I have had at least 5 blood tests performed here. Fast, friendly and barely feel a thing. Highly recommend this Lab.

Very disappointed. I specifically said "please don't do the one test that costs $100+ cause I'm too broke to pay for that". I literally was joking around with the girl about it so she was well aware and said she wouldn't do that one. There was no paperwork or anything offered for me to sign but I didn't find that weird because when I've done tests that cost money there before, they don't let you leave without paying. So I thought that was done and over with until I get back home from a camping trip and get a bill in the mail. I called as soon as I opened the mail and was told that I didn't sign any form refusing the test so there's nothing they can do. I was not offered anything to sign. She kept saying it was policy to sign something but how am I supposed to know your policies? So if you refuse a test here, take a video of them agreeing not to do the test or they will just do it anyways and bill you later. Very disappointed and frustrated because I specifically said not to do the test and got verbal confirmation and joked around with her and everything.

Did on-line appointment walked in did paperwork and took about 10 minutes to get blood work done. Friendly staff.

I was excited to have a lab office close to home, but it was not a good first experience & I definitely will not be returning.
I understand this is a lab clinic and the idea is for fast service, but it’s a very cold, rude environment.the office staff should treat patients with a little more kindness.

Professional, courteous and friendly staff with exceptional phlebotomy skills. Always treated with respect. Waiting times are not long as the staff are very fast. Keep up the good work.

This lab is wonderful! They get you in and out very quickly and the staff are friendly and professional. I get blood work regularly and am grateful to go to this location.

Im going to give a 3 because they are really good for the most part, and convenient, but I was hit with $150 in charges that couldve been avoided had I used another clinic that does the specific test I needed in a way that is covered by OHIP.

I like how fast they were with the covid test. However, I didn't appreciate it when the receptionist laughed about my name and how I said it. Not really professional

Best experience at Med Labs! The phlebotomist was very personable and made me feel comfortable; they definitely exceeded my expectations!:)

Went here for a COVID test on a weekend. Wasn't a fan of having to line up outside of the building in the cold, despite having pre-registered for an appointment time. I finally got to the front of the line 15 minutes after my appointment time. The staff were super nice inside though and they use a different type of COVID test than what I had been used to. This one was just a swab of the inside of the cheeks and then the very tip of the nose, so wasn't uncomfortable at all. Quick and easy. I think they should look into a better system for appointments, but other than that, great experience overall. Had my results in just over 24 hours as I was told.
