Mcqueen medical clinic

I have been to 3 different vets and have chosen to stay at this one. My dog had a very serious condition and the people here went LENGTHS to help him and im so grateful. I dont think any other vets would have gone as far as this vet did to save my dog and they fixed him right up. Thanks!

Always have a great experience. Having reactive dogs can make vet visits really stressful, but the team here is so accommodating. Highly recommend! (Photo is my happy girl after her visit)

My dog died after getting a teeth cleaning. They did blood work and she was fine. They took too long doing the cleaning. She died the next day….

I would like to give more detail. My dog was healthy. Many chihuahua live long healthy lives. Her heart was fine and she has never had an issue. When my dog was finished with the surgery the vet never came to speak with me. She was making a wheezing sound. I was told she was fine. I said she had never made that sound before. They refused to inspect her and said the vet had left. That sound was my dogs lungs filling with fluid. My dog drowned from the inside. A result of a botch surgery. Confirmed by the emerg vet I brought her to. Had she had her vitals checked and her symptoms not been dismissed my dog would be alive. The vet stated to me he has no regrets because he has done nothing wrong. This man is very mentally unwell. He views dogs with the same amount of empathy McDonald’s treats their fries. Sometimes they are too salty and sometimes a dog dies. Who cares right? ! I hope when you are in the hospital you are treated with the same care you give your patience. I wish you nothing well.

Dr. Babar is the best in town, very honest, dedicated and capable. I had my senior pomeranian dog's dental surgery and he needed 10 tooth extractions, which was a challenging job. Dr Babar performed miraculously because my dog (Scooby) had trachea collapse. His chances of survival were very slim, because of Dr Babar's competence he survived. Doctor was very thorough in explaining us the procedure and the risks involved. The entire team at McQueen hospital was very efficient, compassionate with the follow-ups post the procedure. Highly recommend this place.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They have been taking great care of my kitten from day 1. I ask lots of questions and they are always there to answer. They only suggest the necessary measures. I feel comfortable and safe having them as my vet for my beloved kitten. This clinic does what no other clinic I knew has ever done, they go above and beyond, they go the extra mile for their patients. They are compassionate human beings not just great vets. They have left no stone unturned to bring my boy back to good health!
Their immense care and follow-up every single day inspite of them being busy is impeccable.
From a day of just not eating and a simple vet visit took a turn in our lives after our baby was detected with Wet FIP (which is a fetal disease).
It's not easy to detect diseases like these, but through a series of their sharp knowledge, experience, test, ultrasounds, and expertise, they figured it out and saved his life.
We are greatly indebted to Dr. Babar, Dr. Mullick, Dr. Roshini, Dr. M, Crystal, Shannen, Sukhmeet and the rest of the team who have been our backbone this entire time and in nursing him back to good health.
Being Animal Rescuer and having lots of children to look after who have recovered and are back to good health under the best supervision of the panel of these amazing doctors at McQueen Animal Hospital has been a blessing in our purpose to help our babies.

In 2015 my BFF and I dogs, sisters from the same litter.first dog, and quite by chance we decided to take them to McQueen Animal Hospital and it was the best choice I could have made. We’ve been going for regular checkups, unexpected visits and a few times for some excellent advice. Both of the girls LOVE going to the vet because everyone is so nice. Dr. Babbar has a wonderful calming presents which many times helped me to relax and remember my girl was in good hands. I trust McQueen wholeheartedly with the care of my Dog and would not want to have her see anyone else unless recommended by them.

This clinic is wonderful! I have two little doggies and I love them with all my heart. My world revolves around them, lol) I would only want to take them to a place where I know that they are safe and well cared for. They have been patients at McQueen Animal Hospital for several years. They have been cared for with regular check ups, knee surgeries and teeth cleanings. The doctors and vet techs are very kind and always take time to educate me and explain things well. In the past, they have been able to give me quicker appointments for more urgent situations. My one dog is highly anxious and they do their best to always make him feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner!

Dr. Babbar and his team at McQueen Animal Hospital have taken care of our 12 year old Great Dane cross Brownie for the past 8 years. Dr. Babbar is most experienced veterinary doctor, he treats his clients with passion, care due diligence.

We are very happy with his services, be it two surgeries for our dog. Routine annual examination.

My cat was losing hair. Took her to McQueen. Very covid-professional: I called from the parking, took the cat to the door for drop off and waited in the car. Half hour later the doctor called back, gave the diagnosis (allergies and a tape worm) gave recommended remedies, switched me to reception who provided associated costs - then took card-payment over the phone. I went to the door and picked up the kitty, with the medications, and the attendant went over (again) what they were and how to use them.

