The kindness and friendly people here allowed me to charge my ebike for a bit before heading back home to Kitchener. Super kind and I was welcomed to wait inside out of the cold and as I did so, I witnessed their interactions with some of their loyal customers. I really was impressed at how detailed they were in explaining to the customer what they did and what needed to be done soon.
The people here were genuine and trustworthy. Evidenced by having repeat customers.this is very telling about a business.

Took my SUV in for a flex pipe replacement. I was pleased to learn only one pipe needed to be replaced, very honest of them. Work was done quickly, well in advance of when I expected to get the vehicle back. Excellent service from the team there, would definitely recommend.

Had my tires swapped, and oil change done. Excellent. Staff are always professional, friendly and honest. I have been coming here for years abd gave referred others here as well. Staff are always willing to look at anything extra that I'm concerned about on my car. Went in to have my A/C fixed after being given an estimate of $4000 by Toyota. Got great service from friendly and knowledgeable people and the bill was well under $500! Couldn’t have been happier.

Services are great no doubt but only thing is they dont call you back after leaving a Voicemail but rest assured services are amazing.

Very good service! Explained everything to my buddy in a way he, as an inexperienced backyard- mechanic, easily followed, and managed to de- stress my Godson with some well- timed cartoons as we sat and chilled in the waiting area.

I've been going here since getting my first car in 2014, and my family had been going here even longer. The Congi family provides excellent service. I feel like a person while visiting them and not a means to make profit. They have taken the time to educate me on my car so that we can work together to keep it well maintained. I will continue to get work done at their location as long as I'm able.

This is the home garage for my entire family! Run by the Congi family, it is always fair priced, quality work and friendly service!

I have continually had an excellent experience with the gentlemen at this shop. They are straight forward, honest, and reach out to you every step of the way. I trust these guys, and their opinions. Though their shop is small, their work is great. Would recommend them without hesitation.

What made this a 5 star review is that John gave me great advice about an issue with my Kia Sportage. I still have to follow up with the dealer however John's advice could well save me thousands of dollars. Fingers crossed.

The guys at this shop are awesome to deal with! They are upfront about what’s needed, and not needed, and their pricing is very fair.

Had a couple issues but they made it right: 1. Put the wrong oil in my engine (update: apparently it was just a paperwork mistake on the invoice). 2. Put the brake pad pin in the wrong direction, grinding the rotor (update: they offered to fix it for free).

Excellent work. I’ve worked with the Congis for years, and they are great people. Solid work, always.

John and Franco always take care of my car for me. Been going there for years. No problems with their service. Will keep going to them.

I went to Meinke for an oil change and fluid top up. During my service the technician neglected to put on the cap to my transmission fluid. As a result, the fluid leaked out and caused my engine to cease. I contacted John about my problem and he at first agreed to compensate me but then went back on his word. Please think twice about trusting these people with your vehicle.

Been here a couple times even though I'm not from the area, this is the only place my sister goes for her car stuff.

We've gone there several times for car safeties, oil changes and brake fixes! They're always so friendly, reasonably priced and helpful. They do nice, small things like replacing my car key batteries free of charge, as well! I'm a fan of these people.

Really amazing service! They are honest and trustworthy. Every time I come here it’s like a family member or a friend looking at your car, I always know that the job is done correctly and I can trust that their recommendations are truthful.
I’ve been coming here for several years now; for the past 2 years I’ve been living in St. Catharines and I always make the trip to get repairs/maintenance done on my car since they always do an amazing job.
I’ve been to several mechanics around Kitchener, Waterloo and St. Catharines; several of them have done a bad job on repairing my car and have used scare tactics trying to make me spend money on unnecessary work. A friend recommended me to this Meineke - they were able to find the errors in the other mechanics’s work. Meineke took the time to explain what the other mechanic did wrong so that the other mechanic could fix his mistakes.
Now, this is the only place that I can trust. I have recommended Meineke to family members and friends, they are always happy with the work and their wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend!

John and his crew run a clean, honest shop. Good service and no BS. Had safety inspection done and bought winter tires here. Will come back in the future. I don't often leave reviews, but a good car shop like this is hard to find

Excellent, speedy service and reasonable pricing. Though it's a chain, there is a real "family-owned" feel about this particular location. The service employees take the time to learn the names of customers, and the mechanics will even bring you back to the shop to show you exactly what they're working on. We were visiting the KW area on the weekend from out of town and had problems with our VW. Brought the car in to see what was up? Have never had such GREAT service anywhere! John the owner went above and beyond to get us back on the road, right down to arranging a rental car while we waited for the part. Repair bill was totally fair! Drove away knowing we were sooooo fortunate to bring our car to these guys!

I had my aftermarket exhaust system installed by them on April. The service was good and reasonably priced. Four months later, the exhaust had developed a tapping noise while accelerating. I brought my truck in, they fixed the problem and changed both sides of side marker bulbs for me at no charge. I am impressed with the high level of attention and customer service. It made me feel I'm taken care of. Thanks John!

Prices are a bit high but great customer service. Mechanics there are always willing to show you what the problem is and explain why it is happening.
