This place is amazing.you are in and out within 15 minutes.very fast, very nice and very gentle doctors and receptionist.you guys are amazing!

The staff is nice and friendly and the nurse who took my blood was so professional that I didn't get any bruise afterwards. BUT, the waiting time is frustrating. One person, the nurse, was doing literally everything.from checking people in, to submitting the documents, taking money, taking blood and samples, organizing them and! It took me an hour and a half for a 2 minutes blood test and there were only 2 people ahead of me. Whoever the owner is, must hire some more people because this is not the right way to do the business. The poor nurse was running here and there like a headless chicken trying to serve everyone.

Worst service ever. Didn’t have patience to find the vein. She just inserted the needle and no blood came in the bottle. Then Tried to move the inserted needle to find the exact spot of the vein. But nothing worked. Poor patience level.

Appointment was for 4: 15pm, the clinic closed at 4 pm without informing me of the change, no phone call, no email, very unprofessional.

I came to this establishment to have some blood work done, I was treated very badly, staff was very rude and poked me over five times to get blood. They treat their patients with no compassion. The front desk lady is very rude and loud. The lady cannot speak English very hard to understand.

Today was the first time I used this lab, and it will be my go-to lab from now on. They are very fast, friendly and she kept checking that I was doing ok. The lab itself is very clean. Next time you need to get blood done try here.

Ample parking.
Only 2 people when I got in at 10: 30.
Lady at counter very nice.
Sat down and waited, not even 5 minutes to be called in.
The technician was super friendly and nice.
Normally, when I've gone to labs, they just jab you and set.
She asked if I was ok and talked for a minute.
Will make this the lab I now go to.

The laboratory is very good. There is not much queue so you don't have to wait much. The lab workers are very efficient and do their work very effectively

Had blood work and ECG done on 2 patients within 20 minutes of walking in.
Reports available online/ email. Dynacare, Lifelabs, et al should take notes.

Great lab techs who take the time to talk to their patients. Always a great lab experience for me.

When you call this location, call will drop immediately. They did my blood test and did not send the report to the doctor in time. Kept calling them, they dropped the call 5 times.

Got my blood test after booking an appointment online. Found it to be efficient, waited 5 minutes or so and was in/out within 15 minutes. Results sent within two business days.

I went to this lab this Jan 2021 for some blood work and ECG. While the blood work reached in two days, they took much longer for the ECG report. It made no sense why the ECG report would take longer than the blood work itself considering that the blood work involves more time and effort compared to the ECG which is just a print out from a machine and it is pretty much instant. I am assuming it is because of staff negligence or complacency. When I followed up I got a cold and canned response.

Today is March 13th. There is only 1 nurse receiving and attending to patients. There is no Social Distancing as the 1 nurse is attending to patients very slowly. Why was there not 2 nurses. Very poor and time wasting service.
