Had good experience visiting this clinic with the care of Dr. Bonnah and his nurse… Very caring and knowledgeable.

I was extremely reluctant to come in here after reading the terrible reviews, but I booked my appointment with Dr. Kenneth Bonnah due to an emergency check up. I was extremely happy with his service, he was very attentive & seemed to really care & tried to resolve the problem immediately. I came in around noon on a Saturday & didn’t have to wait much either. I would really recommend this doctor

Unprofessional staff. You call them which is the first impression of any business or services and nobody ever picks up the call the ring goes on ringing for hours. This is how the services you give in CANADA this way I think India is way better in medical services. If they dont know how to serve in the hospitality sector I think they should shut down the center or atleast have one person alloted for picking up calls.

I booked appointment for TB Test. But still long time waiting. I don't know why they book appointment.

Today was a very unpleasant day, I spent three hours waiting for so long, just because the children in other rooms were crying, I had to watch first, my child was not crying, I waited in the room ahead of him, I waited, I told him that I waited for three hours, but also in exchange for his abuse, the first time was scolded by the doctor, it is estimated that I will not come again. Five years of watching here today is the worst

Receptionist need to be fired. Can't do their one job and pick up the phone. Won't even sign you in in person. Useless people. Need to go back where they came from or quit their jobs

I am absolutely shocked and SO SO SO disappointed. Whatever you do, pls do not see DR AMIN LADAK. I went to get my girls vaccinated both under the age of 4, they were behind on their vaccines and that was because of personal reasons. I took their immunization records. Waited 3 hours to see this absolutely RUDE doctor who said since they r behind he can’t vaccinate them. He was SO RUDE, complaining of the girls being loud … they r are kids.they have waited 4 hours.ofc they will be a little irritated… I am 6 months pregnant and to wait for 4 hours for NOTHING makes me so upset. I think if he was more understanding and nice about the way he explained things it wouldn’t have effected me this bad. But this guy was absolutely rude, did not know how to be around kids, and seemed scared to vaccinate children. Very disappointed. First and last time at this clinic. Hopefully other doctors at this clinic are nothing like him.

0 stars if I could. If you are dying you still won't see a Doctor. They have time to do DR. JASLEEN's photoshoot and hire a bunch of new Doc's but can't run a clinic smoothly and efficiently. The interior is in bad condition and needs to be renovated, washrooms smell so bad, receptionists don't know their job duties, patients must be seated to wait up to 5 hours until they get to see a Doctor. And when they finally do see a Doctor they get someone like Dr. MIRZA or Dr. Meskale that know nothing about the basics of being a Doctor and a decent human being. Shame on you two and shame on the committee running this urgent care. Change your name to DIE care because you literally let patients with even chest pains wait 2-5 hours. DISGUSTING. WE ARE NOT IN INDIA OR BANGLADESH. DO BETTER.

Don't bother with their online booking system. You get scheduled and still have to wait more than one hour to see the doctor. The receptionist will tell you they are taking a break for 5 to 10 mins but it will be more than 30 mins and she will say the same thing. What's the point of booking your appointment online then?

Worse clinic does not accept patients and will only accept if its an emergency or else you can die!

Made an appointment online, got there at 12.30 and directed to a room before 1which was my appointment text. Previously I had seen a African doctor who was diligent, so I decided to go visit hi didn't remember his name but when I called they gave me a name, but when I visited and he came and I realized it wasn't him. He didn't even check me just ask what was my problem, a nurse Aide came in asking the same question as if I couldn't tell him myself. Wasn't impressed at all.

Such bad customer service. No one answers the phone or they leave you on hold forever. No customer service skills whatsoever. Maybe hire better staff who are knowledgeable. Long wait times as always and just dirty old place.

If you want all your concerns to be dismissed and have all your questions not answered, feel free to book with Dr. Mirza. I actually don't think she knows the answers to anything which is why she dismisses all her patients. It's a tactic of hers to get through the day. On the other hand, Dr. Bonnah is an excellent doctor who listens to you and actually has things of value to say and you can tell he knows what he's talking about. I'll never book with Dr. Mirza ever again. I'm in the process of filing a complaint.

