Medplex Family Practice

This clinic has no discipline regarding their appointments firstly they booked when patient comes in their appointment they they saying sorry you have to wait for hours even when there is no patient and still they make patient to wait Doctor for hours. Staff is also not co-operated with patient and replying with so attitude and improperly. Even trying to call the Clinic but it’s unanswered the phone calls all the staff taking each others but no one initiate to answer the phone. They see phone ringing but they ignored not even try to answer or se the calls

Something is going wrong with this place. Perscription requests from pharmacy go unanswered, scheduled
dr calls are not made, contact with dr is very hard to arrange. Nice people but I feel very insecure with them as my primary care physician.

Apparently closing at 5 means that they won't and the phone or help past 4: 30. This is my family doctor and I can't even get help past whenever they decided to stop working
