It's great. It's hard to find my veins. I usually have to pump them several times before I can find them. There was a very handsome young man who was very skilled and he found them in one go!

The front desk was very friendly and the person who drew my blood was Chinese. He was very skilled and it didn't hurt at all.

I had my practicum at this lab with Ms May. She is very professional with all that she do. She teach and work deligently. I’m very lucky to have her as my preceptor. I was able to learn a lot, some I haven’t learned at school. So much to say about her but to sum it, she is the best!

I had my blood work done this morning and I felt no pain at all even though my blood vessels are so narrow. May did a fabulous job! I requested her to do the blood work although she is very busy working at front desk, and lucky me she was willing to help me. Her professional attitude is greatly appreciated.
I would recommend my family to come iver and ask for May

To preface, I am terrified of needles and avoid having to get my blood drawn unless it is absolutely necessary. I had the pleasure of having May draw my blood twice over the past few years. The first time I was a nervous wreck, but May was patient and made the process tolerable for my anxious soul, haha. The second time, I wasn't as anxious once I saw that May was the technician:) She is amazing at her job and makes the process painless!

I was lucky to work with May in the Med health lab when I was doing my placement. I learned a lot from May, especially the knowledge that is not available in class.
She friendly and professional, patience and control of complex situations are impressive. Sometimes on Saturdays, she has to complete the work of three people by herself within four hours. I deeply admire that everything is arranged in an orderly manner, efficiently and accurately. Moreover, she communicated sincerely with clients, earning their trust, and they were willing to share their joys and sorrows with her.
Thank you, May. Although it was only a month, it is a cherished memory in my life experience.

May is the best health professional that draws blood. For someone who hates needles (me) and anticipates for pain when that needle goes in your arm she is amazing! May makes you feel comfortable and you don't feel the needle as she puts it in your arm. She is the BEST AND REALLY NEEDS AN AWARD!:) I will always use her services if I need blood work done:) Thanks MAY!

The staff here is so polite and the results are pretty quick. The lab technician Ms. May is very caring about the patients, she has good knowledge. The place is never crowded and I highly recommend this place!

I always have the fear of going to the medical laboratory for a blood test but here with Ms. May it's a no fear zone. She has a bubly character and does her job with so much ease and ith a great sense of humor. For me it has always been difficult with blood work as my veins have the fear I have and it isnt easy to find it, but Ms. May finds it and does it in the first run. Great job I'd say and appreciated.

The technician May was very friendly but more importantly is very good at what she does. I usually have issues when I have my blood drawn but she did it in one try! Thank goodness!

Very quiet and clean Lab, friendly staffs, did my blood test here, it was a very satisfying experience!

Like other reviews, the process was very very quick, I was in and out in 10 minutes. However, the receptionist (also the person who took my blood test) was very unfriendly, ignored me when I said hello and just took my sheet, didn’t ask me if I had fasted or not (which is extremely important for a blood glucose test- i know that the one I got NEEDS you to fast) and immediately did the procedure without making sure. Not only that, but they had me tense my arm for the whole duration, which later I found out, that you were not supposed to do or else it’s more painful and can give inaccurate results. Go literally any where else

Today morning Saturday, The laboratory staff on front desk was very rude and has zero knowledge about customer service. My wife has a test and should be fasting, your lab staff started the procedure without asking her if she was fasting or not or for how many hours she was fasting. We are visiting your place as a patient and she must know that. I went there in the early morning and I was hoping to find good service, but it was the first and last visit to your place.
Please hire some nice people on front desk and very important to hire people with good knowledge.

Its was very nice and awesome service they provide. Ms. May she is very nice and smart. She know how to handle the kids while taking the blood test. I am very happy to saw how they handle my 6 years old daughter while taking blood test. Very experienced and smart

I was very grateful to have May as my technologist during my placement, because her phlebotomy’s skill is the best in Med-Health Lab. She always keeps her positive attitude to solve multi-task and successfully complete. That is all I need to learn from her! Thank you for teaching me a lot!

This is Emma, one of the student of May. May teachs me at 514 LOC since Aug. To be honest, May is the best Lab techinician in Med-health. She treats patients kindly, nicely and passionatley. Her phlebotomy's skill is the best I have ever seen. And she is the best teacher as well, when I ask her any questions, she is always answer me at first time. So I am really gratitude to her effort.

Mrs May has one of those attitudes that is always positive. Her professionalism at the job, how she’s able to multi-task, while managing so many patients at a time is still a wonder to me.
I was opportune to have my placement at this location and blessed to be tutored by her (May). No vein is hard to find with May, I have heard several patients call her “SHIFU” meaning Master and I attest to it!

I went in for an ECG; it was my first time having this test done and my first time visiting this office. The experience, although short, felt dehumanizing. I had to wait on the table topless for the technician (I wasn't given a medical gown or blanket). The technician said hello but didn't introduce herself, nor did she explain anything about the test or what she was doing. She completed the test, said the results would be sent to my doctor and left as quickly as possible. I probably would have gotten better treatment at the clinic of a local hospital.
Additional note since I read other reviews about it being busy: I was the first appointment of the day and I didn't see any other patients before or after my test.

Excellent experience! Positive reviews did not lie: staff is nice, completed my blood work done without any pain and very quickly. Huge thanks to May, she is a wonderful specialist and person. Will definitely return to this lab!

What a great place - wished I discovered this lab a long time ago. Plenty of parking, no waiting, quick and efficient service and most importantly, I did not feel the needle at all. A big shout out to May, the nice lady who served me.

Excellent first-time experience getting blood work and other tests done. Efficient, responsible, responsive, respectful to the maximum extent possible unlike other places. Easy to make appointment on-line (recommended) or walk-ins (requires waiting). COVID-19 protocols are being followed. Will now be visiting this location from now onwards. Highly recommended for all your testing needs!

The staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend them for your lab work.and there is no waiting time as well you can just walk in and get everything done in 5 to 10 mins

This Lab is well organized, covid protocol is being practiced effectively at this point of time. Hats off to the technician Ms. May, she is very skilled and efficient, approachable and friendly proffesionally i go there many times even its out of my way, she can find my vein to draw blood as easy as 1,2,3 one attemp, compare to other technician, they will practiced both my arms until all bruises next day, but to Ms. May, no sweat at all, highly recommend. She is a handful, a receptionist, ecg, and draw blood, at the same time.i dont think you cant find someone like her if she take a vacation.she did one heck of a job. Kudos to her! She deserve a raise!

They have great policies related to infection control practices for CoVID19 and general cleanliness. The line was short and very well managed. Everything was very fast from beginning to end. The lab techs were incredibly skilled and friendly - May deserves a raise!

I have visted this lab couple of times and have received exceptional services from May. She is awesome.

My doctor is located in this building and anytime I need lab work done my doctor sends me up to get it done. Over the years, my experience here has always been nothing but exceptional. The staff are very professional, I get in and out in a timely manner. I have had to visit different lifelabs in the past and almost always have to book ahead or sit around and wait. I have nothing but nice things to say about the friendly and professional staff I have always encountered here at this Med-Health location. Would highly recommend here to anyone looking to get lab work done.