Granted it is a holiday and one can anticipate wait time. The ipad registration does not get updated in a timely manner. But 4 hours wait time! The receptionist was not nice, there was a clear lack of order and system. Patients waiting were over lapped. People waiting a lot less time were let in before people waiting for 2 hours. All walk ins. The doctor did not apologise for the 4 hour hold and when addressed she stated that she has no control. Her tone was impolite. The clinic on top of that is run down, dusty and they only had 4 chairs. The doctors clothing was dirty and a bad representation of the clinic. Many people were standing for long periods. Many people walking in were complaining of the order. Absolutely bad experience. Would suggest if u are going to wait for 2 hours might as well wait where the staff is polite and at least the clinic is clean.

Took my 2 year old to the walk-in clinic as she was not feeling well. The Dr checked her for a minute and said everything was fine. 3 days later we are at the emergency because my daughter has an ear infection which resulted from her being sick.

Don't waste your time going here.

Without an appointment, I walked in on a Friday around 9: 15 am. My total wait time to be seen by the doctor was 1 hour. Dr. Haile-Meskale treated my symptoms appropriately and directed me to get ultrasound stat and to follow up the next day to discuss results. I did call the following day, and Dr. Bonnah took the time to call me back before the end of day to discuss. I really appreciated the timely response.

1 star deducted for the long wait time, considering I was patient # 3.

This walk in clinic is something else. I don’t know what they are are doing if they can’t help the patients that come there. The service with the staff at the front is so poor. I arrived at 125 ish asked for appointment no one is in front of the me waiting no a huge line behind me yet the staff asked me to go put it in myself on the iPad. On the phone she said that I would be seen if I come in the next half hour or I can book a time for 215 I said since I can be seen in the next 30 mins I’ll come and I left and arrived here around 125 ish when I got here I was asked to wait so I waited when I checked with her she said there is 6 people in front of me so I waited patients went by and still not my turn I got up and went to her she said one patient in front of me and then called two people and let them go so I don’t understand this doctors office and the rules on how or what order they treat there patients in. There needs to be a better system and staff working here should be willing to book people I’m not direct them towards an iPad cause not everyone that comes here is skilled enough to understand how technology works.

The doctor are uncooperative, but they gave the medication which will make you feel way much better

Dr. Kenneth was so kind and helpful with our 4 year old daughter. She has had awful experiences at other offices in the past, but we will certainly be coming back here to see him.

Been here a couple times. Highly not recommend this place unless you have nowhere else to go. Doctor brushes you off and really doesn't take your discomfort or illness seriously.

We were happy with the service of this clinic. We called to ask if they were still accepting walk-ins at 12 noon. They said as long as you come in before 1 pm, it was s Sunday.

Registering was easy as you had to do it on their iPad and they will send you an email for the waiting list. We were 55, #31 was being served so we had to wait 2 hours. We left to do other errands.

They called my son on the phone to tell him to be there. When we got there, there was a 10 minute wait.

Dr. Bonnah was very nice and pleasant. He encouraged us to ask questions. Then a nurse came in to dress the wound. The nurse was pleasant too and answered all our questions.

All in all, a very pleasant experience in spite of the wait.

The receptionist so rude, unprofessional, I booked an appointment earlier then I came she didn’t take the call she said we change the phone number.she keeps telling “ no idea” no idea” no idea.no commence

Really bad experience, the "doctor" entered in the room while messaging her WhatsApp, and she kept messaging turned her back on us, without looking in our faces, so annoying and unprofessional.

It's very disappointing that even at 2 in the morning everything is completely booked even for phone calls. And for in person. It's a walk in clinic its supposed to be available. And having so many doctors working you can't be serious that all of them are completely booked for the day. Make the on-line booking system better!

Dr Bonnah is Best But all other doctors are good to. Best dr panel in GTA. But Operation is not good. Every time I go there front desk lady said we pack. Book online tomorrow appointment. Some one tell her there is no option book for tomorrow. Front desk customer service not good.

I normally don’t review the thing but personally i think that its under rated. I would give 10 star rating if possible. I visited 3 time there and Dr KENNETH BONNAH help me out from my issues. I suggest to visit there you will not regret.

