Holly & Heidi are so comfortable going to your clinic. They are always greeted so cheerfully. The staff are A1 and Ashley is wonderful! She knows my voice when I call.

I made an emergency appointment at this clinic for my dog because my regular vet could not see us rapidly. Staff was very helpful and kind. Care was taken to explain what might be the issue, what each possibility would mean for my dog, and what we could do. The clinic is also pleasant and spacious. I very much appreciated the services offered here and I highly recommend!

This facility was awesome! They cared for my pregnant girl and arranged for an emergency c-section when things became dire. Mom and pup both doing great! Thank you Dr Wicks, Karen, Brittany and the rest of the amazing team! Love Teeko and Tika Jr.

We saw Dr. Wicks for our senior cat, Odie. It was the best vet experience we have had to date at a vet office! Not only was he gentle with our somewhat uncooperative cat, but he took the time to explain our options. He also very much took Odies safety into account when coming up with a plan for his future. Reception and nurses were also amazing and compassionate.

Vet and all staff were incredibly great with my two working dogs. Very much recommend. No issues and will be continuing to go here.

McNeely performed dental surgery on my westie last week. The price was very reasonable and he is doing great. Thank you!

Showed up for a scheduled vet appointment as a volunteer for a rescue from Ottawa. We were 5 minutes late for our appt which was at 2: 30. This animal hospital has a "10 minute late rule" which states that if you are more than 10 minutes late they will not see the dog. We were well within this time. The reception area was empty when I arrived at 2: 35. My foster dog ended up playing with an older dog while we waited for someone to enter the reception area. When Ashley finally entered she said I was late and the establishment would not honour my scheduled appointment. At that time I looked at my phone it was still within the 10 minute rule. I showed Ashley the time on my phone and explained to her that I had been there waiting for someone to arrive at reception. She insisted that I was past the 10 minute rule and my foster dog would not be seen by a vet. I loaded up the foster dog into my car and started it. At that time I noticed the clock in my vehicle said 2: 38 so I went back into the reception area and stated that both my phone and my car clock showed 2: 38 even after I had waited, played with another dog and loaded the puppy back into the car. Ashley told me that the office does not go by the time on my phone or on my car but the time programmed into their computer. I went back into the car and called the rescue to let them know the appt had been cancelled and the scheduled logged time of the phone call was 2: 40 which is still within their 10 minute rule. There we no other people or dogs waiting for appointments while our appt was cancelled. The owner of the dog who my foster was playing with while waiting for someone to arrive at reception was also aware that we were there on time (or within the 10 min rule which they have established). Extremely disappointing to volunteer for rescue, leave work for 2 hours and be turned away from a vet when the arrival time on the gps and the documented phone calls all confirm the time of arrival and the time of departure.

Unfortunately our experience with McNeely animal hospital was short lived as our dog passed away before getting the opportunity to be seen. However, the staff was extremely kind and knowledgable over the phone and kept is in contact with cancellations In order to help us as quickly as possible. This was also during a time when other vets could not take us on as there is a vet shortage in our area. We are glad we did have the pleasure of dealing with McNeely, however short, and under different circumstances we would have been happy to have them as our Vet.

Amazing vet service that always helps alleviate my anxiety over simple things that are more common than I seem to think. Can’t recommend them enough!

The entire team are so caring and compassionate! I have had many visits recently with my baby and every visit the team has shown empathy, understanding.overall caring attitude. I would suggest this is the place to take your 'baby' for medical attention. ️

The team at McNeely Animal Hospital is awesome. They are patient and their love of animals really shows. Mocha loves going there as she gets lots of love, attention and treats. They take time to explain everything and are very thorough. I love their pre-booking system for all necessary appointments.they take the worry out of missing an important visit. Definately recommend McNeely Animal Hospital.

Switched vets to this brand new animal hospital. The Staff were caring and responsive to my pet. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks to the McNeely Vet Clinic who were willing to accept my dog without having to wait weeks to get in. They even accommodated his appointment around my work schedule. Dr. Magda and the staff were fabulous and answered all my questions no matter how irrelevant they were. Dr. Magda did not push for unnecessary vaccinations and explained the pros and cons. I have no doubt that my dog will get the best of care!

The whole clinic is brand new and super clean. The receptionist was quick and friendly. Vet tech, Annie was amazing with Maisie who is very anxious. Dr. Magda spent a lot of time discussing Maisie’s issues and offering options and costs for each concern. Great experience - highly recommend!

Dr Magda has been great with our aging pup. She is patient with us and thorough with him. Ranger knows some of the staff well and enjoys his visits.

Despite having to say goodbye to our kitty, they were very compassionate and upfront with us with our options. We had adopted other kitties and they will be patients here!

Shout out to Dr. Magda (we look forward to seeing you once again)! She has gone the extra mile for our Jack Russel and saved his life.
