I started coming here sometime last year pretty much monthly for LHR, and every time I go in it makes my day. The staff (Sydney at the desk and Sydney who does my lasers) are always so sweet, professional, and have me laughing and smiling by the time I leave. I look forward to coming in just for the interaction alone:)

Ive been coming here monthly for over a year and every single time the ladies here have been friendly, professional and oh so so so sweet:) Sydney at the counter has always made me smile and Sydney who does my laser treatment has always made me laugh. I've had lip filler and tox done several times at different locations. This was my first time at Mediderma Medical Spa. I will never see anyone else. Kelly was amazing. She is an absolute artist. She made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain and go over all my concerns. She takes pride in her work, and it shows. She creates such an amazing atmosphere. Everyone here is very kind and professional and the studio is beautiful. However, I spent over $600 on laser hair removal and had zero results, literally NO DIFFERENCE in hair growth and folliculitis after every treatment. I can’t recommend going here and spending your money for no results and a ton of unnecessary pain. I deeply regret my decision to get laser hair removal here.

I went in to get lip filler and chin filler with Heather. She was so kind, patient and she explained everything fully. She even told me how the injections would feel before I even felt it, which I can appreciate. Heather really put my mind at ease, and explained the healing process in detail.
It's been over a week since having lip and chin filler, and I healed so quickly (within 2-3 days) and the results are AMAZING. I even posted my results to Instagram.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and let me tell you its my favourite place to be other than home! Syd from front desk is so welcoming and always make sure to accommodate me no matter what! She is always so organized! I look forward to seeing all these ladies! Nurse Heather always makes my lips beautiful and natural but also full without going overboard. She always makes sure she never overfills, and lets me know how much filler can be injected before it migrates. Shes the best! Syd has done one of my face treatments and laser and let me tell you it feels like Im talking to a bestfriend with all these ladies! Syd made it so comfortable for me during my laser and Nanofractional. I was nervous about laser but luckily Mediderma Spa has the BEST team who treat you like a friend not a customer! Dr akbari and nurse heather are absolutely amazing at what they do, they have made my lips so naturally beautiful. Always an incredibly positive experience when I go to MediDerma. I see Kelly, who is a registered nurse, for my lips, she's so kind and extremely knowledgeable - she makes you feel so comfortable, I also like that she explains exactly what she's doing as she's injecting the filler. She's helped me build my lips up while keeping them so natural looking, I will always be coming back to Kelly! I saw Dr. Akbari yesterday for the first time to get nose filler (and an impromptu chin filler as well!) and she was also amazing and made me feel very at ease. I was super nervous about my nose filler, she calmly explained every step of the way to me and just made the whole experience so positive for me. Definitely will be going back once the filler dissolves because my results are SO good! Desiree is also so warm and welcoming, explaining the process and really taking the time to make sure that you feel safe and looked after. I love MediDerma and I really can't say enough good things about them. Their prices are affordable, yet they never compromise on quality. I don’t normally write reviews but the incredible service and results I received at Mediderma Spa warrant it.
From the moment you walk in you’re treated like family. They’ve got a cute waiting area with hot drinks on tap. The receptionist, nurse and manager of the clinic are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Akbari is genuinely a sweetheart and someone I have recommended to so many of my friends and family because of her expertise and willingness to work with you. Her priority is to get the results that you want without being pushy or setting unrealistic expectations. As a newbie I was nervous during my appointment but she knew exactly what she was doing and it was obvious she always puts the clients first. Her prices are reasonable and I have heard from others as well that they love their results.

Dr. Akbari is amazing and incredibly skilled at what she does! I was so reluctant to go at first because I was nervous, but she sat with me and walked me through the entire process. She was patient, caring and extremely kind. I asked her so many questions and she answered every single one to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease.

I don’t usually write reviews but it is so rare to find someone of such high caliber in this field that I felt the need to share my experience! I drove an hour to visit her clinic and I will continue to do so because she is phenomenal and I am so happy with my results. I would highly recommend her!

When you walk in, the space is small but beautiful and very busy, which to me is a good thing! All staff, was friendly and wonderful and very knowledgeable. I got great results and I felt comfortable and in good hands. My friend recommended this place or else I would of passed it over, do to the lack of reviews and pictures on there website.
