My lease recently finished and I bought the vehicle. I had a service appt a few months before the lease was up and the service desk told me to expect a call for an inspection. The call never came, so I called the dealership. I was transferred to the leasing manager who told me the amount due. I asked twice, once verbally and once by email if anything else was needed, i.e. An inspection. I was told no. Then, I go to finalize the paperwork and am told I need a safety and to go to the service desk. I arrange for it, and get hit with a bill for $200 on top of the thousands I already paid to buy out my lease. I complained and was told to 'read my paperwork' and was spoken to like I was an idiot. There is no sense of customer service there. I will never buy another Ford after this.

My first purchase from Meadowvale Ford was in 2012. I have always had my Ford vehicles serviced there. I recently purchased a 2022 Escape Hybrid plug-in in August 2022 and am continuing to have this vehicle serviced there. We were simply doing an oil change and check-in was easy and my vehicle was ready in no time at all. Wendi and the rest of the team are courteous, efficient and a joy to work with.

I went in for oil filter change and winter wheel + rim installation and balance after setting up an appointment. Wait time was approx 3 hours.i was told that the rims don't have sensor so the sensor will light up to check tire pressure- car will be drivable and safe - however i will need to manually check the wheel pressure.this was a thoughtful advise and i left after making payment.once the payment was made i brought the car straight home.i only drove the car two times because i had taken time off from work after getting the oil and filter changed.on Thursday 10-Nov-2022, at 6: 30 AM i took the car ride to work and was on a single lane on mayfield and mclaughlin when all the sensors lit up - check oil, then check engine and last one was battery ; there was an audible switch sound and the car engine i could hear was not running - so with the momentum i had - i pulled over on roadside after turning the hazard light on.i got the car towed to meadowvale ford, my one and only go to dealer.they although got the car on thursday at approx 8 AM, they didnt get anyone to look at it until Friday noon.i received a call saying that the engine is dead and need my authorization to see why.i was surprised because i just got oil filter changed and there was nothing wrong with the car.my garage has a pool of engine oil about 1.5 litres - i am concerned that something happened while the oil filter was changed and the service is not telling me the reason of this issue - today when i insisted i need to know whats wrong they said the engine needs to be replaced - i said what will be the cost and they said around 8000.00 CAD.i feel that the engine broke down because of their negligence and should be repaired at no cost to me - i am already suffering because i have no car to drive.i need immediate help and escalation in the matter to resolve the issue.

I took my truck into Meadowvale after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. I booked an 8am appointment and brought my truck in. I told them I believe the issue was a worn axle seal. Of course they tell me they have to diagnose that themselves. No problem. I wait all day for a least a call to tell me what is going on and nothing. I call at 2: 24 pm and speak with a rep who says he is not my rep so he can't tell me anything, but my rep will call me call within 6 minutes, by 2: 30. So that never happened and at 4 pm I get a hold my rep who says the mechanic just looked at my truck now. They had it for 8 hours and just looked at now. I was told they are short staffed and busy. I guess they can't schedule well! Then I am told to book another appointment in 2 weeks to fix they worn axle seal. On my bill they even indicate that the customer doesn't want to wait for the repair. Really?
I will never go back there.

I was AMAZED and IMPRESSED by Ryan’s (Parts Department) OUTSTANDING customer service! He was professional, SUPER nice, polite, friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! When I called to inquire about touch up paint for my van, he checked their inventory to see if they had any in stock. Since they didn’t have any available, he offered to order one for me but since I needed one right away, he checked the system again and told me that another Ford dealership nearby had some in stock and referred me to them.

He DEFINITELY DESERVES a BONUS, RAISE & PRAISE!

The worst dealership for after sale service as a part of Ford Family and dealerships. Service and maintenance department is so care less and poorly managed by employees. Specially the service manager Justin and manager in workshop.
In a recent incident they kept my Ford explorer 2020 for 2 days in maintenance department and returned saying it is fixed. But car broke down in the middle of Hwy for the same reason with in first 5 kilometers, putting my and my sons' life in danger. And dealership claimed a bill of $149+- to FORD company or warranty and menaced the money.
Please don't buy Ford Cars from this dealership, if you care about your vehicles for after sale services.
Soon, I will be writing to CEO of FORD and share my review and bill they claimed this dealership to FORD.

