Really great service, staff and doctor. At the time it greats busy but staff tries their best to accommodate each patient. Most important part doctor is accepting new patients.

I've been to the clinic once for my son and twice for myself. I'm really impressed at how friendly, helpful and professional everybody I have been in contact with there has been. All the receptionists go out of their way to help, be it on Messenger, on the phone, or at the clinic. Dr Mahmood is wonderful; she takes her time, answer all questions and is prompt to refer to another professional when necessary.

Doctor Tran is patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She’s an amazing attentive female doctor located in Mississauga. The front desk team is great. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran as your family doctor - or even as a walk-in!

Dr. Hani is good and very kind, but the lady at the reception is very rude, she needs to learn how to talk and deal with patients, I don't know why she is always aggressive, this has happened with me and all my family members during several visits.
Dr. Hani deserves 5 stars, but that lady at the reception deserves minus for her attitude.

Dr. Hany is a good doctor but
By far the worst clinic anyone can ever go to. All the receptionist are rude, have attitude and don’t know how to talk to their clients, they hang up the phone in your face. Tell you “I’ll see” when you make a request. They talk to you as if they’re doing you a favour. They don’t know how to do their jobs. Even with an appointment you’re still required to wait a long period of time. Everything about this clinic is every unprofessional. Every single time you call them, they will put you on hold for more then 5 minutes. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. A good example of how unprofessional they are is just by reading their comments to the reviews they received.
They also don’t do their job properly and in a timely manner.
This is the sixth time writing this comment since they keep deleting my reviews. They’re embarrassed of the truth and how they treat their patients.
Everyone should save theirselves the headaches and find a new clinic.

Very courteous staff and doctor at this place. We were there after hours because my daughter had a bug in her ear. They sensed our urgency and helped us out. I don’t know of many places that do this. Highly recommended.

We have moved to the building (3939 Duke) about 7 months back and have been using Dr Hani’s service for sometime. Dr. Hani is kind and courteous, listens to the patient and is accommodative. On the contrary, the staff at the reception is totally out of sync, they are rude, aggressive and unapologetic even when they are at fault. In my past 4 visits, this has been trend, though & their service has only deteriorated. If you want to get insulted by these rude women then pay this facility a visit OR else stay away! I will not recommend this place and will be taking my business away from them. Obviously the business owner is getting paid and they don’t care at all about the service being rendered as the staff seems to be overworked and hence these results. Just whilst waiting today, an elderly gent was insulted and rudely spoken by the front office staff. STAY AWAY from this place ️️️

Dr. Hanny at clinic is really good!
But the reception staff is worse, they are so rude to everyone. They really need some training on how to talk to customers. Their attitude is something like they think they are giving us something for free and they are the one who is working. This type of staff needs mental treatment for their behaviour and attitude.

This walk in clinic surpassed my expectations. After spending all day in emergency two weeks prior, I expected the same but instead I waited maybe a half hour. The doctor was quick to assess my injury and get me set up with an x-ray and blood test. He called a couple days later to assess my injury which had gotten better!

Dr Hany is the only doctor I know that was working throughout the pandemic. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. His receptionist Abby is excellent she immediately books followup and specialist appointments. If doctor Hany is away Dr. Karen Tran is always helpful and provides very good care.

Dr. Hany and Dr. Tran are really good and their whole staff is really helpful. Especially today they made sure I get my prescription even when there was a lot of missed communication. They also responded to chat within few minutes and checked up on me later to make sure I was all set with my medication. The pharmacy staff and receptionist all were really great. Thanks a lot guys️️

This place was so nice to go to and it made you feel really comfortable. They are able to answer your questions and really make you feel that you are in great hands. The store is clean and very friendly staff. It feels like that good old small town feeling. Always love going to this store.