The receptionists and nurses are nice but the doctors seem to be overworked and tired.

Do not come here for a check up or mild issues. Only come here if you need urgent care or else the doctor will be annoyed.

Even when there’s few patients ahead of you, expect to wait an hour minimum. There’s no introductions or small chat. The doctor wants you out as fast as possible and will be speak bluntly.

I took my sick daughter (I have been coming to this place before also but this time It was worst)
As others said they wish there was a zero star option.
Rude front desk receptionist.
The lady doctor who checked my daughter didn’t even check the temperature.
Please go to any other urgent care not this location.
ER staff in hospitals are much better in treating kids.

Walk in, fill out information on IPad (right side of wall, before entrance doorway to other clinic), speak with receptionist in main hall, then they'll let you know as to where you should go. I was in to get stitches removed. The nurses and the doctor was friendly and helpful.
The place is nice and open and I was very happy with my experience here.

Worst Walkin clinic ever. Don't go if you want to see a real doctor. The doctor I saw was cold, not empathetic and irresponsible. She was overconfident and refused to listen. I would ever go again and I would recommend you not.

Waited 2 hours for the doctor who didnt even look at me to say "Oh theres a bug going around just drink water", I came to be examined, to get medicine. I was rushed out of there in 5 mins. Won't be coming back.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1. I called prior to making a 55 minute drive to this urgent care clinic. They told me over the phone they would assess me in person and that I should make the drive to them and they informed me of the time when they stopped taking patients. I rush over there in half an hour and there was 20 minutes left before the time they told me they stopped taking patients and the nurse at the front desk turned me away and said she couldn’t do anything because it got busy and they are a walk in clinic and there was nothing she could do for me no exceptions. I am extremely upset because I would not have the made the drive if I knew i was going to be turned away. I’m disgusted at the customer service. The nurse did not seem to care about my well-being and did not even maintain eye contact with me as she spoke to me or offer me a solution. Please train your staff to make smarter calls when speaking to customers over the phone to avoid situations like this. I’m deeply disappointed and will never return to this clinic again. You should not either if you are considering it unless you want to be treated with disrespect.

Pathetic doctors, they can't even recommend the right treatment for the illness. Especially doctor Hennah the worst of all.

They are THE WROST people. Doctor was so rude and refused to check my 4 year old son that first COVID Test needs to be done for which they didn't have ay rapids kits and asked to come back after -ve antigen test.

I'll ask anyone of urgent please don't go to this worst clinic.

I love this place. The waiting time is a lot more shorter then most walk in clinics. They have helped me multiple times with basic injuries. The staff are super friendly too and it’s a really clean place.

I went this place and disappointed with Dr Mirza. I have pain, she said take pain killer.

Dose not want to go for route cause of pain. Drs are paid by visit, her intentions was just to make money, don't care about patient.

I think we everyone knows that if there's pain we need to take pain killer, then why we need to visit Dr? To give money?

3 hour wait is almost like waiting to see a doctor at the ER, this place use to be so quick now it's crazy slow.

After waiting for hourssss at the hospital with my son who had a very bad cut and you only have a certain window of time during which you are able to receive stitches. I called this urgent care location at 8: 42 pm, they close at 9. I explained our situation and they said if I could arrive quickly they would accommodate us. We rushed over and the lovely lady doctor and her assistant spoke very nicely with my son and gave him stitches. Great bedside manner and I highly recommend going here

I have visited this clinic several times and at each visit I was treated with respect and kindness. The staff and medical professionals, especially Dr. Haile, were thorough and efficient. I am very pleased with their level of professionalism and care.

Call yourself late care! If someone has been suffering from something, give them the health care required. First of all i don’t understand why the receptionist work was done by the patient themselves, those ipads are nothing but a waste of time, why dont just hand out ur healthcard and license to the receptionist. And i am not talking about me in this perspective, there was one pregnant lady before me who just wanted to be taken care of but no, those ipads are very much required to be filled out, secondly, there was an old lady may be 80’s, who had hunchback and was feeling dizzy, but again had to go through the same ipad form filling. That pregnant lady was just asking you to guve her a chair, all you had to do was assist her but not, your response was “ go and wait in your car”. Seriously? Atleast, for god’s sake, take care of these people.