I’m a extremely busy hard working electrical contractor who doesn’t have a minute to spare. After texting them at 2am that I’m wanted that truck for sure they professionally educated me of other upgrades that might be of my interest. They also set everything up, even looking up legal institutions that could quickly help with my purchase for corporate reasons so all I had to do was show up with a cheque and they meet me with smiles, handshakes and key chains. Just an outstanding professional job every minute of my interactions with Meadowvale Ford and their sales staff!

Usually I am not the guy to write reviews but this time my first experience buying a ford was very disappointing. I went in to this dealership looking to trade my 2020 Mercedes Benz, the staff I am familiar with as we just recently bought a brand new pick up truck from them couple of months back. Overall the purchase experience was straight forward. Now here is where things went downhill. I took delivery of my brand new bronco on Wednesday, overall the truck was a solid truck for 1 day. Friday morning I turn the truck on, it throws me a caution like “ STA-BAR DISCONNECTED DRIVE UNDER 32km “. I took my bronco in to the dealership and they said I need a new stabilizer bar on my new truck. Funny right.having one day ownership of the truck. So I told them to accommodate me with a car, they got me a Ford Escape AWD. Great SUV but not ideal for me as I live up north and the weather gets much worse then the city, to top it off I requested to at least get winter tires on the car. They said ford does not provide rental cars with winter tires. I asked for a replacement after trying to get home from work and sliding down a hill and being scared for my safety in that vehicle. They got me a replacement to a 2020 Chevy Colorado.it has been 2 weeks plus, still no update from service on the part for the bronco. I wish they accommodated me better with this whole experience. Very unhappy and disappointed in the bronco platform. For any body out in the market to buy a bronco, I hope this review finds you.

Avoid at all costs full of promises and no delivery! Had vehicle in for paint repair after multiple issues they've had the vehicle over 2 weeks still not ready no loaner car. Just excuse on top of excuse.
Vin swapping new vehicles after they have been sold selling them as new.
Selling vehicles that have been repainted as new.

I purchased a vehicle here and my sales rep Jay Patel was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond for me and stayed very patient. I enjoyed the whole experience because he wasn't pushy and was very good at explaining everything to me. Here are the facts on why Meadowvale Ford deserves less than a '0' rating:

- We signed a Bill of Sale for a factory order Ford F150 on Feb 20,2021 with a $1000 deposit; this was for a special 2 year lease offer.
- The estimated delivery was for May 2021
- Due to Covid/chip shortages, etc, this was delayed to Jun, then Jul, Aug, etc.
- We were in communication with the sales rep (Tahir) via cell phone and text messages.
- On Sept 5, upon inquiring with the sales rep, he mentioned that the delivery was further delayed and may be in Oct/Nov.
- Fast forward to Dec 6, upon inquiring about the status, we were informed that the truck already came in the first week of Nov, and they couldn't get a hold of us so they canceled the order.
- We don't have a single text message or missed cell phone call (phone records, emails are evidence).
- They said that they cannot do anything about it since the truck was sold to someone else.
- We had walked the lot prior to coming in to the dealership and MY TRUCK was sitting in the lot. When I pointed it out to the rep, he went away and spoke to the manager (Arush) and came back with some good news and some bad news.
- The good news was that the truck is now magically NOT SOLD, but they can do me a favour and lease it to me. Here is the kicker: They won't honour the original price in the SIGNED AGREEMENT that we have, and instead, now we have to pay twice as much.
- The Manager refused to meet with us and informed the sales rep to send us home and that they will call us. This was three days ago. We've since followed up with an email but haven't heard anything back.

Now you have to ask yourself, what kind of a dealership does not honour a Signed Agreement and ignores the customer while keeping their deposit? Do you want to work with a dealership that treats you this way?

At this juncture, we have no recourse but to lodge a formal complaint with OMVIC, Ford Corporate directly, and pursue any and all legal actions to get justice.

With today's social media and write ups of business by both satisfied and unsatisfied customers and I admit I was aprensive to go to dealerships for service but I can honestly say that they were more then helpful and completely honest and actually gave me a free diagnosis on my car computer at no extra cost and no problems detected.

I put an order on the Ford Bronco and this delaership was supposed to contact me with purchasing details. Instead I had to contact them on four different occasions (I left my reason and contact with reception each time) but I didn't get a call back a single time. I also called the Ford head office, twice, and they were equally unhelpful.

Dear Ford, I'm not going to BEG YOU to buy your vehicle. I probably won't ever buy a FORD ever again because this was such a terrible experience with customer service up and down.