Worst place ever, save urself, don't go, one and a half hr wait to see doctor, receptionist forget to give paperwork, asks patient to go back to pick it up

It is very unprofessional when the receptionist denies looking for my friends medical papers left by the doctor about a month ago. She then spends 10 secs and tells us they are missing and we have to make doctors appointment again to get them. Would not recommend.

I’m just taking this time to Appreciate Ms Abbey. She is an amazing amazing person. Always on her toes and very quick too. She gets things going. Very helpful every visit and every phone call I make was very professional. I’m so happy with the services she provide and I wish her all the very best. Dr. Hany is very lucky to have her as his staff.

Try to avoid is possible, looks like receptionist has got burden of whole Ontario or Mississauga’s clinical work. She is very rude and unprofessional. Why don’t they leave job if they don’t like it and let someone professional do such important and valuable job.

In reply, they mentioned that I was offered next appointment, but that’s not true at all, in fact I requested her to book my appointment for next day but she refused at that time and asked me to call next day after 11.30, when I told that I tried calling more than 5-6 times but couldn’t connect, she bluntly told me like she was very busy. I can understand that medical staff is very busy now a days, but that doesn’t mean you scold on someone, or make some one feel offended and victim of racism.

I have been visiting this clinic frequently for the past 3 years, wether is was for me or my kids, and I can’t say enough about Abir! She is super friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in whatever you ask her. I would recommend this place 100% as I am very satisfied with the service!

Where do I even begin? Firstly, I doubt their review points. A lot of low point reviews I’ve seen before have disappeared. Secondly, this is the place where I confronted with the most intense, most explicit discriminations as well as most brazen lies and snobbery in Canada. Before I became a Canadian citizen some years ago, I’d visited this clinic. For instance one time, my medical coverage expired, they called me in the afternoon to ask for an immediate payment of $50 out of pocket, which I thought it was fair. Over the phone I told them that I knew I could get my coverage renewed and back-dated the next day, but I wanted to make things easier for them so I suggested going back to the clinic and giving them $50 as a deposit; “if I get my coverage back-dated tomorrow, I’ll pay with my insurance, if not, you can keep my deposit. ” They agreed and double confirmed with me. I got there, gave them $50 as deposit, got my coverage back-dated with immigration the next day and returned to the clinic for my deposit. They shocked me by refusing to admit anything they’ve ever said, which again brought my memory back to the day when I went back to the clinic to deal with the charge, standing at the front desk and holding a 50 dollar bill between my fingers, the woman behind the front desk confirmed my name, smirked and to my surprise, snatched the 50 dollar bill from my very hand. It felt utterly suspicious; I again requested her to confirm “this is a deposit right? ” She promised “Yes, of course! ” Ah Ha, so in the end it turned out they treated me as a fool and just manipulated me into handing over the money. The one and only thing they care about was to secure the money. No faith, no credibility, no words meant to be anything validated.

I received the HPV vaccine there, before which I called to book an appointment for it. The front desk woman told me over the phone that they didn’t deal with anything about immunization and that I should have called “some organizations who handle it”. Quite confused, I made several phone calls. I even called Public Health Ontario. All ensured me it’s the clinic who provides this service. Back and forth several times I managed to got the shot, after which a female pharmacy staff there spoke to me loudly in public with stupid funny facial expressions “call our new doctor here, who’s a female doctor for all your gynaecological diseases” as if people who chose to get HPV vaccine were with a purpose to treat their unmentionable gynaecological diseases.

A lot of other super disgusting things originated from this clinic have taken place every now and then during that time. Things like they booked an appointment with a specialist for me, without either informing me anything about the appointment or giving my cell phone number to the specialist’s office to inform me the date and time for the appointment. I ended up with a $60 charge invoice sent to me by the specialist’s office for not showing up at the appointment. And not until then I started to realize that they did all those gross things to me on purpose in order to get rid of me as their patient.

