This location has some of the best employees, I was having troubles getting my medication when I returned from a 3 month residential treatment program, staff was very easy to work with and very understanding of my situation. Highly recommend this establishment

Made getting a script much harder than it should have been, being patient is one thing being made to wait is not ideal especially for the nature of the prescriptions and the relief they bring. Hadn’t had any issues until recently not sure if it’s a change of management or something.

It really depends.
Sometimes efficiency, sometimes slow as sht.
And now I am out of my fizzling patience.

Refused to fill a valid script.
When the dr called asking why they suddenly lied and said no stock but they had stock 5 mins before. Manager is very rude, hung up on my Doctor twice

Very rude manager. I was stranded in Ontario due to canceled flights and the manager hung up on my doctor twice then yelled at me when I came in person. Instead of transferring it they deleted my prescription meaning I had to bother my doctor again for a new one during the holidays. Terrible service, very rude.
