The management is terrible

Introduced a lot of stupid roles (e.g. Only white curtains)

Switched to a new security team without training them, they are incompetent; fire alarms go off constantly

TTC Bus stops are very closer to go anywhere.
Scarborough Town Centre is also just 4 bus stops away.
TDSB Schools are within the reasonable distance of walk.
Grocery shops and parks are nearby locations. Reception staffs and residents are treat very friendly and helpful.

Decent cooling and heating service. Elevator sometimes get some problems but that is not the problems of anyone.

When comes into Condo and units couple of safety related concerns like Robbery. Strange peoples are entering the condo with other residents as tail gates.
No children play area available.

Tenants better to hold tenant insurance without fail.
Unit's interior works and appliances are poor quality and will get damage easily. Landlords should understand the quality of interior work and treat accordingly.just an average condo nothing beyond! Do not yield landlords demand those are asking excessive rent.

I would probably give 0 star to this building and its management! A complete regret to live in this building whether you own it or renting it. Since many weeks 2 elevators are not working, 10 people are going in one elevator which will take forever to reach to your place, secondly, the building is having water damage due to their poor construction!
Anyone who's giving this property more than 1-Star are Owners or the agents who wants to sell their place to others!

Elevators are out of service for about a month.
Really wondering how people are living here.
Pathetic Management

Everything is messed up here from security to management everything nd main thing every other day elevators goes under don’t know what service and then everybody suffers I wish I could rate them in nagative.

I won’t suggest to consider this place, the elevator is not working, material used is not good etc

This is about commercial property if some one leasing in this building be aware. In 6 month our main door started hanging and land lord says its tenant responsibility. In fact very sub standard quality of work done by land lord given to subcontractors at cheap price and they don't give any attention once you leased. So future commercial tenant make sure this is clarified in lease.

We are struggling with our business as there are frequent water leakes from above yesterday some body operated laundry machine and water was dripping like rain and our printer computer got damaged. The land lord don't care at all.
Main door not functioning its not commercial grade and repeatedly need repair. So everything looking in mess and there is 6 incidence of leakage of water in our units.

Now 2023 after 3 years landlord given charges of 26,000 and this management is not cleaning our clinic area, snow is never cleaned. If any one lease it will be very tough for them. Discuss with the tenant who are running business.

Worst management.blames residents for everything! Super isnt experienced aswell dont believe what they say.have your own tech diagnose if theres issue.

Soon to be Ghetto condo. I moved here recently, reception and hallway looks fantastic other than that not a good place to live. Management needs to step in and enforce no smoking or no weed in the balconies. I complained about a unit for loud music at 1am yet security couldn’t stop them. Everywhere you can see cigarette buds. Ppl throw cig buds from balcony. Definitely not a friendly neighbourhood.

I wouldn’t recommend this condo to anyone. My vehicle window got smashed by a robber when it was parked underground. Management didn’t do anything about it. There’s no security procedure in this building

Very beautiful and view was amazing clean and convenient place to live but rent are expensive plus no intersections for visitors parking so confusing if someone come from outside the need to put some board of intersection on front for visitors

It is located in a convenient location. They are extending on another side. It has a drugstore in front of the building. The view of the building from outside and the view from the building is amazing. Thank you:)

I been living here over a year now and I could honestly say it’s the dirtiest condo I lived in. Emailed many complaints to the management office no one ever replied. Fire alarm testing is a daily routine here. Elevators are always down and people don’t have access to basement parking VIA stairs. Extremely rude management.

I would give zero star this building have alot of elevator issues and building manager doesn't seems to care.

I would absolutely not recommend this "condo" to anyone. It feels like this company barely reached the requirements for this building to be considered a condo. I've stayed in more luxury apartments than this "condo". The elevators are always backed up, especially in the early morning and throughout the evening and despite having three elevators, it's quite rare for all three to be working at the same time. That being said, you can expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes until an empty elevator arrives. The underground garage is DANGEROUS. For whatever reason management thought it would be a great idea to place safety mirrors on selected levels rather than on all levels of parking. This makes it difficult to see the oncoming cars that are about to make the same sharp turn as you.

Since living here (which has only been less than 2 years), there has been not one but TWO break ins on my floor. Those are just the break ins I know of and I'm sure there have been more on other floors. Unfortunately for the home owners who have been broken into, there were (and still) no security cameras in the hallways; thus further investigation couldn't be pursued.

The only pro I can give this condo are the concierges, as they seem to be the only ones who have great customer service knowledge - something I can't say management has.

Nice location to stay, best area, groceries are easily available, nearby malls, easy access to TTC

Giving it a 0 star is more accurate, The condo security/concierge are rude and rarely have accurate information. Fire alarm tests are once a month but then at least 2 times more each month fake fire alarms and due to no camera in the hallways they keep occurring. The packages delivered are not signed for so Thankfully nothing stolen for myself yet but one of these days I'm sure its only a matter of time before it happens. Biggest thing is 3 elevators for a 29 ish level building and 1 if not 2 are almost always out of service. So with one elevator and covid guidelines (not very well inforced) we have 15 people lineups for elevator on the regular. WILL NEVER LIVE IN A ME LIVING CONDO AGAIN.

It’s very crowded the cleaning services is not good at all the red carpet is so ugly the parking lot is so dangerous when you come out from parking lot
lots of people are standing in front of the rental building is a very bad idea to buy a condo in this place the management need to be Serious about this people to be clean and Throw their garbage in the in a right place. We still pay rent and they don’t know why we can’t close. The construction is another headache

I moved out from 30 Meadowglen place due to my Condo got robbed almost 6 months ago and I have lost lots of my stuff's and not only my condo was robbed 4 others in the same building.
This BUILDING has a lot more issues not worth to stay in and pay for a high rents.

This apply to commercial units. There are not enough parking and Landlord does not wants to give any parking. I am afraid no one can run business here due to lack of parking spots. New business leasing next space please be aware of this and careful about leasing.

Bought the condo in 2013 but still they have not closed the deal. Paying rent for own condo for almost a year. The builders have no idea about the closing

Great building, but ugly bright red carpets! Decorator should be sued for this! I went there to view a unit and was instantly turned off by the ugly carpet in the walkway!

The first truly luxurious building I see in Scarborough. Excellent finishings, professional staff, and a smooth experience overall.
