Mediterranean Bakery & Pizza

Are these pies or bits of wood? They are too hard to eat the edges I don't buy pies to throw in the garbage and we gave them a forehand note but to no avail.

Opens early in the morning for hot and fresh pies. I visit here frequently since I got addicted to their meat & cheese pies. They serve XL pizza (10 slices) in a good variety of toppings and variations.

The seating is good. Their pies are always fresh!

Made my order from Uber eats and so far I can tell it was the worst pizza and chicken wings that I had. Chicken wings were not sauced and the pizza had no taste. Absolutely garbage. The only thing I liked was the meat pie and that's it. Never gonna order from these guys again.

Good cheese pies, the chicken BBQ (I think that's what it is) is REALLY good!

Their pizza is a little ok the pricey side.

Pizza and food is always good, always fresh, I normally come during lunch when everything is freshest and being made in front of you. The pizza is still my favourite pizza I’ve ever had in my life.

I love the meat pies at this place but the cook is very unsanitary, he doesn't wash his hands he went to go touch the money and went back to make my meat pies didn't even change gloves, after touching the money he used the sanitizer a bit and went back to my meat pies I was really disgusted and will not be returning to this place unfortunately. During this covid time I expect the least would be sanitary served and clean food.

My family loves eating from this place, clean, reliable quality, and very affordable. Highly recommended.

Ultimately the best, I go there twice a week. Prices are reasonable compared to other similar places

Although this place makes the best Lebanese pies in Ottawa South, I am torn whether to come back here again or just enjoy the delicious ready-to-eat pies and stomach their unsanitary food handling methods. Tongs could be used to pick up the pies when throwing them in the oven and the parchment paper can be used to fold the pies in half to avoid touching the food, after handling several cash transactions in a day. Left a bad taste. Would love to see some reviews in the near future, about their updated food handling methods so I can go back again.

Not a bad place to grab Sfeeha (Lebanese pies). They have Akawi on the menu but the last three times I’ve gone in they haven’t had any ready and said it would take 20 minutes. Meat and cheese is a solid runner up though. Pies are very cheesy!

Great Tasting Pies and Friendly Service. Pies are packed with ingredients and Prices are better than any other pies bakery in Ottawa. Highly recommended.

I recommend this place for a family looking for good tasting halal pies. I saw that they also make pizzas and tried it and it tasted very good. (I only order pizza now) the Cheese is good and their prices are fair. Slice of pizza is about 2.75.

This is one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite for almost a decade now. Their meat pies are tasty, so are their pizzas. Customer service is simply great - staff is always friendly.

Great food for a great price. The staff is nice and accommodating. The food you find here is a healthier choice than other fast food places. There's tons of parking but getting into the strip mall might be a bit problematic during busy times. It's a small shop so it can get busy fast however the staff is very efficient so it's not a problem.

Fresh meat & cheese pies.i I have to say these are pretty tasty and I've had my try it at a lot of them around Ottawa in different restaurants. They are full of meat. They are packed with cheese. The seasonings in the meat makes them very tasty. I had take out however there is seeding to eat in as well. It is very clean. It is conveniently located off of Bank Street.

I’ve been going to this place ever since high school and it’s always been a go-to place to get reasonably priced food that is filling. I usually get their meat and cheese pies. I must say their prices have gone up significantly after a few years but I understand the need. Their cheapest pie when I went there a few years ago is now as expensive as their most expensive pie used to be. My only complaint is that it doesn’t seem like the cleanest place to eat but that doesn’t stop me from coming.

The place has good veggie and meat pies. Had a chicken pie and drink for $6. It has ample parking space in the plaza.
