We were looking for a trailer for our family of 3. After looking at multiple dealers and private sales we decided to go to Mackenzie and we dealt with Doug and Alan. They were very helpful and not pushy. Doug would even call and talk with us when not working. Had my trailer serviced with an extended warranty, and Tina went above and beyond to make sure this was completed in a VERY timely fashion, best service experience I've had. Very happy with our visit to McKenzie RV Trailers, stopped by to check out their 2022 Rockwood Roo Hybrid Trailer specifically and after talking with Vincent and Dave for a while and getting a very informative and thorough walk thru, we actually purchased the trailer we were there just to "LOOK AT".
Vincent who was the sales person, and Dave the manager, made our entire visit an enjoyable experience.

We had MacKenzie RV Trailers employee Scott come to our 40' Cedar Creek Cottage trailer (bought elsewhere) to do permanent professional levelling, and plumb with PVC.
He arrived on time, had everything he needed, helped spread a heavy plastic under-sheet (humidity protection) and had all work done within 3 hours. He works VERY neatly! (As a chef, I notice and appreciate that attitude of thoughtful, neat, execution.)
Scott's attitude was delightful! He informed us what exactly he would do and how he would work. He asked us to pull in our 3 slides and disconnected the water after ensuring no inside processes were going on.
At every juncture Scott was economical with materials and careful about positioning his supports. He explained to us why he was doing it the way he was (to ensure complete long-term stability). He clearly takes real pride in his work and final delivered product.
All this was done on a morning threatening heavy rain, which held off until 10 minutes after he finished. (Superb timing too, Scott!)
Scott was an outstanding Ambassador for MacKenzie Trailers. With delight and complete confidence I would recommend him and his work to anyone needing large (or smaller) trailer levelling and plumbing.

The experience was so wonderful. Every staff member is very helpful and informative. My husband and I are first time RVers. We were finally ready to try RVing but of course, being inexperienced we needed to know how to do stuff. Saeed was extremely through. He gave a very informative walk through, showing everything in working order and how it all works. Saeed gave a safety hookup education. He made sure that we were fully comfortable with having a trailer attached to our vehicle before we left. We want to thank ALL the staff for a very pleasant and helpful experience. Thanks to Tina, Kim, Evan and the guys in the shop, our fold up stairs were damaged (my bad) and the staff got them delivered very quickly and installed while we waited

Just had the crank assembly put on my pop up, the whole team at McKenzie was a blast to talk to and deal with. Hey have been helping me for a while now and gave me a few recommendations for parts since my camper is an older one. Very friendly team and will definitely service my pop up whenever I need help. Hard to find a group of people this knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!

This was our first RV purchase. The entire team at McKenzie is just wonderful to deal with. Great staff, very informative, great service.
They explained everything in depth and Saeed took all the time needed to give us a thorough run through of all the trailer features.
All our questions/concerns were answered and cant wait to get camping!

Many of the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable with our purchase. Not crazy about the $2000 PDI and $500 admin fee even if not financing. Special thanks to out salesman Bob and to Saeed who hosted our (free) demo and explained everything (courteous and knowledgeable)

After spending over 125k on a brand new destination trailer and unable to get any warranty work done while emailing and commuting since December, needing to bump emails over and over to even get a reply. I cannot recommend this dealership for warranty/servicework.

My husband purchased a Rockwood Tent Trailer from McKenzie Rv Trailers this year at the Rv Trailer Show and it was such a great experience dealing with all the staff there. They were so friendly and helpful. We would also like to send out a big Thank You to Saeed who was our technician and showed us how to operate our trailer and answered all questions he was a big help and very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend McKenzie trailers to anyone. They run a relaxed, friendly and organized business. UPDATE:
We paid $160 for them to diagnose the issues and were told that the trailer was still in "Winter mode" and they ensured us it was good to go.
We got it home and nothing had been fixed!

Vista Cruiser by Gulf Stream was purchased here in March of 2022, brand new.
After barely one full season of use, countless issues have arisen.
- hot water stopped working
- furnace stopped working within one month
- propane connectors were broken when we picked it up and immediately needed replacement
- fridge door handle broke
- water pipe to the toilet split over the first winter
- pea trap in the sink split over the first winter

The quality of workmanship would have been better if a high school shop class built my trailer.
None of the cabinets were hung level and all hinges have since pulled out and needed to be rehung. The trim around the perimeter is sagging from nails popping out, the counter trim was also not installed correctly and over the winter fully separated from the counter.

