Had an issue with the wiring in a ceiling fan I installed myself. The electrician arrived when they said he would and had the issue figured out and resolved in no time. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. 10 out of 10 experience!

We have used this company several times now and seen many different faces and they have all been wonderful. I hired them initially after reading reviews here and they are not wrong! We have had hot tub wiring, full panel replacements, as well as other various small jobs done. The pricing is clear and fair and their communication is excellent. They have always come when they said they would and are super professional. Even when our house was clearly under construction they still took the time to tidy up any small debris that might have been left from the work they had done. They are the only company I would use for any future electrical needs!

I would highly recommend this company! They worked so hard in restoring my hydro back in my shop. Highly professional and responsive. Faster than I expected. 10 out of 10. Great service!

These young men at this company are fantastic. They took four hours to carefully install cables to hook up my 3 of my TVs n my new home. It was a tricky job and they spent four hours with me making sure everything worked and even setting up my televisions with the remotes. It’s not hard for them to do but it’s super hard for me to do and they didn’t even think twice about making sure I had everything I needed before they left. Top notch service.

Honestly if I could give more stars I would! James took the time to listen to what I needed done and within an hour a truck was here! The two electricians were so polite and professional. They completed the installation of new light fixtures and added two new outlets for me. Impeccable workmanship. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable, honest local company to work with. A+

Pool pump needed replacing. Connor was great! Then we got Bill told us it would be 1 hour charge they charged for 1.5 which was an extra 60.00 told us it was for travel pay. Which from Brantford to Paris is 10 mins. That shouldn't be a thing at all. They did correct it.

The technician was called in at the beginning of Jul 2022 as a few outlets were not working properly, and we asked him to check and fix the whole house for any potential related issues. We were ensured everything was checked. This visit costed us $276. We were told by my friends that the breakers in the houses of this relatively newer community were easily to trip for protecting purpose. In the afternoon on Dec30,2022, the technician from this company was called in again because there had no power with the furnace, and it costed us $540 to replace the 2 15 amp breakers. We were explained later by them "The service call was a 3 hour minimum due to the holiday". We also questioned about the quality of the job done in the 1st visit. McVey said let me check, and no bother to reply. A technician from another company taught us recently how to locate the breakers which are associated with different devices and parts of the houses, and told us how to fix by ourselves on this common issues and etc. I have to say please use your wisdom to choose your RIGHT technician.

The gentleman was very polite empathic and quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

James took care of my project as if it was his own. Derek (electrician onsite) was a good communicator and a hard worker. Homeowners look no further!
