My experience at meadowvale Honda has been very positive, they were helpful and my sales rep along with the staff were very accommodating towards things I personally am peculiar with (such as getting the car in their shop and lifted so I could inspect things such as framework, etc). I booked a test drive appointment, received a confirmation by text message from a representative at the dealership confirming I could test drive the model I would like, only to get to the dealership and be told they don’t allow test drives of that model. The staff here has a really nice personality but their service is really baddd. I bought a Honda accord 2018 in end of august 2021.1-2 weeks later the A/C stopped working. I went back to the dealership and they said the coolant was leaking. So they fixed that but the machine didn't do a good job for two reasons. First, he messed up the front bumper some how there was about 2 inch panel gap in front bumper. Second, 1 week later the A/C stopped working AGAIN! I went back in and they said a pipe beside the coolant was leaking. Which the machine should have fixed last time. So they had to order the part which was back ordered. So Finally they fixed the bumper and the A/C in beginning of November after 3 months! Good thing I had comprehensive warranty so all of that was covered, but if you don't buy comprehensive warranty. I don't recommend buying a car from here, it will be your worst mistake. I also got rust proof with my car and I recently got winter tire installed on the car, I noticed they didn't even apply rust proof. So if you are thinking of buying a car from here don't waste your time.

Leased a Honda CRV with Meadowvale Honda early this year and so far at each and every step- from the buying process to discussing about the lease protection plan to car service - we've had the most terrible experience. I have absolutely zero trust on anyone working here. They do not care about the customer really and just about the money. I and my wife have spoken to the dealership manager as well and explained our grievances but I don't seem to see any changes in the way we are being treated as a customer. I can never ever recommend anyone to buy or lease or deal in anyway with this dealership.

They are friendly when you go in, but I've had a few questionable experiences with them that make me not want to go back.

First, when I went to pick up my brand new 2022 Honda Civic, the sales rep forged my signature on one of the papers. I let this one slide even though that was VERY unprofessional and sketchy. Then, I noticed they didn't fill up the fluids for the car, so I had to bring the car back a few days later. At that time, the mechanic got oil stains inside the roof fabric of my new car which is very noticeable because it's a light colour. I wasn't pleased with this either, but never complained.

However, every time I call with an inquiry about my car, I get transferred to an answering machine and no one every gets back to me. This has happened at least 3 times now. One of the them is regarding the fact that I didn't even get a second key at the time of purchase, and when I call to try to get it now that it's available, no one will answer. This service is just ridiculous.

STAY away, BAD dealership!
They don’t respect their customers and their time.

I waited for two hours to be picked up by the shuttle service.

No one available to explain to me what service was done.

No manger is available to complain about that bad service.

Therefore, I will not do any service in this dealership, and will not recommend you or even Honda to anyone else.

Today I upgraded my 2018 CR-V to 2022 and the unparalleled customer service, hospitality and transparency i have experienced - has made me morally obligated to write few positive words about this sales representative -" FAHIM". He transcended all my expectation in every aspect of sales and customer service and earned my business. Last but not least, I must not forget the help of finance/business Manager Rameez who has been very instrumental in facilitating the delivery on a timely fashion. He went over all necessary features and benefits of extended warranty, lease guard so on and so forth without applying any pressure tactics and made my transition seamless. I wish these two gentlemen the best of luck.

Highly disappointed!
The air conditioner on my Civic 2017 stopped working and I went in to have it checked.
The service personnel told me I also needed to have the CVT and brake fluid changed so I did.
Next day an A7 minder on my car showed up saying I needed maintenance and when I looked it up online it says Oil and Brake Fluid need to be replaced.
I am not sure what I paid for just a day ago at this point, not to mention a waste of time in having to go in again.

Went in for a service first time at this location. Service advisors are good at getting people to add services on the cars that really isn't needed just to make more money. Wasn't advised on how much it would cost until I went to pick up the car. Bill was way over my budget! Not only that my expensive sunglasses went missing from my car. I understand that they are not liable for what's in the car but it has never happened at any other location. Seems like they don't respect their customers. I've had cash in the car that was never touched. Although they deny it, the car was with them so.needless to say I won't be going to this location anymore.

