Thank you for your service. I would highly recommend Dr. Dastmalchian. He is friendly, professional and knows how to put your mind at ease. As a first time mom I was looking for the best doctor to take my child to and feel confident I had found the one! I would highly recommend his clinic.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Dastmalchi for some time now, but recent experiences have led me to reconsider this choice. The communication and scheduling process from the office has been subpar. For instance, I was given a phone appointment for a Wednesday but wasn’t provided with a specific time. The doctor called me after hours, at a time when I was not readily available to take the call. When I tried to return the call, the medical center was already closed. This has resulted in unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I believe a more structured and reliable scheduling system would vastly improve the patient experience. I am now considering finding a new primary care physician to ensure my health needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

The staff and doctors at this clinic are all exceptional, providing a welcoming and professional environment that always puts me at ease. From the front desk to the doctors themselves, everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Dr. Dastmalchian was recommended to us by Mr. Ahmari as our family physician. Our family thus far had a great experience with this medical center. I am absolutely not happy when there is a delay in seeing a patient, but I understand it is part of the practice and one has to pack patience when visiting a doctor or going to a hospital.

The receptionist is super rude that for emergency walk-ins has no respect and she can only say have a sit and forgets to inform the dr that emergency patients are waiting. Not recommend at all. As a new patient I should say that the Persian receptionist is super rude and that is the only reason why I did not book an appointment. In addition I should say that, Dr.dastmalchian doesn’t care about the patients at all and all he cares is money. I am sure if you go there to say Hi it’ll cost you 100$ which is ridicules! He’s receptionist is super rude and not understanding so is he!

I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Meradje. She is amazing. I had many family doctors, but Dr. Meradje is the best! Always professional, she takes the time to discuss the concerns and she has been following up with me on all the clinical reports and recommendations. She's very patient, kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Katayoon Meradj is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also for my kids. She is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I can't thank her enough for all that she have done for me and my kids!

We are very pleased with Dr. Dastmalchian and his team. He performed a circumcision on our son and provided outstanding service from the moment we stepped into his office, right up until our follow up appointment once healed. Very patient, kind and informative. I believe he would be a great choice of doctor for any medical issues that may arise.

We did our son's circumcision with Dr. Dastmalchian and we were so happy. He is really professional. The process was very fast and clean. He was available after the process the whole time and asked for the picture to make sure everything is fine until the full recovery. I highly recommend him for circumcision.

I have had many family doctors but Dr. Meradje is one of the best! The rest of the staff at the clinic are also fantastic. Always patient and kind.

Pros: He is a kind person, very patient with kids. He easily writes referrals to specialists if there is a need and that's the only reason I keep him as my family doctor.

Cons: he doesn't seem to be very knowledgable, I asked him once about which types of vaccines are included in kid's shots and he didn't give a straight answer. Often my scientific/medical questions are not answered in one way or another. Once he said why do you need to know! He sometimes asks me, as a patient, "what medicine do you want me to prescribe". He is also kind of a money guy. He has a cosmetic surgery salon beside his office and he usually checks up on his patients over there. This often causes delay and we always have to wait and wait. Also, if you have let's say two minor issues somehow related, he would rather book you for 2 separate appointments unnecessarily which is very inconvenient for ppl who have to get some working time off to visit him. Even for refilling prescription, I often needed to book appointment!

This is my second time coming here for my girlfriend, the secretary is waaaaay too rude and disrespectful. (M-E) lThe Dr is really good which makes me sorry to have this bad secretary. If I had the option to give 0 star I would.

She isnt my doctor and never will be. She's trying to say that climate change is the reason for the upticks in myocarditis and heart problems when we know damn well what is doing it.

My mom was dr. Dastmalchian's patient and he didn't notify my mom that she had high diabetes for one year. He's very unprofessional. He even didn't apologize for being inconsiderate. His inattention could cause bad consequences.

I was referred to doctor Dastmalchian from my family doctor to have my ingrown toenail cut. Doctor did a fantastic job, its healed well.

The worst doctor ever who only cares about money over patient’s health. For each word you need to pay! He doesn’t have a good behavior to give the patients feel calm and comfortable. So sorry to went there and waste my time and money on this clinic. The least professional clinic and staff.

Dr. Dastmalchian is very competent and compassionate doctor. He listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to ensure that you receive the appropriate advice and care moving forward. I appreciate the fact that his office books same day appointments so that when I have an urgent concern, it is addressed promptly. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a family doctor!

I do not recommend him. DR Dastmalchian thinks he still lives in Iran. He does not respect you and your time. He feels superior to his patient which is not good for his business.

very Knowledgeable, caring and diligent. He listens to your problems patiently. His staff are pleasant and accommodating and make sure that his appointments run on time. I appreciate this very much.

He is an amazing doctor. So caring and respectful. I appreciate the fact he takes time and listen to you and not rushing to the next patient.

Unfortunately, my experience with this walk-in was a disaster; Dr. Dastmalchian is such a salesman that he just thinks about the visit price without any knowledge, and he is so careless that my experience was a nightmare, and I will never recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Dastmalchian acts as he doesn't care about you, he has no time for you /your problems and you are bothering him with your questions. I don't recommend him. Give your money to someone who respects you.

I have been Dr Akhlaghi’s patient ever since I came to Canada for the last 14 years. I believe in her knowledge and treatment.
She is like a family member to her patients. I highly recommend her as a trustworthy physician.

Dr. Dastmalchian is an amazing Surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and great with children. Would highly recommend him.

This centre has by far the rudest and most unprofessional receptionists. They have no idea how to talk to their patients, and they always have trouble letting the patients finish their sentences. They raise their voices, they talk like you have no right, and their information is horrible.
I have tried many times to come for a walk in but ever single time they have something new to say to me. The hours on their website are never fixed, and every time you walk in there is a new policy and they send you back out the door.

If you want a place that has caring, professional, understanding workers, who put their patients first. DO NOT come to this place. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Great experience. Took our 20 day old son for a circumcision. Dr. Dastmalchian explained everything to us before doing anything. He explained the aftercare process very well and on my way out was given a cellphone number in case there was any concern. The circumcision healed beautifully. My husband and I would highly recommend Dr. Dastmalchian for procedures.

Dr. Aklaghi is the best Dr. I meet, she is very helpful for those patients who in need, like she can offer pulse oximeter to make sure patient safe and satisfaction. Thanks again Dr. For your help I and my husband appreciate your help for the patient in need like us.more power God bless Dr. Akhlaghi.

Hi Manager, so nice of you to ask how my experience was two years ago at Medical Center.

Unfortunately, its been close to 730 days since my call with the receptionist so i don't recall the details but i do know that i tell all my friends never to go to your establishment.
Sorry i couldn't help much.
However, from my professional experience, when i hire and onboard a new employee at work, i emphasize the importance of being willing to help others.
This is something i imagine your past receptionist lacked.

The reason for my low review is Dr. Seyed Dastmalchian: he is too dismissive and uncaring. I am very happy with the clean, modern office, and despite some complaints about the staff, I found the secretaries to be very polite and attentive. I am happy about their convenient hours too (9am to 7pm).