Coming to me, booked an appointment, at 2: 15, that ipad showed me 13 people waiting. Waited for 45 mins, went back, was told 7 people ahead of you, i went straight to the ER not giving a damn about your appointment anymore and came back home by 3: 45, all i got was 1 miss call at 4: 30 from you people.seriously 2hrs and 45 mins for urgent care?

Went to this walk in clinic. I waited for some time which really wasn't an issue. When I went to see the doctor, Before I could finish my first sentence. She started speaking over me, rushing to get through my appointment. I literally got like 4 words out before she started again, talking over me, ignoring what I said and acting like I was a bother. I left feeling belittled and ignored. It came across more like I was a customer and not someone in need of medical help. A business transaction. The only reason I am giving it a one star, quite frankly it should be zero stars is because of the support staff and receptionist. They exhibited the core values of individuals in the medical field. Compassion. I am back home. Still feeling uncertain about my health issue. Just disappointing

Usually good service but I went in as a walk in today and seen Dr Mirza, she is very rude. Never coming back because of her.

Don't come here! Or if you'd like to waste your time even after booking your appointment then sure, lol.

The reception service is worse than anything. They don't tell you how much do you have to wait.careless.

I feel compelled to leave a review because Dr. Bonnah and Dr. Wong are two of the most professional doctors I have ever encountered. I initially saw Dr. Bonnah and he was attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. He ordered the appropriate testing and answered all my questions.

Subsequently I spoke to Dr. Wong over the phone to review the results of the tests. He is so well spoken and polite, and he explained everything to me in a way that made sense. He took the time to answer all my questions and reassure me.

I will not hesitate to return to this clinic in the future to see either Dr. Bonnah or Dr. Wong. 100% would recommend either of these two.

This place is awlful ; 1) they don't honor the time you booked for your appointment. I booked for 3: 30pm and a lady arrived before me booked for 3: 45pm. She was let into the room to see the doctor first. It is basically first come first serve. 2) I bought my son to be seen by the doctor in person. The doctor was in such a rush, she didn't even laid her hand on my son for assessment. She quickly wrote us a prescription and sent us off. While i went to pharmacy to pick up meds, the pharmacy assistant said the dosage was wrong. I had to wait 1 hour for the doctor to change the dosage on the prescription while attending to my young child. The front desk staff was very hostile when I asked if she can see the doctor can fix the prescription. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere. 3) Forgot to mention, they only have 2 chairs in their waiting room. Overall, it was a nightmare

Was told to go to ER because i came 50mins before closing time and they were full. This urgent care center operates like a walkin clinic. During this pandemic the ER is busy with more serious and life threatening patient concerns while I only required stitches from an open wound injury. Ended up using Youtube to self medicate myself with equipment i bought at shoppers because an urgent care centre was more focused on closing on time. Going to an ER and exposing myself to covid is not an appropriate choice nor is it respectful to the struggling doctors and nurses at an already overwhelmed hospital. This clinic is poorly managed if you simply send patients to an ER and overwhelm an already fragile ER system with more non emergency cases. Front desk staff were just doing what they are told and sent me back they seemed remorseful but what good is being told to leave with a smile…. From the encounter they mentioned they have turned back patients in past days even 1.5 to 2 hours before closing as a way to justify why i was being sent back. But this just shows the total disregard that this clinic has. Very disappointed that this place is labeled as an urgent care centre.

Booked a virtual appointment but doctor never showed up. Tried calling many times no answer an no update on the appointment. Totally was a waste of time and completely unsatisfied.

Enroute to this "URGENT CARE" facility last week, on the phone call more then 1hr before they closed, they said that they were not taking any more patients, my hand was severely cut and required immediate sutures. They hung up on me as I explained that I am already on my way and less than a few minutes from there location. She hung up on me. I called back and asked her why she hung up and obviously denied it. Nonetheless I arrived and she took my information and asked me to wait outside! I said outside, I'll will wait inside and keep my Social distancing as per the usual. (They were less then 6 people in the area and plenty of space. I waited almost 30 minutes while holding my hand with pressure. Finally was placed into a divided curtain room and waited some more over another hr and half to receive the medical sutures that I knew was required.