My husband and I went to Meadowvale Honda to apply for a new lease Honda Civic EX. We were met by Mr. Shah and Wahleed who personally attended to us. We were more than satisfied on how they explained to us the full details of the lease and most of all how Wahleed demonstrated the special features of the car we wanted to get. Made a booking to test drive a vehicle for later in the day. Had two text messages from their salesman confirming the appointment. I drove over an hour from out of town to the appointment but the salesman was already selling the vehicle as I arrived for my booked appointment. The receptionist even asked me to simply wait until he had finished the sale! He came over at my insistence and refused to honour the earlier booked appointment. He said "that's how it works". Not one word of apology for wasting my time and imply shrugged it off Terrible attitude and care or respect for customers and just looking for a quick sale. I would never give these people my money; why trust them for after sales when they can't even honour presales commitments? Hanish was the salesman. Do not trust this dealership. If they won't honour a simple appointment for a test drive you know they will fleece you on everything else. If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible dishonest service, Thursday sept 2 I got check engine sign, my mechanic said it'll cost $200 to change, however since it was an engine issue I wanted to get done at Honda dealership for warranty and trust purposes, so I took it to Meadowvale Honda Friday to get it fixed. They charged me $600 3x more, but I agreed to it for my peace of mind that any engine work is taken care of by an authorized dealership and has warranty for 20,000km or 12 months whichever is sooner. Turns out on the papers they put my cars mileage over 25000km less, rendering the "warranty" useless. Since my car is at 186k not 160k if the engine issue comes back immediately honda would say warranty is over. This made me panic and not trust the service anymore or else why would they lie about warranty. I contacted them regarding this, first they offered to have a look at it, double check the work and everything, then just midway started to ignore my email and not even respond back to me about getting the car checked over.and I was left with $600 loss, and a car that I had to get checked again to fix any problems and ensure quality work is done that cost me even more and waste of my time. On top of this after I got the car back, it has started to make brake sounds that were not there before the checkup, so I dont know what they did to it. All because Meadowvale Honda did not do a proper job despite charging me so much. I WOULD SAY DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY REPAIRS

He was knowledgeable about the car and took an extraordinary amount of time answering our questions and test driving the car without rushing us at all. He made us comfortable and put absolutely no pressure on us and advocated the best deal for us when buying our car. We felt comfortable trusting him with this big decision. Would definitely use him again if buying another Honda in the future!

Very professional and welcoming. I went in for a scheduled maintenance and oil change and was greeted and welcomed. The process was smooth and worry free. The staff was very understanding. I had to wait a little because there was work that needed to be done on the vehicle. The staff was aware and updated me from time to time. However, one young gentleman who was working on the sales floor tried to offer me to buy a new vehicle. While we were still in conversation he abruptly left after another customer. It felt absurd. It's understandable that they need to make deals and sell vehicles but it just felt a bit aggressive and unsolicited. However, the overall experience was great.

First, if you’re wondering why all these 5 star cookie cutter reviews are similar, it’s because when you buy a car here they incentivize you to leave a5 star review.

In 2017 I bought a used 2013 Honda. When negotiating I made it clear I was not interested in the extra warranty. I was able to get an acceptable rate, I put a deposit down and when I went to sign the final papers there was an additional $4000 warranty! When I said I wasn’t interested in that they said I had agreed to this and would need to change the rate if I did not want the warranty. I was very annoyed but figured I would Give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe I misunderstood. I went ahead with it.