I was the one asking the questions about the vehicle and he didn't even care if I was interested or not in the end I said thank you and walked out.what a garbage dealership. I bought my first Ford Fusion in 2012 and my second in 2015. While very please with both cars, the service at Meadowvale Ford has been even better. In fact I can not think how they could improve. Price and timeliness were always reasonable and accomplished with a smile. They adapted to the pandemic with a early morning pick up at my car at my home. I still have both cars thanks to the excellent service at Meadowvale Ford.

First of all the frustrating, as we all know currently there is a issue with Ford due to semi conductor shortages and I do not envy the ford employees that are having to answer for ford as a manufacturer, but it was def frustrating when order was March and no eta from ford with build date in June. That aside Paulo Santos my salesmen was awesome, patient, and quick to figure out a plan b cause I could not wait with no clear answer of when it was gonna be built. If there was a 6th star I would go with that. Aneesh the financial services manager was a pleasure to talk with and figure out the financial side if it, really great team over there and I will def be continuing to do business with them. Keep up the good fight guys and I'll be seeing you when my lease is coming up.

I have been dealing with Meadowvale Ford for well over 6 yrs. I have purchased/leased multiple vehicles with no complaints. Rohit Scott is fantastic to deal with as well as the whole Meadowvale team. Just leased a 2021 Ranger Lariat and once again, Rohit met my needs.

Stay away from this place don’t get enticed by the fact that they are a high volume dealership,
I tried to buy a truck from this place after getting a referral from a family friend of the owner, 1 days later i decided not to follow through with the purchase and rather to wait 2 months because my situation at work had changed. After which I immediately (on Thursday) followed up with the sales rep rohit and explaining my situation telling him to hold off on putting any bed liner or tunnel cover, after which he assured me that the machine was broken and that they couldn’t have the truck ready till saturday anyway. To my surprise when Monday came around this dealership was fighting tooth and nail to keep my deposit, they had already done all the work to the truck and told me I had to buy the truck or I would lose my deposit, anytime I explained to the sales manager or rohit that the dealership could not keep my money according to omvic rules and regulations they changed the wording to ‘we are holding your money until you buy a truck from us’, anytime I make a compelling argument either the sales manager mr.gandhi or rohit come back to me with we will figure it out and get back to you. Long story short I was actually going to buy a truck from them 2 months down the road but now this whole interaction with meadowvale ford has been plagued by lies and time passing (far more than what’s explained in this review). You would expect these hard ball tactics, to keep a thousand dollars from a smaller dealership in a small town but not from such a high volume dealership in a city like Mississauga. None the less if this happens to anyone else take it straight to OMVIC and get it sorted out

Scheduled appointment to balance tires.waited 2 hours and assured that the issue had been corrected.this was not true. IN FACT, the tires were not even balanced, AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, one of the nuts/bolts on the wheel was not replaced, i had been driving in an unsafe condition.called back to get explanation, no response.karma police will judge.avoid like the plague.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, to get 2 safety recalls and an electrical problem fixed. I left the truck in the dealership for a whole week, while i was on vacation. They knew what day i was coming back to pick it up.
So the day came, and surprise surprise, my truck wasn't ready. Only one recall was fixed, the other is still outstanding for a lack of parts, apparently 2 weeks is not enough time to get the parts in.
And the electrical problem was still untouched, before i left, i had authorized 2 hours of labour to work out the electrical problem, they had my truck for a week, and didn't even put those 2 hours into it.
Once they knew i was back in town, they fixed the issue that same day.

Why couldn't they do it while i was away? ! They had it for a whole week!
They just made me waste my time.

I was looking to buy a new Ford and did some shop around to get the best deal. At Meadowvale I talked with Mark Dempsey. He gave me a very good deal and when I decided to buy the car for a long weekend road trip, he prepared and registered the car in a half day for me. He even stayed after hours to walk me through all features. I highly recommend this dealership and Mark Dempsey to anyone is looking to get a new Ford.

Went there to enquire about a pre-owned Ford truck. The staff, Jay Patel, was polite, helpful and not overtly pushy at all. He explained the various trims and features and advised which model would suit me best for my needs. Unfortunately, they did not have one available at that time, but he guided me how to search for one at other places. Even though I did not buy anything there, Jay helped me later with queries I had during my purchase elsewhere and even afterwards when I needed some parts and fixes to be done on my truck. Great guy, honest salesman with a helping attitude.

