Worst lab ever! I wish I could give them a zero star! I got my bloodwork done on 13th September and I am still waiting for my results. I have tried calling this lab so many times but they never responded to a single phone call. My clinic also tried reaching them but same thing. There is no denying that the lab doesn’t know how to operate and communicate with patients. Please avoid going to this lab at all costs and save yourself distress!

Went to this place for the first time and hated it. I had a friend who went there and shared a similar experience in the reviews. She said the lady was very mean and made her cry. The lady that took my blood was very careless and started moving the needle around and it really hurt. I thought she was good at her job and thought she know what she was doing, apparently not, because I ended up with two big bruises on both of the arms. One on arm, she was being rough and the bruises are still here after 2 weeks. She took so long trying to figure out which arm had their vein for one arm but didn't do that for the other arm and just stabbed the needle in on the side of my arm. I couldn't move my arm for a whole day and this is the first time this has happened. LifeLabs is better.

I would love to say that this is the greatest laboratory u must visit if u want to get lab report.
They are time punctual, understanding and well behaved staff.
Importantly, you will never get disappointment going there. Recommended lab - med health.

I am not surprised by the lack of communication and rudeness of these medical places in Brampton after all it is run by Indians absolutely no care in the world about your health. I went to do blood work on September 7th today is September 27th still waiting for a call from the doctor to explain my test results. Then when I call the doctors office they tell me they have not received anything from public health it takes 15 to 21 days and tells me they will call when they get the results. This place is a joke from the walk in clinic to the medical lab to the ultrasound place all garbage and full with unprofessional Indians.

Today I had my ultrasound from this location. It was a good experience. The technician named Samar was really friendly and made me comfortable while the process.

They are telling they open on sunday till 1: 00pm. However they do not. I visit their before 1 pm and for very urgent test. My doctor write the urgent on slip. However they said we are closed. You have to change the timing and also did not respond to my calls. I tried from 1 hour. Can not book the appointment for weekend when visiting with the time then saying close for the day.
Do not go there they are wasting the time and lying.

The staff is the most horrible and dignified people, you will ever meet. There is absolutely no communication skills, the receptionist is rude and speak to patients however they please. The worst treatment ever. The staff does not speak English as well, very hard to communicate. They lack simple communication skills. Please stay very far from this establishment.

I had a great experience here from the receptionist who was really kind and patient to the lady who took my blood work. I was out in 30 minutes.

Receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. Staff were conversing in there own language and i think that is very unprofessional. Very unorganized.

After reading a few bad reviews I was a bit hesitant to visit although my prior experiences were just as great. I just want to say that Jas, the phlebotonist was very professional, pleasant, and most importantly very respectful. The ladies at the front were also quite respectful as well. Sometimes as patients/clients we have to put our own unconscious bias aside and treat people as human beings.

Last day me and my husband went there.the girls at front named Shafa li I think and the second I forgot the name but starts with “R” we’re suberb … very nice and polite and knows very well how treat the patients. I wants to give 6 stars to them. Both girls are damn good

Terrible customer service, I will never come to this location, staffs are always unprofessional and during rush hours they are panic…

I went for a blood work today and the staffs are very helpful. The crowd was well managed and they were quick in attending the people even for walk in. Highly recommend this place.

I visited here yesterday. The lady at front desk was so humble. She really helped me alot during whole process. I hope every facility has a person like her who make people so comfortable and relaxed so that they feel good as they already in stress. Thankyou for good service!

Place was great waited for tops 3-5 minutes. Lady who took my blood was very skilled. I’m normally terrified of needles but it was quick and painless. Didn’t even feel any discomfort. Will be returning here for all blood work.

Terrible service. Rude and incapable staffs for the blood work. They even forgot to do a test after taking a sample. Sorry does not help in medical profession.

Worse lab ever. Receptionist said they are open on Sunday till 2pm and lab was close at 12pm. At least give update to date information to patients. Drive 30min for nothing.

I wenr in for a blood test without an appointment. The service was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have used this lab a few times. Mostly I have had good experiences. Staff are polite and helpful. Waiting times have been better than the LifeLabs in Heart Lake in my experience. I barely give anything five stars because there is usually at least a little room for improvement. I am always grateful that there is toilet paper and paper towel in their washroom. Although labs have been a disappointment in this area.

The front line workers at this lab are not following appropriate hygine rules. The lab technicina had gloves on while she was working at the desk on computer. She use the same gloves to sneeze and clean her nise. And then this did not even change her gloves. She use the same gloves to take my blood sample. Not appropriated.

Absolutely recommend this lab for everything especially the blood work. Highly skilled individuals.

Receptionists are so so sweet. They are so accommodating. This place is small but the customer service is amazing!

Very bad experience. I am not been able to view my results for more than a week now as their online system of registration is so bogus and inefficient. I have tried to register myself for more than approx 20 times but to no avail. The customer service number that they provide to call and ask for your results keeps you on hold forever. DO NOT RECOMMEND this lab to anyone as I had a very unpleasant and annoying experience. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

I have visited this lab many times. Always had good experience. This time the receptionist was very unwelcoming and rude. She seemed like she was a strict school teacher. No politeness at all. She conversed with other staff in their own language. But I like this lab because of the phlebotomists.

