Predators! If I could leave zero Stars I would super misleading process. Wanted more personal information and banking details from me than my mortgage company do. Thankfully because they delayed shipping me the product whilst asking for all the additional information I was able to properly look at the terms and conditions what a knee breaker! Wow they're charging double the price of everyone else for the same item. Factor in the interest.this is nothing but pedatory lending.it is all about selling you the finance the product means nothing.

Just like some other comments say, they have your information even if you never provide it to them, and they use your information to contact you and claim that you applied financing service from them. THAT IS FRAUD! Be careful with this company!

Most incompetent bunch of people I have ever dealt with. Constantly being told different information by different people, which is either wrong or half-truths, delay after delay and false promises of “tomorrow. ”

Decided to try them out, got a TV in November, didn't open it because I was in the middle of rearranging and didn't need to use the TV right away, finally took it out of the box on Dec 31 and it was damaged and now MDG won't give me a new one because it was delivered in November. The extended warranty doesn't cover damage during shipping, apparently. So now I'm out $1000 and on the hook to pay for it to get fixed, if it's fixable. I would definitely not recommend using MGD.

One of the best places to deal with. Never had a problem they couldn't answer, been dealing with them for 6 years and never a problem.

Don't buy a TV from this company w right out of the box it was defective. Called them and they told us to call Samsung it's covered under warranty, this makes no sense we bought a new TV now it's going to be repaired before we even watch it! Worst company ever. Will never buy anything else from MDG. Don't buy TVS from them it's not worth the headache.

Let me start by saying I’m not an ai. If you like me you question a lot of these places. I did research on MDG and found that they were the real deal. Not only authentic but very reasonable. Others for example will change $100 for a product only worth $30 dollars. Taking full advantage of the already struggling majority. Well not here!
No credit checks. 100% real about what they say. I really appreciate this company for what there doing here.
Now let me tell you this as I said above they are 100% real and worth doing business with, the application process does take time they are thorough and honestly I can’t blame them. Most of us have not so great credit so of course like you they want to be paid back as well. So you will have to link your bank account to get there services which in the end is great cause the payment is so low bi-weekly you won’t hardly notice it. When applying there are some steps that need to be taken and I for one am not too savvy with it all. They have technical help, live people you can speak with that will help you thru.
So I’ll conclude with this is a great company and honestly I’m not shocked that there not based here in the USA. It’s a Canada based company and I for one am thankful for them.

MDG has strange policies. It took me almost two weeks for my order to be processed only because I wanted it shipped to my second residence. They would not co-operate with the additional address and hopefully I will receive sometime next week. Very hard to work with considering a lot of people have a second address.

I payed fully for a product and the refused to send my package with out more banking info seemed like a scam we will see if I'm refunded the full amount in a timely fashion

This is my second purchase through MDG. I've never ever once had an issue. My payments are affordable and i get everything im wanting. Their team of customers service reps are professional and get things done quickly and promptly. Everything arrives on time within the time frame given. I've been dealing with MDG for 5 years. I have no regrets. It's better than easy home and anything like that. This also does build your credit, if it's not building your credit, then you are missing payments. If you don't miss payments your credit should be going up, if your credit is still dropping or stagnant, than there is something on your credit, not mdg, this works great when done properly
