Went here after I moved in the area and my old doctor was in Burlington (I'm from there originally). Got my family doctor there until she moved to another building. I went there maybe 6 months ago when I had a cold and wondered if I was getting bronchitis for the 3rd or 4th time last year (I'm prone to it) and couldn't make it in to my doctor. Reception and the doctor I saw were both nice, and listened, and didn't blow me off when I explained I was concerned I was getting sick again. Doctor listened and prescribed me an inhaler to prevent an infection getting into my lungs from my cold. Thank you
Really quick doc listens to everything you have to say. Love how you have a pharmacy. Really good service i like the Receptionists as well and your Pharmacists.
I got banned from this clinic after asking for help for a chronic pain issue. All I did was inform them I was in too much pain to see my regular doctor in Burlington and needed "something to help me get there". I was crying from the pain and was treated like I was some sort of addict when I was just looking for relief like every normal person does when going to a doctor.
The doctor asked what I wanted, and when I told them I would take anything helpful I was asked to leave without explanation. I was told that they do not service drug seekers (how rude to call me a drug addict/seeker).
Four years later I went back and was informed I was still banned, and that this ban is forever. This is the closest clinic near me and now I have to visit emergency instead of a walk in clinic.
If you have any chronic illnesses I urge you to stay away unless you want to be treated like a drug seeker.
Edit: To owner's response- How can you check if I am registered with you if you don't have my name to look up in the system? This is the only clinic I have been banned from while looking for help. I know for a fact this is the clinic because it's the only clinic I have ever walked into. After such an experience I was too afraid of ever going to another. It's not something I confused or forgot.
