Meet Fresh (Markham)

The only drawback is that you can’t add extra to the hot coconut milk bar. I drank it all quickly.

For me, it is too pricey for what they are offering. I got mostly ice and barely any toppings for $12.

Love everything on their menu. From taro ball and tofu almond dessert to their jasmine milk green bubble tea. I frequent both this and the midland location a lot. (sadly the midland one closed down) The atmosphere is great service impeccable. Note: their dessert is available hot or cold. A hot bowl of tofu dessert is perfect for frigid winter days.

It's classic Taiwanese shaved ice dessert, bring me back home. I like taro but wish it was not that mashy and can still be able to taste some bite size taro.

I had the Brown Sugar Milk Shaved Ice. The bowl is around 10 in diameter. I enjoy the shaved ice with the boba, pudding, and grass jelly. This restaurant is a must-go.

Staffs are rude. The dessert tastes good but I wouldn’t go again because off the staffs attitude.

Very filling portions that are great for sharing. Great for sitting in, also has some board games for couples or groups to play with.

Came here before Covid, food was better and service too. We ordered the signature icy grass jelly, the evaporated milk was not enough like before but the chewy balls is still good. The worst part is that we stayed for 35 minutes and they kept playing 1 freaking song non stop repeat.

Got the fruit shaved ice. Quantity is good but the flavor not great. Good ambiance and good place to hang out with friends.

We love meet fresh! But this locations two dishes we ordered came out a bit lukewarm: (the grass jelly soup was a bit odd tasting:/ but the hot tofu pudding was good:)

We were at the store an hour before close time and they were refusing to sell a number of item on their menu. I bought 3 dessert plus 4 caramel puddings on the side. On of my Icy grass jelly C was missing the sweet potatoes. The service was very bad. Never going back to waste my money there

Second time being to this location and always busy.
The service is fast, and the selection of food items is made fresh and pretty quick.
They do offer an app for faster/better ordering.

Service was great, desserts are unique and tasty. I purposely go there for their taro balls and grass jelly.

Friendly staff and tasty desserts. This location is one of the better ones among the GTA Meet Fresh chains (in my opinion) in terms of consistency and quality. Indoor spaces were clean and tidy.

Everything is so good and my favourite is signature grass jelly with taro balls. Highly recommend!

First time here, our group needed a dessert place after having dinner at Unionville.

The staff were friendly, but one thing that hesitate us from coming back here again is the price to portion ratio. Way too expensive for some of the amounts you're getting. The taste was also just decent, didn't match the price point as well.

Their desserts are really delicious. They remind me of Taiwan whenever I eat there. The fruits and all ingredients taste fresh. The staff are friendly. The shaved ice has so much flavour. I assume they mix it into the ice directly. The strawberry and mango shaved ice is a seasonal item. The vibe and design are spot on as well.

We got their Signature Icy Grass Jelly and Tofu Pudding No. 1. Signature Icy Grass Jelly came in a HUGE bowl of Grass Jelly, layered with Herbal blended Slush, topped with chewy Taro Balls, Evaporated Milk, it was so refreshing, the perfect sweetness and such a fun texture! Tofu Pudding No. 1 had a Brown Sugar broth, it had Tofu Pudding that could be silky-er, but paired with Mung Bean, Barley, and an icy sweet broth, it still made a good dessert!

Very disappointing first experience at Meet Fresh Markham. First of all, very misleading photo on the menu for Brown Sugar milk shaved ice. Look at the amount of toppings received compared to the menu photo. Secondly, the “milk shaved ice” is not milky at all. It feels like regular water crushed ice, like a snow cone. Based on this, I do not recommend this as Markham has many other delicious dessert places.