The doctor on duty seemed new and he provided me with the sutures and was advised that if my hand swells up and to watch for Amy infection to return immediately or to a nearby hospital emergency. If not in approximately 8 days to return and have the sutures removed either at this location or at another medical office or family doctor.
I left content as the his assistant was a positive, very nice personality, was the only positive experience on this unfortunate evening. Believe me when you make a call to expect tonbe on hold for a very long time, and when the receptionist does answer will only say to pleae hold again without giving you a chance to speak. Absolutely juvenile and unprofessional!

Receptionist said I would receive a call from the doctor before 4pm and it is now 4: 09pm. When I tried calling them to follow up, the line doesn’t even ring… what is going on?

Booked an virtual appointment for my 3 yr old son online. They asked for my health card i provided. It asked me to pick a TIME that i would like to schedule an appointment with the doctor, to which i picked 9: 15am.
It is now after 7pm and im yet to recieve a call. What annoys me the most is that i could have sceduled an appointment with another clinic (had i known they would not get bk to me). Very disappointed. I overlooked the negative reviews yet here i am regretting it. With soo many complaints regarding professionalism and respecting peoples time yet no improvement. I am very displeased considering i canceled my plans just for this appointment that didnt even happen. DO BETTER MEDCENTRE.

Dr. Bonnah is an amazing Dr and truly kind person. He was very understanding and took his time to explain everything regarding my medical problem. He is one of a kind, truly.

I am very pleased with the service that I received during my visit to this clinic. Right from the booking process to the appt, all of the staff were pleasant and friendly and Dr. Mirza was such a pleasure, she listened to my concerns and I felt so comfortable with her right away, she took her time but was also quick and efficient. Great team, great overall experience!:)

Mirza is an extremely rude person; she doesn't even have the patience to listen to patients! But, I guess anyone can become a doctor these days.

I have been here several times and each visit I have felt heard and my concerns addressed. I have been nervous with some health issues and they have never brushed me off and ensured they had enough context to provide appropriate care. Dr. Mirza in particular took the time to understand my concerns and went above and beyond to put me at ease. Grateful this clinic exists for times when I cannot get to my doctor!

Did not have a good experience with this clinic. Had a bacterial infection, scheduled a virtual appt which was delayed by 45mins and the doctor’s camera didn’t work so it ended up being a phone consult. The doctor prescribed me with Amoxicillin, i was not aware this is part of the Penicillin family of drugs, I was also not asked whether I have taken it before or have any allergies. I started the medication right away since I was desperate and the infection lasted for a week already.

On the 7th day, I developed a high fever and hives. I went to ER and was told this is a penicillin reaction. I was sent home to monitor symptoms. Returned to ER 3 days later because the hives got worse and my whole body was swollen. I was then prescribed 6 days of steroids to control my reaction. It has been almost a month since my reaction and I am still dealing with residual medical reactions now.

I strongly believe if Penicillin family of drugs has a high reaction rate, it should not be prescribed in an urgent care clinic since they do not know the patient’s medical history (they also did not ask). There are other drugs that are safer with the same effect. I regret going to this clinic and have learned my lesson to wait to see my own GP no matter how long the wait is.

The service was amazing, and I was able to get in a room as soon as they got there, and they were able to get everything I needed. They were addressed my concerns thoroughly, and I was able to get everything I needed very quickly. Granted I went during an off-time, but I was in and out in 30 minutes! The online booking system was very easy to use. 100% recommended!

Love Dr. Mirza. Only female doctor that’s close to where I live, and she always makes me feel comfortable.

Great customer service and Dr. Mirza was great as always! Came here as a walk in and was seated within 15 minutes and saw Dr right after.

I booked virtual appoinment and provided all the information to them. After waiting for 2hours, I called back and was confirmed that doctor would call me. I waited until now 2320. Nobody called back. Do not trust this place.

If you have lots of time with nothing better to do, then you've found the right place. A simple blood test expects people to wait more than 2 hours. Why?

One is the least allowed, otherwise this place gets 0. ZERO.
