Medallion Properties Rental Office

The property manager Aida Da Silva is the worst. They don’t answer calls or emails. Doesn’t provide with things on time. Doesn’t give you a reason for all the problems that are going on. They don’t provide with a parking space. Don’t discuss the problem with you but just take harsh actions without giving a notice or a warning. I have been having a very bad experience with them.

A tenant for 1 and half year, had no problems. The Management and the Staff is proactive and offers help at all times. There's no problem with heating or water or anything. The gym is clean and the one can play games in the recreation room. They also hold bbqs on and off. Overall, wonderful and memorable experience living here

It was a very good experience while filing for the rental application, Sumaya was a tremendous help throughout the process. She was very polite and prompt the entire process.and guided us from the very beginning. And made this whole process very easy and hassle free. 100% of it was done online, didnt needed to go back and forth for anything which i liked the most.looking forward to make it our home and have good experience.

Superintendent Asif and Admin Sumaya are great add on to the property management. Both goes above and beyond for tenant service and satisfaction. They are very helpful. I am happy for my renting at 171 Main Street North.

Joseph is very friendly and always available to help us, he is an asset to the Building.