Our Roamer is a happy dog thanks to the Mcqueen team. Roamer burst an oil gland on his leg and was rushed to Oakville Pet Emergency (Unless it’s an emergency please dont go there) After $700 later they barely patched him up. We called McQueen and they took Roamer in right away in the morning. Dr. B arranged the surgery. The staff is really friendly and they genuinely care for the our pets. Post Surgery roamer broke couple of his stitches (believe me Roamer has no chill) The team at McQueen quickly took him in on a saturday and patched him up completely for free. No other hospital will ever do that. Shout out to Dr. B, Roshni and the rest of the team. Roamer sends his ️. Best Vet in the area. Don’t even bother going anywhere else.

Thanks McQueen veterinarian hospital for taking care of dog Jasmine. Thanks for doing an amazing job on a serious life treating pyometra surgery our Jasmine is doing fantastic just a few days later. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for having our girl to come home with us. You guys will always be in hearts and mind. Keep up the great work and compassion for your patients.

My French Bulldog is still alive today because of this amazing clinic. Dr. B, Dr Mulick, Ania and the team at McQueen veterinary provided great advise and support during my dog’s critical time. The front receptionist was very friendly and felt the sense of urgency to book me in to see the vet within a short period of time. Dr. B had to refer my dog to a special surgeon. While there was no surgeon in GTA available to take my dog, Ania went above and beyond with much effort to call up all other surgeons to see if any of them could take my dog in. Dr. B even was ready to prepare other alternative to save my dog’s life if in case no surgeon available. Finally, we were able to get a surgeon at the OVC in Guelph. All I can say I am very thankful during this difficult time and most of all, they treated us like family, and treated my dog as their own. Afterwards, Anya followed up very closely with my dog's progress. I am very grateful for the whole clinic for all the professional and caring support provided and definitely will refer family and friends. Many Many Many Thanks with Millions of STARS!

I’ve been going to this vet ever since my bfs family recommended it. And every visit has been good but the last visit I ever made was to return my dogs food because she passed and literally one of your lovely ladies who had her giant fluffy blanket giving dog with her and it just made that whole situation more bearable. It felt like I landed into a friends arms of comfort from both of them. So honestly thank you for what you do.

My review will not justify just how amazing this clinic is. Starting with Dr. Babbar, an absolute wonder and we are so grateful for his ethical practice and kind heart. Dr. Babbar is attentive, honest, kind, knowledgeable and truly cares about each pet that walks through the doors. We've seen Dr. Mullick as well, she is also a wonderful doctor who takes care of all the animals. The staff is so welcoming and sweet, they always put a smile on our faces and handle our animals with great care. You're stuck with our family for life as we are loyal to your services. Thank you!

Love bringing my mini pinscher here! The staff are very welcoming and respectful towards my pet. My dog is very anxious and gets nervous when it comes to his appointment but the doctors are very patient. They show a lot of passion, comfort, and love towards him. Could not choose a better place!

Make a long story short, very, very disappointed in this veternarian clinic, stressed me out big time. They have changed their ways and I found it to be very, very cold and disrespectful. I had to go to another vet, spend more money for a second opinion and I am glad I did. One of the best decisions I ever made. A new veternarian there that I would not recommend, her name is Padma Mullick.

A big NO and thumbs down. I live 5mins from this hospital and wanted to switch vets. The receptionist is extremely rude and unfriendly, I was asked to wait outside and I heard her saying " I don't even know who that is" in a nasty tone to her colleague. (I had a fixed appt and was bang on time)
10 mins later me and my dog are taken inside and I see her being pulled and kneed to get onto the weighing scale. I asked the assistant to go easy she knows how to sit she just needs a treat.
Pet parents are not allowed inside which is extremely frustrating as my girl is anxious around new people.
In short, I witnessed no compassion or love for animals. I got my dog out without a dr seeing her. Trust your instincts.

They give appointment by phone call, but at the moment of the appointment they just refuse to attend the patient and said that the appointment that they give me was a lie. TERRIBLE SERVICE

If this was a few years ago, I would give the full 5 stars. Dropped out a star because of technicians with over the top attitude. If I can hear and receive your attitude over the phone, not sure I’d want to see you in person. The only reason I’ve stuck around is for Dr. Babbar and his love for animals, his ethics, understanding, professionalism, knowledge and his diagnostic skills and even then I don’t get to see him often anymore because the technicians keep scheduling me with other docs even when I specifically request for Dr. Babbar. This has left a bad taste and I feel bad for all the hard work that Dr. Babbar has put into this clinic.

