Honestly, you have to know it's expensive if you are buying Deere. However, they always are friendly and have the parts I need. For me as a contractor, that is worth anything. I can walk in and get pins and bushings for my mini ex with no issues.

I had the pleasure recently to meet Preston at McLaren Equipment. In our brief conversation he triangulated on the perfect tractor to address my needs. Active listening coupled with impressive equipment knowledge and a caring attitude. Very much appreciated.

I am disappointed with my experience purchasing a new snowplow blade from Mclaren, Equipment. All my phone interactions were friendly and great but the fellow at the front counter was neither. It seemed like I was cutting in on his busy job both times I was there. Nobody from service talked to me about my installation at all. They just took my check and gave me the key and said here you go. I mentioned I wanted to purchase a chainsaw and was told everyone was busy on the phone and to please wait. After a few minutes of standing looking and nobody seeming interested in a customer wanting help I left went outside and figured out how to operate my new plow on my own. It's too bad you didn't have 5 minutes for a guy who just gave you over 10,000 dollars as I am new to the area and also need a tractor as well as the chainsaw among other things. I will now keep trying to find good service somewhere else. Thanks anyway.

Good but not great. I would buy there again but probably squeeze a bit for a better price, or add ons. It took a few weeks longer to pick up the unit than anticipated also.

Absolutely outstanding service and staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be making all my future purchases here.
