I’ve had an amazing experience with MD Aesthetics, and would highly recommend their Laser Hair Removal services. My results have been great so far, and the team is also great! I had a positive experience during my initial consultation with Lisa, and Tamara is so friendly and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments!

This facility is amazing! I have been meeting with Dr. Coupland & his staff for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable, current, professional, friendly, caring and results driven. They are very careful to never do “too much”. Less is more. I recommend them 100%!

This is the second Clear and Brilliant I have had done here. Rosa and Tamara are both so kind and sweet. Always a pleasurable and fun experience with both.

I came in for a walk-in consultation and was able to be accommodated, as luckily there was a time slot available. I met with Lisa, and she provided me with all the information that I feel I needed. She was very thorough and friendly and the information for different treatments for me to consider were clear, which made me decide to come back here. Sabrina at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. Judging from this first visit, I feel very comfortable with the staff so far, and I will definitely be back.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate Dr. C's honesty weather to wait for certain procedures or if there is a better option available for me.

Dr. Copeland is so experienced and knows his stuff. He did an amazing job and keeps it subtle and natural. Sooo pleased!

Literally used to have to shave my entire face & neck twice a day, every day. Now I don’t even think about it for 1+ months at a time! And even then, the few hairs that do show up are shorter, thinner, paler, and hardly visible anyway, (plus I don’t have a shadow after shaving now and it’s great!) Such a weight off my shoulders!

Extra shout out to Tamara for always making me feel comfortable when we’re doing more difficult/sensitive areas and just for being lovely all around!

I have been going to MD Aesthetics for many years and would not trust anyone in the industry other that Dr. Copeland to do my Botox injections. The staff are also very friendly and very knowledgeable about the many services offered.

Dr. Copeland is a pro. I get Botox for migraines and facial pain, and he finds all the magic spots. The relief is huge. His staff are friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Doctor Copeland is an awesome doctor. I see him for Botox and he knows his stuff! Something I love though, is that if he doesn’t feel you need something he will tell you and he doesn’t try to push anything on you either. It’s not all about the money.

I also love their other staff members as well. They are all so nice! Especially Heddy! She is amazing: the jack of all trades. I love her for Laser and she is just so friendly and makes you feel at ease.

Cost wise I do notice some things are on the higher end, for example with Botox or filler BUT because of the staff I refuse to go anywhere else for my Botox or laser!

I have a medical history of vasovagal syncope. Which can make how my procedures go unpredictable. Dr Copeland and his staff go above and beyond to provide me the most wonderful space to feel comfortable during my procedures. As well, at times when my body has expressed my medical history I had been treated with the utmost care and felt knowledge to do so. I continue to choose and refer Dr Copeland because I have an unquestionable confidence of his skill level he holds. Alongside a massive appreciation for the extra care his staff always show me. Throughout my experience each visit I have solidifies my feelings even more.