We live an hour away and it is well worth the drive. We are so happy with the care they provide to all of our animals. They are thorough and we have referred several friends to use their services.

Very lovely vet hospital and very lovely staff! They are very patient with my Pomeranian cross dog. He is a very nervous dog and requires tons of patience. Couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of him when needed!

Staff are rude and not much help. Theres no continuity with doctors, so you never know what doctor will actually deal with your pet. From one staff member to the next there seems to be a lot of break downs in communication that they will not take responsibility for. The place isn't run very well.

I always have such a good experience every visit. My dogs are well taken care of.

We love McQueen Animal Hospital. They are great with our fury family and you can tell they love all the animals.

I loved my pet with all my heart, but he was sick, dealing with history of seizures which led to aggression. The female doctor claimed I didn’t love my pet or I didn’t care for him because I was not listening to the solution she sent me.

She recommended a shelter which literally looked like they abuse animals there (located in Oakville, I’m more than happy to share the shelter with anyone reading this review)

They have no empathy for what their patients and patients owners are going through, and I regret ever talking to the lady there as she has no idea what my family and I were going through.

Loved rachel she was awesome with my rottie she understood that she would be a little hard to deal with trimming her nails and she did great with her! She’s the best definitely recommend her! However the male veterinarian is very rude and disrespectful) : he doesn’t listen to what you have to say he just wants the check! I’d definitely recommend asking for a different vet when u go for an appointment

Very good first time experience at McQueen Animal Hospital. We have an aging cat that is extremely anxious around new people, but we felt comfortable leaving him in their capable, caring hands. Very professional and friendly, with frequent communication from staff to provide updates throughout the visit. We appreciated the time that Dr. Padma Mullick spent explaining the issue after the bloodwork diagnosis was completed and what our options are. Cost was very reasonable, unlike other animal hospitals that have broken our trust by grossly overcharging for their services. Thank you McQueen.we will be returning here.

My puppy, being a very nervous 9lbs toy poodle, is always in good hands with this clinic. They always look out for his well being and treat him well. We’ve brought max here many times for treatment and are always very happy with the service. Very knowledge staff and very friendly with all animals.

Let me start by saying previous interactions were amazing, a little pricey but pretty good.
This time around, I dropped $500 to have my cat diagnosed with a kidney issue, this didn't bother me, what happened next did. 3 days later I took my cat in for euthanasia. I got rinsed hard, in excess of $500 to put him down and communal cremation.
I called back a couple of days later expressing my displeasure, I got "sorry that is the price". I have checked with multiple people and vets, everyone saying I got stung, I wont be back nor will I retract this.

Has to be the worst place to go to when you call them on the phone they keep explaining the same thing and don’t listen to what you are saying to them they hang up on you when they don’t understanding something and there is only one doctor there that doesn’t take any new patients in

Covid restrictions brought lot of extra stress but they remained very helpful and friendly.

Our BMD is registered with them. Have been going there since we got him as a 8week old puppy. They followed all regulations during extreme covid situation. The pet is well taken care and the staffs are very courteous to us and the pet. Reminders, treatment, vaccination and follow up were all done in right manner. Very detailed information and answers after every visit. Would definitely recommend!

This clinic use to be good until they switched doctors now all they do is rip people off. Stay away from this clinic they killed my dog! Will never bring any of pets back here go to cheltenham veterinarian clinic thank me later

LOVE this vet clinic. They are the cheapest in Brampton that I have found yet their staff and quality of service is amazing. Have been taking our 4 cats there for several years now. They have all the latest tech and machinery including an in house lab which cuts on costs too. Highly recommended.

Very professional. We took our new kitten their for his first check up and vaccine, and although we weren't allowed in, they spoke to my wife on the phone and explained everything in full detail.

I brought my 7 month old puppy there for his neutering & follow-up check-up. The entire staff were very kind and friendly to my pup as he is so unsure of everyone during this time of quarantine and not being able to be so social as yet. He loved the nurses as we caught him playing with them while we were driving away it was so beautiful to see, we want to thank the staff for being so kind and taking accurate measures for our little guy & will for your little fur babies aswell!