The trailer just went in for repairs - they said would take possibly one week to repair.it was done in less than 24hrs and we were told to pick it up on Saturday or we would incur storage fees if left over the long weekend.
We show up Saturday to find they are closed, and would be the entire weekend. We don't live anywhere near their location and were very dissatisfied to find it closed on the day they asked us to pick it up.

We picked it up today to find that 80% of the food in our cupboards were smashed on the floor while it was in their possession. We were also told that if we want to fix our fridge door handle it would require replacing the entire fridge. I just found a set of 2 matching handles (the exact item) on Amazon for $80.

Saying we are less than impressed is an understatement.

We had our trailer, which was less than one year old stolen unfortunately, and after approval from insurance we contacted Colleen at Mckenzies and within about two weeks we were rolling off the lot with the exact same model that we had and although we have to completely outfit the new trailer she was extremely helpful in the purchase and transition between ourselves and insurance and the bank. If you’re looking for a trailer, I definitely recommend talking to her! So helpful and easy-going through this ordeal. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Mckenzies, and especially Colleen!

Originally, I wrote a very angry 1-star review back in 2021, with an update written in 2022, after McKenzie staff was negligent with our practically brand new toy hauler while it was in service for repairs and again, after it flooded due to a manufacturer's defect. It took a year and a half, 55+ emails, MANY unanswered phone calls to the owner, MANY MANY phone calls with Tina (most of which ended with me yelling out of frustration with both the dealer and the manufacturer), one novel-sized file and one "made it 'cause I was so fed up with not being able to use the AC system or make coffee inside the trailer" TikTok account dedicated to highlighting the state of our trailer after minimal usage and many of the 30+ defects we had discovered (many of which were pretty serious), two third party diagnostics, a lot of tears and even more frustration to finally get the manufacturer to agreed to fix our trailer. And Tina was very much an active part of why it worked out in our favor. By the time the trailer left Canada for repairs, it was full of mold, the electricity didn't work, it had MANY leaks (some of which caused major issues with other components) and it smelled like it was 30+ years old despite having only been used for the equivalent of 1 full season over the course of 3 summers.

Tina deserves a standing ovation for her patience (most especially when dealing with my very angry/frustrated/emotional self on numerous occasions in 2021 and 2022) and her persistence in helping us deal with the absolute hell that was going toe to toe with a large corporation who did NOT want to be held accountable for a poor quality product and winning the battle. She also communicated on our behalf to various parts manufacturers, third party diagnostic technicians, extended warranty, etc.and kept us informed about very specific details that we otherwise would not have known about.

When the service department dropped the ball, Tina picked it up and made sure we knew she was on it. She spoke with us for an hour and a half back in November and called us later that day to follow-up. When sales didn't take accountability, Tina did. And we appreciate her immensely.

TINA! We see you and we appreciate all that you've done and are still doing to help us through this horrible situation. We cannot thank you enough! We're heading to Indiana to pick up our repaired toy hauler from the factory next weekend. I hope this is the end of the trailer drama and you never have to hear from us again! LOL

An amazing experience that continues. I purchased a 2022 ForestRiver trailer in January 2022 from my sales professional Lindsey Morton. McKenzie RV trailer is the greediest company I have ever seen. I ordered an RV last September and paid part of deposits. Not full amount of deposit they asked. However, my depression came back and I was sick for months and I don’t believe in myself that I can handle the trailer by myself anymore. After I finally got better I apologized to Colleen and explained what happened, and showed her the proof for my depression. Colleen and the owner Peter still refused to return my deposit and even they already sold the trailer I ordered and didn’t have any lost. They are holding my deposit and forcing me to buy a new trailer before this September. They kept lying to me that trailer was not sold for months and refused to returned my deposit until my friend wanted to buy the trailer. They refused my friend to check the trailer I ordered and suddenly forced me to receive my deposit (etransfer) even my friend really wants to buy it. Peter and Colleen DO NOT care the contract they signed. They just being so greedy do whatever they want and lie whatever they want. They are worst of the worst and the greediest of the greediest company I have ever seen.

Bought a new trailer from Mackenzie at a great price on the day of pick up everything was ready. The technicians at the back were very helpful and walked me through the whole process there was a tech by the name of Jeff that had all the answers to all the questions we needed super helpful gentleman showed me how to Hitch the trailer to my Toyota and how everything worked he also couldn't stop complimenting the truck which is a plus;)
