I recently had a phone consultation with Dr. Tong, and I'm thrilled with the experience. Their website made scheduling a breeze. Dr. Tong's expertise and clarity during the call were exceptional. He helped me complete my forms over the phone with patience and professionalism. I'm grateful for such a convenient and top-notch service.

Had a wonderful experience at MediOne. The staff was not only professional but also genuinely caring, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Doctors were attentive listeners and took the time to explain everything in detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in need of excellent medical attention

Looking for a family Dr is extremely hard!
The admin staff or whoever answer the email seems to be angry, communication is very poor! I requested to book appointment to speak with a Dr and it turned into a long back and forth email telling me my concern was already taken care of and I should go to after care on Steeles… I was literally begging for an appointment and I live in Vaughan. I am weeping as I type this review. I use to have an amazing family Dr (Dr Titi) who went on Maternity and since then I have been treated without any care. Got me thinking if I did anything wrong by walking into the clinic? Or am I been punished for something else I am unaware of?
As a black woman all this just triggers a lot of questions
All I asked for is to speak to Dr, get referral and treatment plan that’s all.

DR. Martin Tong is very good doctor and communicative but the the reception girl doesn't have customer service at all. The doctor said get the prescription to
The reception girl and I ask her and she said go to pharmacy and then I went to pharmacy I ask them for the prescription and she said The reception must give it to you. I went back to her and she said oh doctor should give it to you! Wait for the doctor! And then after complain I said I am not a soccer ball that you are playing with the patient and then she printed out! Shocked by her behaviour!
After Medione reply here is my answer: Try not to live patient after they are checked from the doctor to go back and forth from pharmacy to reception and sick patient to wait longer to wait for another patient checked! The Dr.should give the prescription directly to the patient and patient decide which pharmacy to buy the medication and not to send the prescription to your pharmacy!