Extremely bad experience with the service, noticed no sanitization done before and after Patient sit on the chair inside the Lab. No privacy with patience, the curtains were not close when they taking blood, it was wide open even though there is a curtain, patients who are in the lines can able to see what’s happening inside the room, no hand sanitizers inside the location, Washroom are very bad, urine all over the floor, and lastly the employee are talking in their own language and not welcoming.employees should speak English. It can make for bad feelings if i or anyone find out they are talking about you. It just isn’t nice to talk a different language in front of patients If they want to chat with others in their language then they should wait until they are through with your services.

Extremely efficient, professional and courteous. In and out in 5 minutes. Usually need multiple stabs to get some blood flow but here, first time in success. Convenient scheduling of appointment and received results within 24 hours. Best experience at a lab ever.

I have used this lab before to get blood work done, and so have family and friends with no issue. I had my blood work taken on the 17th of Nov.and it was something that was very time oriented. So I called regularly for about 3 weeks asking if my results where in, all I got was responses along the lines of " Sometimes its can take a few weeks and just to wait awhile longer". So I did not think much of it, I still had time. I needed the results by Dec. 20th and it was Dec. 1st.another two weeks pass and by this time I had visited my doctors office to see if the results had been sent in. He tells me that Med Health has not sent them anything but he had documentation from them that I had taken my blood test on the 17th of Nov and he did not understand how my results had not come in yet. So he gives Med Health office a call to inquire about my results and why it has not been sent in yet despite the period of time. They basically said that I was never in that day to take my blood work, it never happened. They basically lost my blood test and instead of owning up to it and apologizing, or even informing me at an earlier date so I could go and retake it, they lied. Despite the proof and paperwork that my doctor had saying otherwise. Now everything for me is delayed and I really do not appreciate it, this is no game and has to do with a person health. Why they could not have informed me when I called two weeks in I can not fathom, all I can say is that this is very bad medical practice and because of you guys, everything has to be pushed back and I may have to wait till the summer to get care. Thanks a lot Med Health.

Just the place is ok, but very slow in checking in and testing. Not only that they take 3-4 days for blood work report. In 4 days patient is waiting and these people do not respond for report.
“NEVER GO HERE FOR ANY BLOOD WORK, this was suggested by my clinic”. They are very upset with this company

This is my first visit there I must say everyone is so polite there they guide me in a proper way.

The staff members are great and friendly, but the lady at the front desk is very rude and poor attitude. Extremely disappointed with her attitude.

Amazing and very helpful staff, everyone was very kind and I was taken care with care and swiftness. They were efficient and friendly.

It was wonderful experience.most of people are close today for labor day weekend but this place is not only open but providing amazing services even for walk in people. In brampton this is my number one recommendation. Thanx for your services ladies.

Just giving 1 star bcz the staff are ridiculous - I am 8 months pregnant with a swollen feet and I went for ultrasound and came downstairs and want to use washroom so I asked them and they answered that u were not here for blood work so you can’t use the washroom, go upstairs as u were for ultrasound No humanity even after seeing the person condition

The place under smoothly but my doctor never gets the tests. I have called multiple times but the admin desk always tells me that they have sent the tests/ they will send the blood tests to my doctor. However, my doctor never receives them. It gets very frustrating that I have to do multiple blood work.

The way of talking is vry kind and polite. This is my first and best experience with med healthcare givers

Very efficient staff. Friendly and will answer and explain any concerns you may have. Second time going there and I've been in and out without long wait times. Certainly will continue to make this location my go to lab.

Sorry to say it was not a good experience person at front desk in morning of Wednesday Jan 02,2021 was not careful in maintenance of discipline of first come first in, people coming after me were going in by saying that they had appointment or they already submitted there requisition of blood work and then they went on the 2nd floor for their x-ray or ultrasound and after coming down for blood work they were expecting that they don't need to follow the line of waiting patients because they have already submitted their requisition before going for x-ray, I wanted more than hour for the blood work while I was fourth in line when came in!

Staff are so friendly& helpful. One of the my best place whenever I go there is no issue at all time thanks for your team work.

My favourite place to get blood work done! I am so so terrified of needles but the nurses performing my blood tests are so understanding and does it very quick and reassures me! I barely feel anything when the needle goes in - never gotten that luxury at any other lab I went to. Not only that, but the wait time is so quick too. I went on a Saturday morning where it was soo busy with at least 7+ patients ahead of me and I was there and out within 30 minutes. I went on a Friday morning and there was no line, either way there's an option to book an appointment if you don't want to wait. 5/5! Keep it up!:)

The staff is very dedicated and helpful. The reason i have given them 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the waiting time. It was sad to see that their were only 2 ladies assisting the huge crowd. They both were literally on their head to toes to meet each patients' requirement. I would like to appeal their administration to please increase the staff members (atleast a separate receptionist) to ease their work and lessen the huge crowd awaiting outside for their turns

Very poor customer service. Highly recommended don't go there. If you have 4 or 5 hour and adjust in poor conditions than go.
