This is the worst shipping company. I wish I can say in Canada but I am sure this is the service standard people are used to here. After 1 month + they found that my shipment is with an agent and it hasn't been shipped yet. Did not inform me, just shipped it in a sneaky way. For one month they gave me no information when I called, promising to get back to me, lying or pretending not to know anything about it. They took extra for air shipping but lost it for more than a month! If there was a any kind of customer rights organization in Canada I would have filed a complaint. If you have something to ship DO NOT, throw it away or fly to Israel or Ukraine yourself, it will be cheaper

Girl (was not able to speak English!) on the phone hang up on me, because I started speak to her in Russian. I am from west part of Ukraine and I left Ukraine long long time ago, I can speak English and French, but she can't, she said - Ukrainian only! I am Ukrainian, but I the closest language what I can use is Russian (sorry, it is my family language and language of my native city Kharkiv).
Sorry guys, but we are in CANADA and you must know English and French, I am making step towards you, and this is completely unprofessional to hang up the phone. Btw, this is a discrimination by language. Jtlyk.

And I'm disappointed. My package has been coming from Ukraine since April 10, it's been 43 days to date, and it's still in Toronto at the moment. In Ukraine, the father sent, paid for everything, and Toronto says, pay more money, and then we will send it to you. I honestly don't know how to understand this whole situation. I hope that one day they will still give me my parcel

I used the services of this company for the delivery of my parcels in Ukraine to the Kharkiv region and everything was pretty good except for a couple of times. The first one was in January 2022 when the package arrived three weeks later than expected. The second time was on January 4,2023, when my package arrived damaged. I explained my concerns to the support team and they spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner which didn't really help me much.

I have sent my parcel via Meest back in February 2022. For several months, it's been stuck at a sea port in Germany. In June, I have received a phone call from Meest saying that they are not able to deliver my parcel due to the political situation/war in Europe, and I will have to pay to get it shipped back to Canada. After that call, I sent an email to Meest requesting to ship the parcel back to me free of charge, or provide a refund. I have paid $60 for a service that essentially was not provided, so I don't think that I should be paying again to get my parcel back. Anyway, they have not replied, and after several follow ups, they have just deleted my tracking number from their system completely. I consider this a theft of my property - you are in possession of what belongs to me, refusing to return it.

Terrible experience. I sent package to Israel, a month has passed and my parcel has not arrived yet. Representatives transfer the calls to a person "responsible" for Israel packages and he never answered my calls and email. Still no idea what happened to my parcel and whether it will arrive. Stay away from this company, waste of time and money.

The staff seem quite rude. They don't give a new client all the information the client should be told before coming there with your parcels. There is two divisions One deals with Airline parcels and one deals with shipping containers. So if you're going you need to know the address and telephone number of the recipient.the exact contents and their value and the weight of the item so you know which category of payment is required. It was raining badly today but they still made me walk around to the back of the other big building. There are some very nice staff but hard to find out which staff member cares. The corporation has a Monopoly on Parcels sent and that's too bad cuz if they did they would be more helpful. If I had a choice I would send it with Canada Post.

The most unprofessional shipping service you can imagine. They gave my package to a 3rd party broker in Ukraine, who then tried to extort money by asking for 4 times the value of the item in clearance charges. They are slow, rude, and offer nothing in terms of service. Waste of time and money.

This location is always friendly to me and works fast. The ladies are always happy to explain anything to me and are very helpful! Thank you!
Sometimes if the parcel I receive is heavy the worker even suggests to put it to my car for me! I don’t have a car so they made handles from scotch tape for me one time.
When you go there to mail a parcel be aware that they have a special mailing cut off day, Thursday for example, and if you’ll arrive on Friday your parcel will have to wait in Toronto until the next mailing day next Thursday. So if you really want your parcel rushed, maybe it’s worth a call to know what is the cut off day is.

I knew Meest since I was a kid when my Dad would send parcels from the US. All packages came on time and as expected. Now, I am using Meest services myself (Toronto location) and I know I can rely on them (unlike other services that result in lost packages). They have a convenient location, parking is never an issue. Don't be putt off by their warehouse-like appearance - they are not a post office. The people at the reception are always courteous and speak multiple languages. From my personal experience I cannot relate to other 1-star comments about rude behaviour.
It is always nerve wracking to wait for your parcel to arrive to its destination, especially when you put in so much effort and love into selecting each individual item. Meest respects this effort by ensuring smooth and reliable service.

Do not waste your precious time. I ordered a courier through Meest to deliver extremely important and time sensitive documents. After waiting over 2 weeks, I had no choice but to cancel the order as the courier was not coming. I kept calling Meest to ask for any updates, the staff was rude and kept telling me to "call back tomorrow". I then paid for a courier though DHL Express Worldwide delivery and had no issues with them. The courier was at my door the next morning for the documents.

Last time I visited this corporation to send some packages to Ukraine, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked them why they charged me double delivery fee, when both packages are going to the same location. I brought the fact that polish corporations charge half of what they charge and they went off on me. These people need to learn how to answer question in a polite manner. There is no reason to be rude when a customer is asking for clarification. I strongly advice people to choose a different corporation to send packages to avoid this unpleasant experience. This company doesn’t not only have bad customer service and high prices, they have the audacity to speak back to a customer saying, “if you don’t like something, you can go to a different company. ” I strongly don’t recommend this Corporation.

I regularly send parcels to Ukraine via Meest (bridge in Ukrainian) they ship all over the Eastern Europe. My experience through over 20 years has been consistently great. Their staff in Toronto and in Kyiv is very competent and customer oriented. They also provide money transfer service.

I have used them many times to send parcels big or small to Europe, Eastern Europe, and Asia. They have so far been reliable, very professional, honest and not expensive. Highly recommend!

When I received a part, one box was lost in my city. The workers know nothing. They say wait, wait.
I met with the fact that the employees at the call center provide incorrect information.
I have suffered losses and no one is in a hurry to solve it.

Extremely unprofessional, 21st century and Meest refused to e-mail me an invoice, so i can solve the parcel problem. Awful service, felt my self back in USSR
