When Ken and his family owned this place it was 5 star service all around. Now with the new owner and staff they have no idea what's going on. Unable to fill prescriptions many days after called in, staff are very unorganized and struggle when trying to find filled prescriptions, so much confusion.
Far too many errors faced in the last couple of months. Some customer need their meds in a timely manner - it shouldn't be such a fight.
After being customers for decades, we're now looking for a new pharmacy. Medic seems to be crumbling.
