn't apologize. You could feel her negative energy on the phone. When I ask her how long it will take to see the doctor she says "I don't know". Haven't even been to the doctors office yet and definitely not looking forward to it!

This place is not friendly. Receptionist was rude. I went there recently for my check up they didnot even tell me what happen where i have to go for test. They just ran away and treated like animals. And they never pick up my phone. If someone is new they have to tell each and everything politly but even i cant say anything about them what they do

The office changed front line people and they are very rude even when calling to make an appointment they hung up on you. Too much inefficient.

I was referred to Dr. Rohanne Robertson Moore with an appointment in November 2019. When the office gave me the appointment details, they did not mention that there was an Oakville and Mississauga location.

I showed up to the appointment 10 minutes early to the wrong location. The staff at Oakville called the Mississauga office that I was on my way, and that I would be less than five minutes late. The offices are less than 10 minutes apart.

I jumped in my car, and right at 11am - when my appointment was scheduled - the receptionist at Mississauga called and told me they are cancelling my referral, because I wasn't there. I told them I was three minutes away. I was right around the corner. They did not give me the proper address. The receptionist went and checked with Dr. Moore, got back on the phone with me, and said that Dr. Moore is leaving for the day. I asked if they could just make my appointment shorter to have it end at the same time. She then told me that Dr. Moore said no, and in that moment Dr. Moore walked out the door. I got a play-by-play of Dr. Moore actively choosing not to see a patient who was literally around the corner, less than five minutes late, because their office failed to provide the correct address.

I never received a phone call to reschedule. I lost that referral.

Considering she is a psychiatrist, and the wait times in Ontario are astronomical, I am shocked that this happened. Luckily I have good support around me, but I just hope no one else has had to deal with something similar.

Horrible wait times; I came in at 6pm and waited over 2 hours to have a simple urine test done which is unacceptable. The receptionist was very unprofessional and talked down to everyone in a demeaning voice and acted like all the patients were dumb, including those on the phone with her; also was very insistent on paid services.

My friend tried to call this office a total of 5 times in one hour and nobody answered the phone once.

Horrible they aren’t even real doctors they just keep cancelling appointments without any notice, horrible clinic

My initial review of this place was negative, but I suspect that was based almost entirely on how the receptionist was handling things. After a relatively long wait, we were met by a very thorough and competent doctor (sadly I can't remember his name) who correctly assessed and treated my wife & daughter for their different ailments.

Unprofessional receptionist incompetent with vulgar attitude! I feel sorry that I subject myself to such treatment. But, never again. It just does not worth it. Stay away at all cost!

I was very shocked today as the new medical clerk 'sbehavior. She was very rude and unprofessional. I have been coming to this clinic for many years never got a situation like this.even when I heard her conversation on the phone with one patient I felt sorry for him she was yelling at him and or didnt let him speak.please review and evaluate her behaviour I couldn't catch her name.no problem the manager would know who

Turned away because i quote "Doctor unable to place stiches if needed on a minor cut" in essence they refused to even see me. Only glad they didn't make me wait for 2 hrs to tell me that.

Very worst service. They don't have willingness to do any medical service if it is their opening time. Never ever waste your money here. They always ask for paid service. If you habe insurance they said it's long process and takes times. We don't have time to do that. My hand got twisted and they don't have care about people. They only care about paid service.

Bad attitude and rude customer service.we came around 8: 45PM just because we have health insurance receptionist not allowed us because she said she have to call insurance company and she have no time for that. That does not make sense.

Just finished my first visit in this place. Very clean compare to same others i had seen in the past.
Friendly and helpfull service at reception desk, waiting time similar to others. It’s open on Sunday at 9am very convenient, don’t have to wait until Monday or drive miles from my home.

Very professional doctor, she spent time listening to my issues and explained few different treatments, I’m verry happy that she sugested at first more natural approach wihout putting me on antibiotics right away.

Similar to other walk in clinics in Mississauga that there is a long wait, however the staff and Doctors are patient and polite.

