The receptionist was very friendly, and wait time was not long. Most importantly, the technician Selina was very patient and heart-warming!

Got the appointment for the next day I asked for and these guys are so humble. The front desk people and technicians in background all of them are so helpful. I definitely recommend this centre for fast and friendly service.

Very good place to get your ultrasound done, the people there are very nice and there is no wait time, you are in at the time your appointment is at. Highly recommended

Went here for my EFTS Ultrasound and there place was bright and spacious which was different from my previous clinic ultrasound experience. Anyway, I had such a good time when we went there as that’s the first time me and my husband were able to see our little one moving her/his hands and legs that it got me sobbing happy tears I just wished we were able to get video copies of the ultrasound as it’s a very good memory for us.

I've visited a few ultrasound labs and this one is the best one I've been to. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lab to go to
The receptionist is kind and they remind you of your appointment the day before to confirm that you will be coming. The ultrasound technician is also kind as well. Pointing out the images you can see on a screen in front of you while being examined. The clinic is also very clean! Complimentary water is also available in the reception area.

There’s absolutely no waiting time and they see you right away.

This medical Image Diagnostic Centre is exceptional. The receptionists are hospitable and friendly. The Ultrasound technologist is friendly as well, She offered assistance and explained the procedure.

The entire clinic is cleaned, organized and modern looked vibe.

Very neat and clean place. Peace of mind.staff also friendly. I went for pregnancy ultrasound. I don't see anywhere internal scanning for 1st ultrasound. They give baby pic on free of cost. Highly recommended here.

Jennifer (receptionist) was kind and very accommodating. I highly recommend having your x-rays/ultrasounds taken at this location! The technicians are very prompt hence wait times are also very minimal.

Wait time for the clinic wasn't horrible but I wouldn't recommend getting ultrasounds here. I had a trainee do my ultrasound for gender and was told I'm having a girl but had a boy. I did another ultrasound elsewhere and my EDD was way off.
My husband also had an ultrasound on his shin and they detected nothing but when we went to another clinic to get another opinion they were able to see something there.

Took my 6y old son for a wrist X-ray, and all went well, except for the old folk x-ray technician who was really unprofessional. He was upset that my son was worried from putting his hands on the bench to have them filmed. When I was encouraging my son by saying good boy you did a good job, he just interrupted me saying he wasn't a good boy, we only managed to have the x-ray because I was quick. What a poor response from a supposed to be a professional technician. I will never recommend this place for people with little kids. I put two stars because there was a nice lady at the front desk who was very kind.

Have had two pregnancy scans here for my wife and has been a positive experience both times! Getting to see, being able to join in at the end, and patiently have things explained is so great!

Would love getting digital copies of images like some other places have (even for a fee like $5) but still glad to have printout and helpful staff!

The place was very neat and clean, and customers friendly plus staff was very friendly and helpful. Its was easy to get an appointment in this place and get your all work done. Highly recommend place for any urgent work.

I had my best ultrasound experience to date at this clinic on December 28/2021. I have had 3 ultrasounds prior at various clinics and none can compare. The clinic was clean and each room was large and spacious. Washrooms were also very clean. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and the technicians were experienced, knowledgeable and very personable. This is the first clinic that allowed my husband to come into the examination room towards the end of my ultrasound to be a part of the experience. My most favorite part of this experience was the ability to view my ultrasound images live on the screen above. Previously, my head would be behind the technicians screen and I wasn’t able to see what was going on until the end when I’d receive the final image printed as a photo. During this experience, there was a screen mounted on the wall in front of me that allowed me to be a part of the whole experience and view everything that was being examined as it mirrored the technicians screen. I am very pleased with my experience and wish I had known of this clinic earlier. I look forward to my next appointment here.

I went for an ultrasound today and they are all very welcoming and caring. They took very good care of me I would highly recommend this location. Will be going here for all my future appointments!

The manager is absolutely lovely and pleasant and so are the staff. They are so polite and helpful and make you very comfortable. They try their very best to get you the earliest possible appointment and their service is excellent. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. The manager is a wonderful lady and the receptionist is fantastic. The staff are very caring and kind. My wife went here to do an ultrasound and we were so well-taken care of. The appointment was on time and they were able to book us in within a couple of days with no issues.
The place is new, very clean, well-organized with lots of space for social-distancing.
Everything about our experience was excellent. Thank you for being in the Malvern area with great service and staff. This place was much-needed in the community. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. 5-star!

Horrible ultrasound experience! Very unprofessional.

I was waiting for my ultrasound in the change room and the receptionist was telling the patients in the waiting room about my personal health information. The kind of scan I was having and what they were checking for. No medical professionals should ever disclose personal health information to anyone! Especially not random people waiting in the waiting room.

The scan itself was rushed as the ultrasound technician came in late. So she was running through my scan as fast as she could. If my results aren’t accurate because of this I will be very angry.

Staff are very professional and friendly and approachable. The place is neat and clean. They do follow Covid 19 protocols.

Giving it 2 stars for the receptionist. She was very friendly and polite. However, the clinic failed to get to get accurate scans and was missing images, therefore I now have to go into another ultrasound clinic to redo it. This clinic knew they did not get everything, and did not inform me or rebook me, my physician had to call them to get the results where they then told them they didn’t get everything and so my physician called me. During my appointment, they were also behind by an hour, due to only have one person working who does not speak to you. She only speaks to you through her assistants.

In total, my appointment took 2.5 hours. This includes wait time and the technician not knowing accurately what to do. Heads up, only one technician works at this clinic. I would skip this place and book at another…

After reading some negative reviews online I was sceptical about getting my thyroid biopsy done at this location. However, I am so glad that I did. It was such a fast procedure. Of course I got overwhelmed instantly and started crying. The one technician me rubbed my leg while the other one rubbed my arm to help keep me calm. In all honesty it felt just like A flu shot.

They moved to larger unit inside the Malvern Mall across the street with free parking. They also are adding additional services. Very professional technicians and pleasant approach.

Med Image staff have very pleasant communication way, I could see dedication and honesty. They are expanding into very big unit in the Malvern Mall, Scarborough. Excellent location.
