Service is not good at This location, as a matter of fact they are not even honest with people, they are lazy and not knowledgeable, you have to go multiple times and very costly and finally you might end up going somewhere else to get a fix done on your vehicle

I had an issue (inside noise) with my RAV4 2019 for many years, i went to other toyota dealers for service, they could not find the issue. But at this location (Meadowvale Toyota), they were very patient and professional, and the issue is solved. Special thanks to the tech manager - George.

Wanted to give this place a chance but really they don't give you the service that you pay for its extremely rushed and not completed your checklist when you pay 218$ for a oil change service, you expect them to explain the state of your vehicle not make you pay then receive a unfinished checklist and send you on your way. As a licensed technician in this trade I've never been more disappointed in a service.

Parts counter is very helpful and the staff is super understanding. Was able to get what I needed in no time and would recommend coming here again. Ask for Patrick next time you go; the guy is the bomb dot com

Had a great experience purchasing my new Rav4 from Meadowvale Toyota. I wanted to thank Lillo, Brittany and Jonathan in particular for making the process straightforward an painless. Lillo looked out for me as if I was his own son, empathizing and making a 25 year old's first car purchase both special and painless (apart from the inevitable pain in my wallet lol).

I've been very happy with the car and still feel great a week after driving it off the lot. As a mechanical engineering designer, I keep nerding out over little features in some of the smallest areas that shows how much attention Toyota gives to their vehicle designs. Everything is built solid and requires just the right amount of effort to open, close, push, click etc. Intuitive and simple, yet beautiful.

Also, a special shoutout to Tony in the café kitchen who always takes care of their customers.

Everything is perfect here! DK an Ashley had the best customer service skills ever, very happy with my lease renewal into my new 2023 RAV4, I've been renewing with DK for about 6 years now and he treats me like family. Ashley helped so much with showing me everything and was super kind.

Lilo is a godsend and will be the reason I come back. Me and my spouse came in and ordered a 2022 Prius Prime. Lilo was quick to answer every email. He gave updates and we ended up getting the car months earlier than predicted.

When it came to setting up insurance he was tagged in an email and promptly replied and handle paperwork that should of been my issue but he took it upon himself to help.

We will be back and buy a Toyota because of him!

All I can say is that when I went there for some works, I asked the manager if there is some sort of loyalty program for a person like me who bought a new car from them in 2014 and always went to them for all the service and repairs. He very mechanically said NO. There is no difference between you and a person who just walked into the dealership. By his attitude he did not seem to be a people person, just a mechanic

Always been greeted with a very warm welcome whenever my family and I have come here. This time with a whole welcome sign with all our names on it which was very sweet of Mr. Dk to do. Mr. Dk and Christian are amazing! You need to very cautious when purchasing a vehicle here and be sure what you're signing. I was originally told my exteneded warranty was for 5 years. After signing, it became 3 years. I complained and was told it would cover 6 services and now it's expired and different services expired before the extended warranty expiration date. Information communication is extremely poor. It comes across as deceiving and dubiuous.

I came for oil and coolant leak, was charged $125 + taxes for diagnosis and an estimate to replace waterpump and front cover oil leak for $2125 + taxes. The diagnosis was wrong to begin with, oil filter housing was leaking and coolant was leaking from thermostat, all diagnosed and fixed for less than 1/5th the cost. Don't trust them.

Went to this dealer to see the Camry XLE and XSE, sales rep right off the bat started feature spraying. Like most people, I’ve done my researching on these cars before going to the dealer. I am going to the dealer to experience the car not get the vehicle spec sheet read to me. She decided to take me out for a test drive on the 4 cylinder XLE which I requested to drive the V6 version, said they don’t have a V6 version for test drive (since when does a Toyota dealer doesn’t have all their models available for customer to test). Nonetheless we went for a drive, not even 2 KM down the road, she asked me to pull into a parking lot and turn the car around back to the dealer. I asked if this was all to the test drive and she said yes because she is expecting another client in 15 mins. Being in sales myself I have to say this is the WORST sales rep I have ever dealt with. I will most likely be buying a Camry as my next car but definitely not from this dealer or sales rep.

I would have given this place 0 star rating because they did not even reach a 1 star level in my books. My father and I walked in, clearly we looked like we had questions and was interested in the new 2019 Corolla Hatchback. I am not exaggerating when I say all, but ALL staff were on their cellular devices (big pet peeve of mine). They were glued to the screen, not glued to the door where a customer has interests in purchasing a $23,000 car for the company. I know we do not look fancy shmancy rich, but we left Meadwovale Toyota feeling we were not good enough. Not a hello, and definitely not a goodbye. We went to ERIN PARK TOYOTA (highly recommended, see sales rep Min Chu who I met the day after I left Meadowvale Toyota), and now I have the new Corolla Hatchback in blue flame with SE, with customer service through the roof. If you want to be ignored, go to Meadowvale. If you want knowledgable caring staff who REPRESENT Toyota well, you need to visit ERIN PARK TOYOTA-all the way.

Please stay away from this dealership, the manager Sunil is not a type of person to deal with. All dealerships negotiate the price for used cars but this dealership on your mouth says that there is only one price policy but reduces the prices soon you leave from the showroom. Please do not waste your time going and visiting this store. There are so many dealerships which are far better in treating customers than this one. I would have given negative stars if available.

I told Saad khan that he is the closest there is to a perfect Salesman. I meant it at the time and I mean it now. His customer service prowess is top notch. Also, the whole Meadowvale Toyota ambience is soothing and customer-friendly. I look forward to having a satisfying long-term experience in/with my 3day old brand new Camry.

The admin staff, manager have no sense of how to talk to customers. Sales people are good to deal with for obvious reasons that they are getting commissions. Most Good reviews below are all made up and fake.

I would not recommend this dealership as they don't value your time and ignore your presence. You will get much better promotions and deals from other Toyota dealerships but this particular one is giving bad customer service.

After having paid for rear brake service while driving away I found that there was a loud metallic sound. Seems like the technician left a piece hanging not secure. Had to return to get it fixed. It was a near loss and could have been fatal had it happened at high speed on the highway. Would not recommend them for service anymore as their response was highly unsatisfactory.

I did come today at Toyota Meadowvale, while sitting in from of the service counter 8000 km poster caught my attention, and trying to read all the detailed of the fine print.so i ask the lady bane Rachel about the poster and i told her that i did bring my pick up for first service which is 8000 km, so i ask her why i didnt get the discount card for esso which is the 3cents, and she response that i should ask the advisor who did my paper work, because they are the one who holds the card, how would that happen its the cashier in service who hold the final paper work when you paid the service being done to your car.so if the client is not aware of any promotion or never asked for something that means they wont give you that card that your supposed to get it.or i would say they could used them for them self.as a client i dont think these service employee deserve to get anything better than CHEAP service, the dealership is so nice in overall but but it become bad because of these kind of people.