After I got the citizenship and a decent job with a decent additional health plan, I went back there, asked them to de-roster me to terminate the family doctor-patient relationship. Dr. Hany asked to see me immediately even though he had a full house of patients waiting to see him and I didn’t even have an appointment with him on that day. God knows how hard it was for a patient to wait to be seen by him. He checked my insurance over and over again in front of me, so unwilling to release me that he even asked how he could make me stay as his patient. Which I understood not for me yet just for some guaranteed money. So gross but thankfully, I fired him.

To be honest, I’m surprised when I find out this clinic still exists.

The lady sits in the reception is so rude, it seems that she does not know how to speak politely, the only thing she can do is shout out loudly. In the meanwhile, she even did not put the mask on during this period.
We went to the clinic for emergency skin itchy allergy. She can just tell us that they do not accept walk in any more and only take the call physician, but why shout out loud to us and talk in such a inpatient way? We will not go to that clinic again, there are lots of better walk in clinics in Mississauga.

Doctor is really nice.but receptionist is too rude and not willing to listen and she yells very disrespectfully which is not good, noone is giving us free service even you are providing free service no one has right to speak or treat others with disrespect.

Respected team as I could not respond to the response I received from medicare here I Iam editing my review. My name is not there as I am not the one came for consultation, I came for my daughter -do not want to post her name here, I came twice to the clinic infact and I spoke to doctor thru phone on behalf of my daughter and Doctor was very patient and listened and responded.

But both the times my experience with receptionist was not good, she does not listen and responds very angrily. I can understand due to unprecedented situations your team trying to copeup with large volume of calls and trying your best I totally respect it and have highest regard.

Hey all is ok but the receptionist is extremely rude, i met her 4-5 times in person and would have thrown her out if she was working for me for extremely rude behaviour not being customer centric.

With my recent medical needs, I found both Dr. Tran, and Dr. Hani, both of whom attended to me, very compassionate and caring. And it is Abbey, the office manager at reception who, time after time, with my multiple appointments and last minute needs, continually and tirelessly goes out of her way to help me, understand my challenges, and consistently goes above and beyond to help with my appointments, follow-up paperwork, and help in every way possible. As part of a medical service team, she truly exemplifies how people working in this field add to what care means when people are in need. Thank you, Dr. Tran, Dr. Hani and Abbey for all you have done and continue to do.

Excellent medical clinic. Receptionists are always there to answer questions and act quickly. Dr Hany is very knowledgeable, friendly and always treats patients with respect. Pharmacist is there to prepare your medications and always reminds you the instructions on how to safely follow Dr's recommendations. A+

I have been coming to this pharmacy for about a year. I had the pleasure of dealing with John many times; he is the reason why this pharmacy/clinic has become my go to for all my health needs. John has only been polite, caring and informative regardless of how busy the office was; he always took time to carefully understand the prescription and explained the instructions thoroughly.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Shirley. The medication I required needed to be ordered and shipped but Shirley (and the wonderful assistants) went above and beyond by calling the supplier and getting the medication within a few hours. This clinic compared to others in the area is cleaner, the waiting area is larger (can fit baby strollers) and pricing at the pharmacy is very reasonable. For a professional experience with a human touch, look no further.

I had a great experience at this clinic yesterday. Wait times were long as it was around 4 pm but let me emphasize that they are ** MORE THAN WORTH THE WAIT **. The front desk was very warm and welcoming, dr. Hany was kind and attentive to my concerns, and concluding my experience - the pharmacists were amazing as well. First time at this clinic and definitely not my last should I ever need to visit a walk-in in the near future. Thank you team at Medi care for taking pride in your work and for making your patients feel welcome, heard and comfortable!

We have been with Dr. Hani for almost 3 years now. We are very happy with him as our family doctor. He is very welcoming and professional. He has become a part of our family.
We are very happy with the pharmacy and Dr. John and others who works there. They always offer the best advice and very honest with the patients.

Closes at 9pm. Showed up at 8: 30 pm and wouldn’t take me. Then maybe you advertise u close at 8: 30 pm. Not very good customer service.
