No respect for other people or their property. I was called a crackhead, antagonized by a group of 10 people, told to hit the gym, and directly threatened by this group of people

I never hired these people, my neighbour's did, and they showed no respect to my property.
On confronting them all of them were very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional.
They need training on how to treat people with respect.

They were fantastic! From walking through and giving us a quote to moving us so carefully. I’m so impressed with all the staff I met. Nice to know we have such a great moving company in Peterborough, one that we can trust

Moved 3 bedroom house June 2022. The move was perfect and we had more movers than what we expected. Very fast and efficient. We have booked another small move to NS with them 5/5

Excellent experience! I chose McWilliams for my recent move, because I was familiar with the name. I wanted a reputable company that had been in business for a long time.there are so many moving company scams and I wanted to avoid any problems. What a great choice! McWilliams were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Peter was professional and gave me an accurate quote, and Kathleen responded to all my questions promptly. My movers were FABULOUS! Mike, Tristan, Chris and Jamie were friendly, organized, careful and professional! I was so stressed out, but they took charge and looked after everything. They packed things I had forgotten about, and were very careful with my furniture.they took the beds and tv apart, and set it all back up again.amazing. Absolutely first rate guys who did a tremendous job. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this company.moving is very stressful and McWilliams make it worry free.

We were extremely happy with this moving company. From the first call to ask for a quote to the final delivery, they were prompt in responding, professional and the drivers were extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this company with without hesitation. 5 star!

I have moved 3 times with McWilliams and my last experience was horrible. I paid for the replacement value insurance.
There were a number of damaged items, so I filed a claim.
They took months to reply and after numerous calls and emails, they finally sent a cheque for a couple of items. (I could not cash the cheque, because it referenced full and final payment)
They then picked up a number of pieces that they were going to repair (apparently they have that option). I have waited 7 months and my items have not been returned, nor have they responded to my emails. Not only have I not been compensated for the damaged items, they have taken my furniture and not returned it.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
