Meet Fresh (North York)

A great place to get some sweets and catch up with friends. There is a sitting area upstairs, which can be easily missed.

We got the Mango Shaved Ice, the portion size was huge, it could feed 4-5 people (my friend and i only ate half of it). The shaved ice was sweet (there's some sugary syrup in the ice) and they also put condensed milk on it which makes is 2x sweeter. The mango pieces were just canned mangoes soaked in syrup.
Overall, i wouldn't recommend this unless you share it with 5 people and everyone is craving sugar.
I really like that they have an upstairs seating area with lots of space and they even have charging cables. The washroom was also nice and clean.
I will definitely come back to try their grass jelly desserts!

great signature combination of pearls, small taro balls and peanuts altogether in the hot herbal jelly base! Love the nice crunch of the peanuts matching the chewiness of the huge taro chunk, and tapioca! The bowl might look kind of small but it's definitely super filling! Especially the taro, there were 2 big chunks of them that were cooked nice and soft! Great bowl to share between 2 people

They have a super large selection of dessert (both cold and hot) or you can also customize the different combinations too! I definitely recommended to try out the warm desserts to warm up this winter~

Great spot for some Taiwanese dessert!

The signature ice grass jelly was super delicious. The taro and yam balls had an awesome texture and paired really well with the grass jelly. The brown sugar flavoured shaved ice underneath all the toppings was also a pleasant surprise and very refreshing.

Overall, it was very reminiscent of the desserts in Taiwan. Would highly recommend!

Ordered hot grass jelly thinking there would be grass jelly chunks like other asian dessert places (even in hot desserts). This grass jelly is liquified without any chunks, which is fine, but we wish the staff made us aware of this. We would have ordered the cold one instead.

Just got this and there is too much water. Also the sweetness is way over the chart. I ordered the taro #4.

My issue is that whoever made this did not follow the recipe. This is probably my 20th time ordering it so I know what it tastes like. So instead of telling me to “choose the right product” maybe train your staff better so they won’t accidentally put in too much sugar and add more water to cover their mistake.

Had the interest of going in for a bubble tea but was surprised by the selection of dessert soups they had. Having never tried one of these before, I ordered one of the warm dessert soups and really enjoyed it. Not super sweet and loved the textures of the contents. Upstairs is quite roomy too at a location like this. Will for sure revisit.

The place is meticulously organized, clean and the staff are friendly. The food has been well presented and its retrieval is very straightforward and clear.
I enjoyed the meal thoroughly and the impression i had from the restaurant has been positive.
