Our 2 year stay at Harwood Ajax has been exceptional. The staff at rental office (Mr. Steffan) was so accomodating and considerate. The place was clean with a great view indeed.

I recently had to deal with an issue and met Stephan at the property rental office (Pat Bayly), and I must say, his service was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, Stephan greeted me with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to assist. He patiently listened to what I was saying and resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

I applied for an appointment at Rose Park 99 Howard street. SVITLANA was my Leasing Consultant. She was very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, competent and helpful. I can recommend other people to her. Thank you very much.

Supervisor (s) Ruel and Rhey did a great job in getting us a new fridge in a timely manner once it was determined that the old fridge couldn't be repaired. I do appreciate them keeping us informed and keeping the line of contact ope to let us know the status of the fridge and status of the fridge repairs and replacement.very thorough in details

Kim Son is the great super superintendent, whenever I have problems he has there with several ways of solutions. I am glad to know him. He doesn’t like coffee tho

Mr. Sajeevan is hard working and very helpful. He was able to fix clogged kitchen sink, responded quickly and he is very friendly.

The medallion rental office team did an amazing job with assisting in my application and moving in process. Henrietta and Stefan were quick to return inquiry emails and were available to answer all my questions. So far I have lived in the apartment for 4 months and the medallion team has been very supportive and transparent.

I am very happy to live in the Medallion condominium. I want to thank the office staff who were very attentive, especially Mr. Akin who was very attentive, polite and very professional in what he does. Thank you all and may God bless.

I am new to the building but Ruel has always been kind and attentive during our interactions. Very recently, there was an issue with my bathroom and he fixed it in a timely manner as well as followed up with me to make sure everything was still good. You can always find him around the building, helping maintain it's cleanliness and making sure it's running up to tenant standard.

I would like to thank you Stefan for proactively helping while leasing the the unit and patiently explained all our queries. You are really quick while expedite the issues whether it’s management issue or leasing issue.
