An unparalleled training experience. Ashley was hands down the best teacher I've had when it comes to life saving skills. The wealth of knowledge he holds made it simultaneously enriching and enjoyable to learn. We were able to run multitudes of scenarios to practice all the skills we had been learning, and every step of the way Ashley made sure we understood the material and helped us with any uncertainties. Anyone looking to advance their skill set or recertify, I would recommend doing so here without a second thought

Ashley is an incredible instructor who made the content interesting and engaging throughout the 2 week program. He spent a great deal of time and effort to run through practical scenarios so that everyone had a deep understanding of how to apply the knowledge and skills in real-world situations. He ensured that everyone in his class left with a 100% understanding of the skills and knowledge within the scope of practice for an EMR.

Absolutely fantastic course. I come from a clinic background and I never realized how little I knew about medicine on a first response level. The instructor was charismatic and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend!

A great company with highly knowledgeable instructors. They made learning entertaining and did a great job making medical scenarios as realistic and life-like as possible by using props and makeup. I thoroughly enjoyed re-certifying my EMR here, and would recommend this company to others.

Very thorough and thoughtful with their instructions. The instructor was very kind and wanted his students to be the best that they could be. Would highly recommend over other medical first responder or CPR certification establishments (added bonus that it is Heart and Stroke, which allows you to gain further certification at a more advanced level).

His unique style, unbelievable credentials, real life experiences, and immersive training has given me the knowledge and confidence we all need as first responders. I recently finished the EMR course with Ashley from Medical First Response. As a volunteer firefighter, I found the information, his delivery of key concepts and the scenarios we held to be of key importance. I will actively send people I know to Ashley and his company - truly a one-of-a-kind agency focused on building first responders that are ready for the task at hand.

I attended the EMR course for 2 weeks and it was well put together. Very hands on and interactive. The scenarios mimic real life interactions. Including using the instructors own vehicle for patient extraction. (Sorry if we scratched it). I feel far better equipped as a firefighter. Thanks

Well-equipped facility, including technology that evaluates how effective your compressions are.
The instructor has lots of experience, including hospital-based. He tailors learning to suit your background whether you’re an experienced nurse or EMT or new learner! He explains the clinical reasoning to why things are done the way they are. This is a great place for health professionals to get certified!

Had to renew my certificate last weekend and The team at Medical First Response was very helpful to book and recertify. Michael had great knowledge and was enthusiastic about the course content which made it a good time

Fantastic company! I did my First Responder course and Emergency First Responder course through Medical First Response. It was a great experience, I loved doing the scenarios as the company had put lots of effort into making them realistic and I really feel prepared for a career that will require me to use the skills they taught me. I thought the in class work would be dry and drag on due to the required length, but it wasn't at all, ashley was super engaging and kept everyone alert and learning. All in all it was a fantastic experience and I am looking forward to doing my recertification with them!