Really nice people, way better than the vet off of voden. Prices are decent I paid like 500 for blood test medications anesthesia and surgery. They explained everything to me really well and even called me after to follow up to see how my dog was which was very nice. I did not get the same treatment from voden the main vet talked very condescendingly and had this smirk on his face I once asked about this growth in my dogs mouth and he smiled and said no problem that's easy and will be cheap and when I asked how much it would be it came up to 1900 they add on extra stuff and over charge you. McQueen is way better and I have suggested other friends of mine to bring their pets here as they have also had the same problem with the vet off of voden

Worst experience.they made me feel horrible for not having fixed my cat.after spending over 600$ multiple different tests they gave me one diagnosis than a month later another vet at the same hospital told me something completely different! Will never bring my cats back here

Our Great Dane went through a neutering surgery at this facility about a month ago. Our boy is anxious of vet visits. The staff at McQueen Animal Hospital are very friendly. They made it so easy for him by pepping him up and playing with him. Special thanks to Jessica and Roshni for caring for him so well. The procedure and the follow up visits were very pleasant, not just for us but for our gentle giant.

Very disappointed. Called several times to ask for my doctor (Dr Raabia) in order to refill my medication but the receptionist keep telling me they only have one doctor with another name. She never attempted to help but promised to call back each time i called which she never did. Please train your receptionist.

I took my little kitten *Mila * to this animal hospital, the staff were very courteous, professional, the doctor was very knowledgeable he checked her throughfully, gave her the shots she needs, their prices are very fair compared to other places, i would recommend to anyone for their loved pets

Fantastic reception and vet assistant staff, some of the kindest I’ve ever met.

I had been a client a few years ago where they had provided amazing care for my senior dog until the end of his life. They had always been caring and supportive through tough times. Naturally, I decided to bring my new puppy back for care as well.

However, not sure if it’s the COVID-19 restrictions that make communication especially tough (for both parties), but I was left confused, frustrated and taken advantage of when I brought my puppy in when she came down with worms. She wasn’t getting the treatment she needed in a fair way (it was frustrating and not accommodating) which unfortunately prompted me to change vet clinics.

Very helpful staff with reasonable prices for the area. Is very patient with my cats and answers all my questions so I understand what best for my cats

Amazing staff and doc. My dog is very nervous around new people but he loves going there for check ups. The staff make the animals feel so comfortable it’s amazing to watch. My dog hates when anybody touches his ears, and taking him in for an ear infection and watching them work with him to make him feel comfortable was just amazing. Thanks to all the staff and Dr. Babbar and Dr. Chen.

The doctors and staff at McQueen Animal Hospital have been amazing with our sweet Eliya! As sweet as she is, she can be very difficult at times! I was so relieved to see the care she received as the staff always do an amazing job at keeping her cool, calm and collected during our visits. We recommend McQueen Animal Hospital to all pet owners and Melanie, one of the technicians there was very knowledgeable when we shared certain concerns with her. We were so happy to hear that they had stopped declawing! That’s another plus!

Friendly and Patience staff. Everything they suggested to try and do at home. I did. Now my precious Faith, is eating, both wet and dry food. I noticed she has been sipping on her water as well.

Wonderful caring staff with the bonus of good prices. I take ally fur babies there and trust all the staff to treat with the utmost of care and respect.

I was going to them for about two years. Getting stuff done and buying products. They were friendly and why not I was friendly with them and given the money. When I ran into a problem with one of their products they were quite indifferent to my problems. And it became quite obvious that the money was the only reason they were being nice to me.

Love McQueen animal hospital. The staff are very supportive. The Dr's are very gentle and knowledgeable.

Dr. Raabia is the best family doctor I have had. The wait time at Mcqueen clinic is very reasonable. The front staff are very nice. The doctor takes her time and does not hurry you. She always finds a solution. Dr. Raabia is my doctor however if it is her day off and i need a doctor, Dr. Malhotra is understanding as well.

I have taken my dog, Halo, to other clinics in the past, but by far McQueen Animal Hospital has treated her with the upmost care! They have been my home for the last 2 years and will continue to be. There are so many things that I can say that makes this clinic stand out over the others; from their clean facility to their helpful technicians all throughout each visit, and not to forget Dr. Babbar’s compassion and care. DR Malhotra is a knowledgable caring and compassionate human being. He makes one feel like family and is very empathetic to ones situation and medical needs. He does not rush you like other "meat market" clinics. Furthermore, his high ethical standards and etiquette are clearly above and beyond industry standard. The physio at this location is incredible as well! Highly recommended!

The front end to seeing the doctor's very nice and welcoming staff and medical clinic. I got my skin tags removed underneath my left armpit. I feel way better now and the doctor was great at removing them. Thanks to this medical staff for always welcoming me to the medical clinic and being nice always.

Very nice family doctor. Listens to your problem patiently and incase required, try to get early appointments of other specialist doctors. Staff is cooperative too. I highly recommend Dr. Malhotra.
