I visit this clinic and pharmacy regulary, have always received great service from their staff. The clinic is clean, efficient, and doctors are helpful, would recommend.

I had the pleasure of a phone consultation with Dr. Tong recently, and it was a fantastic experience. Making a phone appointment through their website was effortless. What truly stood out was Dr. Tong's expertise and his valuable recommendation for a referral to a foot orthotics specialist. He patiently guided me through the process and made sure I had a clear understanding. I'm extremely grateful for his professionalism and the help he provided. Dr. Tong and his clinic are a top choice for anyone seeking comprehensive care and expert referrals.

I am a registered patient with a doctor here. They offer walk-ins. I came here as a walk in patient and they refused me because they said my doctor isn't working today. So no other doctor is willing to see me. It's their "policy" that registered patients with this clinic are not allowed to see any other doctor but the one they registered with. They would rather me go to another random walk in clinic if I needed medical care. This is ridiculous. I spoke with Dr. Joyce Lai and the options were to book an appointment or if an emergency go to the ER. She was rude, dismissive and completely condescending. She did not give me a reason as to why my own doctors office wouldn't take me as a walk in patient. And yet the person behind me who was not registered with the clinic was allowed to pass through as a walk in patient. Honestly do better. This is ridiculous.

Great clinic, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. The place is very clean and organized. The front desk lady is super nice. Dr. Chan is very friendly, informative and well versed. I especially loved how she really took her time to explain my conditions with me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND:)

It says walk in clinic but they say you need an appointment. The receptionist girl has a stink face with attitude and show zero customer skills or compassion. Avoid this place!

Receptionist is rude and did not explain anything at all and left us on our own to figure out everything, which we did eventually.
If you can't help, then no need to be rude either.

Contacted this clinic about finding family doctors who speak Cantonese, got back a reply from their receptionist saying all doctors only speak English, if you are “uncomfortable” speaking English, go somewhere else. This irritates people as it shows people who speak fluent English are of higher standard and status? Please don’t mention on the website that the family doctors speak other languages other than English or people would be very confused as they want to find family doctors who speak their native language.

Very friendly staff and pharmacy. Fast and efficient service, went above and beyond to get me medications that was back ordered. Highly recommended to come here for all your medical needs.

I accompanied my spouse to the Medione Walk-in Clinic at Times Avenue and I am impressed with the young doctor, Dr Kim, Doo Young, thoroughness and loving-tenderness in examination and decisive action and referral. A highly recommended Walk-in Clinic.

It initially took a bit to get through to reception and find an available appointment (about 30 mins on hold), but once they understood the nature of my situation, I was able to be seen within 30 minutes. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Kim, who was exceptionally kind, gentle, and understanding. She took the time to clearly explain EVERYTHING to me - from the potential complications of my injury, the timeline for healing, extra precautions to take, side effects of medications, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised by her gentle and caring demeanour, which definitely brought me comfort during that stressful moment.

Moreover, the gentleman running the pharmacy next doors was equally as kind and friendly! I had a lovely chat with him while waiting for my ride to pick me up. Thank you both for being so lovely:) Happy to say that I have healed well since!

All it took was one phone call, and I came in and got checked in right away. Amazing service. Front desk staff is awesome and the physician was empathetic and straight forward. I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time there but I highly recommend this walk in clinic.

Receptionists are nice and do whatever to make your schedule fit in. Dr. Lai is very helpful and patient in explain my concerns.

All I can say is that the reception girl has no manner and unprofessional. After fill up the new patient form. I decided to cancel the appointment due to rude manner with non skills talking.

Dr. Lai was very thorough and also checked our blood pressure prior to administering our flu shot. She is fluent in Cantonese as well.

Having been a patient at both locations, I can attest to the professionalism, service and utmost care that is provided by the doctors and staff at Medione. You owe it yourself to come here and take care of yourself and your loved ones.

I can understand how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy doctor (s) especially when you have an emergency, and most walk-in clinics only offer a ‘virtual’ visit! When I booked an appointment to see a doctor, I was so glad to be able to in a timely manner and have someone see me in person. The physicians at Medione are prompt, professional, and truly knowledgeable!

Rest assured there are safety precautions in place— and the flexibility of multiple locations that you can consult depending on which is more accessible for you. I really liked that there are a variety of male and female doctors available. I’ve the pleasure of seeing Dr. Tong, Dr. Kim, and Dr. Coleilli in the past and have nothing but great things to say about them!

Compassionate physician and staff. Has excellent covid19 protocol making me feel safe to bring my 8 month old baby in for regular check ups.

Dr. Lai was very helpful in explaining the medical procedure she was going to do. She went through all the possible options and told be the best approach to take. She made me feel comfortable and was extremely professional.
