The food was terrible! It was served with a piece of chicken with no flavor & a bowl of bad tomato soup. The program was ok but definitively not worth the effort & money!

Second time going. Our family and friends love going here. The kids love it. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second time going but our friends' first time. Our friend really enjoyed it. We thought it was awesome too. I could tell they have upgraded the sound system from the last time we went around 2010. Back then we could barely understand what was being said. This time it was a lot easier to make out what was being said. The amount of food (especially the chicken) is very filling. The tomato soup could have been hotter. The garlic toast is just the garlic Texas toast you can buy in a grocery store but still good. My herbed potato was a little small but very tasty. For our dessert we got an eclair. They really push the alcohol as a server asked us if we wanted anything from the bar like 3 times. Before the show we purchased a few things from the gift shop. I was pleasantly surprised that two 2XL t-shirts were only $37. But the shield I bought was $19 + tax and the wooden sword our friend got was $15 + tax. Later we realized they weren't even wood. It's a faux wood made of dense foam. Near the end of the meal, I would have preferred to have the coffee and tea served at the same time as dessert. And tea and coffee was only offered once whereas pop was offered twice and alcohol offered three times. But overall the show was EXCELLENT and I've recommended it to all my friends, family and co-workers. We sat at table 10 in the GREEN knight section. Despite cheering him on, he didn't win and the BLUE knight came out on top.

Excellent place for all ages, fun and pleasant atmosphere, the guy who served us was excellent

A large quantity of mediocre food. The kind of show that only you would find in North America. Growing up in Ontario. I always saw these commercials on TV as a kid and it's been a dream of mine to go.

Went on father's day and my family and I enjoyed the tournament. It was a little pricey for my family of four but I was able to get a coupon. When you see the production it's worth the money. You get a four course meal included for the price. The food is average, the corn, garlic bread and dessert were the best for me. You get served an entire half a chicken, even the kids and that's way too much, maybe the kids' portions should be smaller. There are no utensils you eat with your hands. I did rate lower for service because our waitress did seem tired and did not play the part. We still gave her a tip because it seemed to have been a long day for her.

Tellement d'ambiance!

Best dinner and show in Toronto. Fun for the kids and super friendly atmosphere. A little pricey on the top end of the VIP packages but it was worth it for our son's birthday's

I have been so many times, but recently took my 4 year old. The smoke and lightning scared him a little but other than that everything is great. Server was hilarious! I wish I could remember his name.

Great for young children to be wowed by the spectical.
A good time for adult looking for a great time, you can't take the action seriously but if you find the humor in it and honestly respect the skill of the actors your in for a good time. Would recommend for a jokes night. They do a great job!

The overall experience was good. At entry the greeting could be improved, especially for the younger guests who may get enjoy the greeters to be more in character/enthusiastic instead of the feeling that it's just a "job"

As usual all the paraphernalia is super expensive, but that's to be expected.

The show itself was fun and exciting. It was done well!

The food: (There is LOTS of it and it was very very sad to see how much food got thrown out. We, as a family, take wastage very seriously and it just felt down right WRONG to see all that food go to waste considering world hunger, and of course carbon foot printing initiatives that so many organizations and people are trying to improve as the world's supply of food and resources are depleting. We were so disappointed that this Company allows this much wastage. Guests of ALL ages receive soup, garlic toast, half a chicken, potatoes, corn, and dessert. None of us finished even a quarter of our chicken! (we are a family of 6) Children could easily have been served a quarter chicken, adults as well. I'm not sure what the biggest cost is for the Company but if it's food.cut the portions and charge less money for admission. As a Company you have a corporate social responsibility and you have failed significantly with this respect. So disappointed (in myself as well for not having checked before making the reservation).

We had a good time. Lots of food. Soup tasted off.it was a creamy tomato soup. And I think the cream had gone sour. Half chicken for everyone. I imagine there is a lot of wasted food at the end of the day. I don't know many kids that can eat a half chicken.show was good and we all had a good time.

Worth the experience. The staff is really friendly and those who perform, the actors, are amazing. Love the horses too!

The vegetarian meal was missing a few food items as compared to non-veg. So that was a bit disappointing. The servers are friendly and take care of your dietary needs.

Overall an amazing experience and a must visit.

Note for visitors: Parking is paid at $15 including taxes and make sure to carry some cash for tips.

I mean, it is what it is - in a good way. The experience was beyond what everyone told me should be lowered expectations. The food was OK, given the amount they're serving - and the staff was attentive. Show was good, if a bit wordy. Overall, a unique and entertaining night out. Not something I'd do repeatedly but it's worth doing at least once.

Pay the little bit extra for the VIP tickets. Better seating and some extras like a copy of the group photo for everyone in your party - makes up for the slightly more expensive tickets.

Fantastic & unique, always an enjoyable experience. Toronto is the only 'castle' that isn't a castle on the outside but once inside, you get the full pageantry & gallantry experience. Souvenirs are expensive but that's expected.

No, the food isn't extraordinary. It's still a half roast chicken, potato, corn, garlic bread, tomato soup, and dessert. But the equestrian show and combat are still great. It's cheesy fun, but a tasty cheese that's familiar.

The show has a target audience, and I admit, it isn't me.

For various reasons I have attended a few times over the years. The overall story hasn't changed and feels like it is being delivered by a LARP group. If it was presented more as a spectical with different spotlight shows, it may keep the interest more. Throw in some roaming jesters, jugglers and fire-eaters.

Food hasn't improved over time, but portions have increased. Carbonated drinks were not. By the time everything had been served, table just felt cluttered.

All staff very friendly. Very organized and efficient with covid safety measures. Show was fantastic! The horses are beautiful and the knights were too! Our server was amazing-he had a wonderful sense of humor. Service was like a well oiled machine. Meal was flavorful and hot. Never had to wait for the next course.

It's just a fantastic show! We had a lot of fun, and all staffs were friendly. It was impressive to me that they treated the bird and the horses well. Also, it's an excellent opportunity to introduce the history and lifestyle of the Medieval Era to children. If you plan to go to this place with your children, you would better review the field trip guide on the website in advance. It's helpful. I will revisit when the next family celebration is coming.

We celebrated my daughter's 9th birthday in Medieval Times this year. The show was fabulous, my daughter received a Queen of the Tournament ribbon from a knight and was super excited. I love how knights randomly give flowers to little girls, it's such a nice touch. I highly recommend visiting Medieval Times, especially to celebrate little girl's birthday!

Just want to thank the staff who made our evening that much better of an experience (Chanelle). The entertainment crew are extremely talented and take alot of care with their horses. With the manpower shortage they were experiencing, it was great to see management staff jumping in to help out. I would recommend this venue as a night out with great social distancing. Thanks Agian
