I was contacted recently by Zain at Mechanic’s Hub about an opportunity with a client of their’s who was seeking several hires. It was my first interaction with any agency, and like others who haven’t interacted with a recruiter I’m sure, I was hesitant. Zain’s communication about the position and the service’s MH provides had me follow up and pursue this opportunity, which included an in-person interview, tours, assistance with salary negotiations, preparation and follow-up with the interview, as well as handling a lot of the interaction that would normally be employer/employee as the hiring process developed.

I didn’t end up accepting the offer that was made to me based upon logistics of the position, but my experience has left me seeking further assistance from Zain and MH going forward, as this was one of the most stress-free hiring processes I’ve been a part of, and I would highly recommend their services based on my experience and interactions with Zain.

Honestly it was kind of weird going through a 3rd party to get a job as a mechanic. But Adam really took alot of the guess work out of finding a new job for someone with 25 years of experience and just wants to get out of a 15 year job that is going down hill fast.

The process of finding a new employee can be very challenging, especially when there is a specifically defined role that one is looking to fill.