The clinic I went to get a pregnancy test on. I wish I'd never step in this clinic! Since my health card wasn't with me, I paid for $110 for a blood and urine test. They just did a urine test not a blood test. The doctor came and said the result is negative you are not pregnant. When I told her I had three early pregnancy tests and All results were positive, suddenly she asked me sec, went back in the lab. 10 sec after she came and said congratulations you're pregnant! Howww? Two days later, I went with my health card, and they wouldn't refund my money. (!) I wanted to eliminate all the stressful situations from me and said OK. I told them I wanted to arrange an ultrasound appointment, i haven’t have a family doctor yet, and they didn't send me ultrasound clinics with no reason. The only one who helped me was a lady (she is an angel) sitting in the middle chair at the reception, I forgot to ask for your name, sorry to her. The doctors gave me a lot of stress, even though they knew I was pregnant.even they didn’t give me any result &report about my pregnancy. I’m thinking to sue them.

Great experience. Went to Dr. Bryan, he was very professional, and really cares about his patients. Very friendly staff as well.

Normally, I’m not into writing reviews or posting complaints about bad service delivery, but in this case I felt it necessary to warn other patients/customers about this particular doctor (Neelam. Nilum or something like that). He is the most unprofessional and rude doctor I’ve ever come across, in all the countries that I’ve ever lived in. He stormed into the examination room with a big frown and ignored my greeting. He threw a volley of questions at me without even giving me a chance to answer the first. He went on with a tone that made me feel as if he just wanted to rush me out the door. I went along with his act, thinking that he may have had a bad/rough day. But he went on with the same attitude till I realized it was a wasteful trip and I just wanted to get out myself. This was a follow up visit to the original visit to Dr. Ravi Mehta, who is such a wonderful physician & human being, who goes over and above in explaining your situation and the possible causes and remedies/treatment routes one should expect. I would not recommend this doctor (Neelam) to anyone and avoid him at all costs, if you want to get better from your ailment.

I came to the office at 4: 20 and was told that registration was closed. I commented that I thought it closed at 4: 30 and was told “it’s almost 4: 30 and we already have 2 people waiting. “. Vet deceptive of them and technically it wasn’t 4: 30 yet. False advertising

I've been coming here for over a year, with Dr Mehta as my family doctor. He is kind, caring, knowledgeable and very thorough in his approach. The staff (office admin, technicians) are very friendly. I drive a long distance to come here. It is worth it.

I would like to file a complaint with one of the MCI the doctors office receptionists.
The receptionists name is “Persiss”. I felt entirely uncomfortable today when visiting for a drop in doctors appointment.

Aside from being incredibly unprofessional and rude, I believe she breached what should be EVERY DOCTORS OFFICE POLICY.

She naggingly persisted to ask me personal/detailed questions on the nature of my visit in front of maybe 15 people in the wait room. When I told her something vague - she went on to ask for specifics. Stating that’s she needed them because I was going to have to pay for the appointment. I agreed to pay for the appointment prior to this conversation but did not agree to have myself and my personal details read out to complete strangers in the waiting room. I am honestly disgusted. I have never felt so publicly embarrassed. This office needs to serious rethink hiring a better receptionist. Sad.

A very nice clinic. Persis is super courteous and friendly. Always goes beyond to help people as I observe whilst waiting. A clinic should hire more like her.

Besides the waiting because the doctor is behind schedule (happens everywhere) this clinic is awesome. My family doctor is amazing and Persis is the most caring compassionate person I have ever dealt with in a doctors office. All the staff have been extra supportive and kind. They offer numerous services in one clinic and will ALWAYS call you back if you leave a message. Reading negative reviews is just bothersome, people need to relax and stop thinking they are #1 and the world revolves around them. If you are polite, patient and courteous you will have a great experience and get the assistance and answers you need. MCI is HIGHLY recommended to anyone seeking a doctor.thank you.:)

Very very unprofessional staff this facility has. I have called several times on june 21 around 8 before the clinic would be closing and no one for good 20 minutes answered the call. Finally when the call did go through the receptionist was very rude and told me the clinic is closed now and there was 1 hour left. She passed the phone to another receptionist and she argued and hanged up the call on me. I was outside the facility and asked for someone who is in charge of the clinic and all the receptionist could do is ignore and hang up the call. Very very unprofessional behaviour. I work in the same field and would like to help my patients rather than ignore and be rude to them. This is not the first time this had happened with the receptionist. Would never recommend anyone there. Very rude and unprofessional staff they have.

Waited 2 damn hours to see a doctor. Waited an hour and a half bc doctors were "changing shifts" and then the nurse took us in and left us alone in the room.