When matching prices with truck availability (specs I wanted), Meadowvale Ford couldn’t be beat. Went there to trade my truck, salesman was going home and he was annoyed by my questions. He didn't even informed me of Fords incentive of almost $15,000. He wanted to negotiate the price down from 55k and on Autotrader posted price was 39k. What a loser, I wish I reported him to the manager.

We went to look for a used vehicle and after test driving a couple of other Escape's and a Fusion we really wanted the Escape. Pendra was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and really helped us to decide on a vehicle. By the end of our car shopping experience he felt like family. Everyone else that we worked with was super friendly and helpful too especially Josie and Aneesh.
If anyone is looking for a new vehicle I would highly recommend going to Meadowvale Ford and seeing Pendra.

Andrew at service charged me for what my warranty covered, and they now refuse to refund me; throwing responsibility to the next department. They are not responsible enough to buy a gum from. Also, if you Are new in car industry and not well communicated about cars, they will capitalize on it and make maximum profit which was obviously my case. I am very disappointed. I feel indignation in a ‘first world country. ’ This review stays on until I get my money back. Its been over a month now!

This started a few weeks ago when I brought my truck in for an oil change and have the snows removed. During that service it was recommended that I need my back brakes done, a full brake job, pads and rotors were required. I hesitated as I knew having this service done at the dealer would be costly but proceeded based on the comfort of Ford working on their own product and the dealer preaching about Ford service and lastly that it was already there, what could go wrong?
Just over a thousand dollars later, I got my truck back and although a little lighter in the pocketbook I was happy I was once again ultimately driving a safer vehicle. A week passes and its 0530 in the morning and I am driving into work as a firefighter at an unfamiliar station on a shift exchange basis (didn't know anyone that could come and get me - had to get there). I pull off the highway and notice my brakes a little mushy, I drove for a bit and noticed they were gradually getting worse. I pulled into a gas station thinking I recently had my brakes done, maybe there was some kind of air lock and they just sort of burped and maybe required more fluid. I opened the hood and notice there is barely any brake fluid in the master cylinder so I go into the station and buy some, upon my return, through the darkness I noticed a puddle near my driver's side rear tire, closer inspection in the dark revealed my left rear caliper dangling by the brake line dripping fluid. I have basic mechanical knowledge but can't for the likes of me figure what could of caused this thinking there isn't enough room for the caliper to shimmy off the rotor let alone how it became unsecured in the first place. I needed to get to work so managed to time the traffic lights and virtually coast the half a kilometer with my hazards on into the parking lot of the firehall bouncing off the curb in the parking lot to finally stop as all braking power was gone.
This is where the real story truly begins, I called the dealership and more specifically my service advisor Haji and explained my predicament and even sent the attached pictures to further clarify. He was fantastic and there was a tow truck at my work within ten minutes to pick up my truck and they had my truck back to me by 4pm that afternoon. The only shock to me was their reaction, I didn't feel they were grasping the full gravity of the situation that occurred, previously that week I had been towing two snowmobiles on a trailer which could have been hell without brakes, previously that week I had my whole family in that truck seriously compromising their existence had my brakes failed and lastly had that caliper actually let go in any part of my travels some or many could have been killed. I tried to relay the extent of my concern to my service rep but wasn't getting the reaction I wanted or expected. He did pass me onto the service manager, again to a "No Big Deal" kind of reaction. They conveniently said make sure you note it in the survey I would receive regarding the service but were very conscious to explain in detail to me how to fill out the survey so as to reference the work not the service. Low and behold for once I never received a survey to fill out, HOW CONVENIENT!
I was quite happy with the service and promptness of the repair but not happy with hearing what may have caused such a dangerous potentially life changing condition nor with a means to voice this mishap with the hopes of it not happening again and lastly, call me petty the non-offering of any sort of Goodwill for my trouble and/or potential deadly situation. Often the dealer purveys to get your service done at the dealer as you shouldn't trust the Joe Blow mechanic shops, consequently you pay more for that supposed assurance that the job will be done right.
Hardly seems the case here.

I got a good deal on a vehicle. When it came time for 2 Recalls sent to me by FORD the dealer is giving me a run around. Oh its summer that doesn't matter. Maybe parts will be in a couple of weeks. Seems this dealer wants to sell vehicles but does not wish to service them or perform the recall work. They did not use to be this way.