From there I had some pretty bad service experiences.wait time for general services were over 2 hours. Then I had an issue with the car starting, took it in and thought it was just a battery issue. They said it was a starter issue and cost was over 800 dollars. I was upset but scheduled maintenance for the next day. I originally lived in the area when I bought the car but live in Etobicoke now. They said shuttle service didn’t go that far. I reminded them in my warranty they would give me a rental car to which they agreed to. They tried to say something like the service technically didn’t qualify even though my car had to stay overnight! They made it seem like they were doing ME a favor

I went back the next day to pickup the car and literally had a Bill put in front of me. I pulled out my warranty details and said I believe this is covered. They pulled up something on the computer and the service rep said “lucky you, yes it is! ” Not only were they about to charge me over 800 unless I told them it was covered but I also had still paid 4000 (plus interest) on a warranty I had gotten nothing from yet so that comment did not sit well.

Fast forward to 2021 and I got notice of potential recall on the car. I brought it in and asked them to also service the Rust protection which was part of the warranty. After an hour they said it does need the recall but they need to order the part however there is no point in putting on more rust protection because it is already there even though this was a selling point for the warranty in the first place. Oh and shocker.they said on top of the recall there were other suggestions they had like brakes and something with the oil that needed a fix for just under $800and not covered by warranty. Luckily I have a friend who can double check these things and either do it cheaper or tell me if it is really needed.

The dealership said they would order the part for the recall and call me as soon as they get it. I figured that meant soon since the receipt I got said the drive shaft should be replaced in 48 hours. 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I decided to call and they had the part. I said ok let’s book something. They said repair would take about 2 hours and 45 mins so I asked for a rental car. They said they don’t do that anymore (even though it’s in the warranty they sold me) and only give loaner cars for services over 5 hours. I made a bit of a fuss because this means I’d either need a 40 dollar Uber both ways or book time off work. She said come in at 830 and ask for Michelle and she would personally make sure it was done as quick as possible, about an hour and a half at most.

I showed up at 820 that day and. Was told Michelle didn’t start until 9 I said ok well that’s fine, she promised the service would be an hour and an half. This lady says no it would be 2 or 2.5 hours. She also didn’t see any appointment scheduled for my car! They offered No loaner car and they only pay for Uber under 10km. I said screw it and just do it. I’d taken a half day off work after all.
Almost an hour into waiting they come out and say they can’t get a bolt off to get the tire off. They said it would cost 275 dollars because they need to strip the bolt or something like that. I said no. The mechanic himself handed me the key and said he marked the bolt, he said “the bolt only costs 10 bucks, but the labor you know? ”

Be-careful before taking your vehicle for repairs at this dealership. Manager, Staff and Technicians are big time liars and tried to rip me off with the repairs of only $5 fix with the given estimate of $2,400. Unbelievable isn't it. My 2020 accord is only 10,000 KM driven and adviser Courtney told me that the fix is not covered through warranty and
i have to pay for the fix. There are no physical damages to the my vehicle. I was driving to work and all of sudden noticed that the CBS System sensor, Adaptive control system and Lane departure system were not working, warning signs appeared in my dash and the signs recommended to contact your dealer. I checked online and found out that it could be a problem of software update that was recently done by dealership due to recall. I booked an appoint and drop my vehicle at dealer ship and came back home since i was working from home. After a while got a call from adviser and she told me that there is an impact that why the millimetre radar sensor is not working and it required replacement and the cost to replace is $2465 and also its not covered through warranty since there is an impact on vehicle. I told her do not repair my vehicle until I see it myself. I went to dealer and the technician showed me that the Honda sensing radar plastic cover which should be locked and secured with the bracket at the back of sensing radar is broken, and this is caused by an impact. There are no scratches, no sign of paint pealed, no sign of any bump or dents to front, but there was an impact that hit the back of sensing radar and that's why the bracket was broken. I asked adviser i am not getting it repaired and bring my car back.when i bring car back and decided to check it myself and notice that there are no damage or bracket broken. There was lock that hold the front radar sensing device was off and sitting under the sensing system. I put that back and all warnings are now gone. I realised that the sensing radar has to be straight or it will give warnings that CBS system is not working. I learn my lesson and i will never take my vehicle back to this dealer ship as the whole staff is very dishonest.as they know the fix was minor but given me an estimate of $2465. Advise is do not get your car fixed from here.

