I took in a rug for cleaning on a Monday and was asked to pay the full price and told it will be ready not the following Wednesday, but the wed of the next week, to which I agreed. I was told I would be contacted by phone when it’s ready but I didn’t receive any call or text so the next week, I called them on Wed assuming the rug would be ready as discussed. The lady on the phone told me they hadn’t even sent it out to the cleaning company yet — and here I am calling about pick up. I understand the delays because it is January and we have bad snowy weather however, you still have a responsibility toward the customer to keep them updated on when they will receive back their rug and/or if any delays because when I called I was thinking it will be ready and I am given the news that they didn’t even send it out yet. So if I did not call they would not have contacted me at all and I would be confused thinking what happened to my rug?
But it’s not even about the rug at this point I was UPSET at how the lady was speaking to me. As a business owner you have a responsibility toward good customer service. Instead of an apology she said “I don’t deserve this behaviour” and hung up on me when all I did was explain to her that they should have let me know if there was a delay. It is absolutely disrespectful to hang up in your customers face and that is why I’m here writing this review. Do not go to them, they are UNPROFESSIONAL

The gave me price for alterations and cleaning when I dropped off my pants and I paid in full. When I went to pick up my pants, they charged another $12.00 as they felt they under charged me. Now they lost my business. All for $12.00. Hope your happy!

Garbage, dont go if you wear branded n designer clothes.
I gave 2 of my designer sweaters for dry cleaning and these Idiots completely ruined it.
Each was worth over $100, and now sitting in the closet, cant wear anymore.
Stay away from them.

I have been going to Meena Cleaners over 10 years. I go because I have never had an issue and most important is service. I trust bringing Tommy Hilfer, Robert Graham and Brooke Brother shirts knowing they come back looking like new. And the most important reason is the family always greet me with a smile and respect. I would recommend anyone this great dry cleaner. Will continue to go year after year.