Came in two days ago to purchase windshield wiper rubber for my car but the worker gave me the wrong one. Came in today for to exchange it and the receptionist informed me that the parts section closed at 12pm and nothing could be done. I went in a mindset of purchasing a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Mr. Rajesh Puri took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly appreciate Mr. Rajesh Puri for giving us the best customer experience!

I don't know; I debated between one or two stars. My unbiased opinion is that they're "MEH". In this day in and age, it's hard to find a good mechanic, but after thoroughly researching, I was able to find one, and I realized just how much money I was throwing away at the dealership! But that's not what made me write this review. The truth is, to me what matters most is, convenience, and I'm willing to pay a premium on that. My new mechanic is out of the way, and it's a pain in my butt to drive there, but I believe it's worth the trip, why? Because he's HONEST. I felt that at this dealership there was NOOOOO trust anymore.

I had given them the benefit of the doubt several times. There were many instances where I would leave wondering whether I had made the right decision. Worse, I felt vulnerable because I was scared with my new car to lose the warranty if I did not take it to the dealership. No one should feel this way! They should feel empowered as a consumer not vulnerable. Then there were times they would hassle me and ask me to do these customer service surveys or reviews and give them five stars. In return they said they would give me this or that (like my two free oil changes that never happened) and surprise surprise when the time came, no sorry we can't, or it doesn't apply to this situation, or we need to upsell you.

Anyways, I'm sick of it, so here's my honest review with no incentives tied ;). No need to buy me out, guys. Because the truth is, people are willing to pay and travel for good and top quality service.and what's more shocking about it all is that they'll recommend it to others for free!

I have to share my experience today with service. I scheduled a regular maintenance appointment as early as I could and explained to the CSR when I was making the appointment that I had tickets to The Nutcracker with my young daughter. He assured me I would make it given my appointment time. Yesterday, I had a second maintenance light go on. I showed up this morning and with the new light they said it would take 2.5hours - which was an hour more than I had. Nearly in tears, I explained what I had planned for my day and they moved heaven and earth and got me out of there at 1.5 hours. I was so very impressed and very very grateful!

Meadowvale Honda used to be a dealership with great service and courteous staff. Now they are only focused on sales and numbers.
I bought 2 cars in the past 4 years from them and recently, I have gone there 4 times to seek post sale help, they made me wait for 45 min. The front desk associate is very rude and unhelpful. The sales staff wont talk to you, unless you are buying from them. In contrast Meadowvale TOYOTA dealerships is FABULOUS. Their cars are better and staff is amazing.

Professional work with the extra mile. But turned out more pricier than the on-phone estimate.

Edit: went there a second time for an oil change and recall. Place was being renovated. But my work got done quickly and they provided a sheet with additional recommendations. No pressure or sales tactics were imposed to do them. Would recommend taking your Honda there.

I had the misfortune of buying a 2018 type R civic from these guys. The guy who sold me my car was ok. Everyone else I had to deal with here had no concept of customer service. The girl who I was sent to for financing was straight up rude and disrespectful when I refused to buy extra warranties. She kept raising the intreset rates after we agreed to a set interest rate. Than would send me emails in French and she even attached virsues in the email! I have proof I still have the emails with virsues she sent! I even took off the meadowvale honda licnese plate protector and threw it in the garbage. Do not go here!

I’m on here to provide an insight on my experience with Meadowvale Honda service department. Unfortunately I have nothing negative to say about them. They’ve always treated me with respect and tried to meet my needs as best as they can. I recently had Michelle and Dave not only are they professional and honest but they have a way of making you feel comfortable and leaving this facility happy. Dawn and Kenny are awesome at what they do, tell you how it is. That’s hard to find now a days seeing as everyone think customers service is about sugar coating everything. Don’t get me wrong the fact are giving to me in a nice manner but they will never steer you wrong.
Funny enough I use to jump from dealership to dealship trying to find one of my preference. But I’ve been coming here for the last 4 year and honestly I’m completely happy and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
These guy are so honest that they’ve even turn me away for service due to the fact that I’m at 40 percent on my oil change life, but I’ve done 7000kms and Honda recommends once a year or my maintenance minder which i was still able to keep driving.

New Car Purchase & Immediate Issues Fix Experience At Meadowvale

I picked up a 2018 Accord Touring recently from this dealership. As per VIN, the car was Jan manufactured but on dealer's car envelope it was printed as August. I didn't care too much about it as the car was covered with factory wraps inside out and didn't see any sign of rust due to potential idle conditions.

Abhi Puri was my sales (now extended family) and end-to-end delivery advisor. He was very knowledgeable, reachable on phone throughout pre and post sales; didn't cross sell any un-necessary add ons. I encountered issue with TPMS (hyper sensitive and known issue) and Fuel Lid (it won't lock). He was aware of the latter and promptly facilitated the replacement work with Joanna and Kevin from the service center. The service guys are as usual heavily slammed with multiple number 1 priorities. I kept my patience and treated them with utmost respect and got the supreme experience in return. Though, the Fuel Lid issue was fixed, I am still left to have TPMS fixed. Looks like it needs a software update.

Another selling point I admired is Abhi Puri explained every line item on the invoice to ensure we as a buyer are aware of the rationale and kept transparent about the charges.

Dealerships are here to run business and potential community inclusion. As long as the transaction is mutually beneficial (in a balanced way) I believe any dealership will give you a reasonable offer. I have seen folks either being in no negotiation to complete negotiation mode. I opted to stay inbetween to get some mark downs on the sales price, accessories and first complimentary car service.

I purchased the 5 yr extended warranty and upgraded the maps (08.2017 to 11.2019) through the self-service portal.

Will I recommend - Yes with the above caveats which is subjective to individuals.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Rajesh Puri. Stellar customer service, pricing presented honestly and straightforward smooth transaction. Paper work was completed in a flash so we could enjoy our newly purchased vehicle as soon as possible. I would have no hesitation to recommend to family and friends.and I will do so!

Poor Sales Staff with no knowledge of the product that they are selling, no professionalism in dealing. Horrible experience with the Sales Staff. No interested to solve any of your genuine concerns. Will promise anything to make you happy, but will not deliver the promises. Never ever think of going there.

Came in for a tire swap with a 12 pm appt. I drove an 1.5 hr for the appointment with family and no one told me that it would take 5 hours. While waiting I thought I'd talk to a salesperson, and he said he will talk to me right after the people he was attending. I then noticed he started to speak to someone else. Disappointing. Hope I don't get a copy and paste response like the 100's of ppl have gotten here.

3 Stars for doing a great job removing minor dents from the hood of my car. You loose 2 stars because of turning a 2 to 3 day job into a 12 day job for who knows what reason. It was a 2 to 3 job because that is what I was told by the service representative (Dave) and the service manager (Kenny). The service manager could not even see the minor damage to the hood of my car when I took my car in for an estimate. He seemed interested in a second look only after I told him Mississauga Honda quoted me $1650 for damage that he failed to see. Meanwhile, I had to pay for the 12 days of the rental out of my pocket. I was compensated with two free oil changes though.so thank you for that Dave. Including everything, I paid $2093.00 for damage that was barely visible and took 12 days to repair. Great service Meadowvale Honda!

If I can put less than a star I would have. I will share my experience with Meadowvale Honda and with Rajan Popli their salesman. We made a deal for $11800 as it shows in the ad (I attached a copy for the add showing the price for $11820)
he ask to have my credit card and driver’s license ready while he finishes up paperwork. 15 minutes pass and he tells me that the actual price is $18000 not $11820 as it advertised.
I emailed Steven Duong his manager explained to him what’s happen didn’t reply or call back

Sales people are nor trusted at all, I don’t recommend them for anyone

Car service are not that good as well
