I just found out about this gem recently. I had a new driveshaft and alternator installed and not only do they do amazing quality work, but they are quick and so friendly. Thank you guys:)

I had a great experience with this shop. The owner and Andy are very nice and helpful. Always reliable and fairly priced.

I have my car for services twice. They have done the job nicely as I wanted. The people are knowledgeable especially the guy named Andy. I would recommend anyone to have their vehicles for services there. Make an appointment in advance in order to get your vehicle done on time.

They were so friendly, and got everything done quickly and properly. I’ll definitely go back!

Work is always performed on time. They run a very customer oriented service. Several times, I have had to bring my car in because of the engine light coming on. Even when it's a false alarm, I never get charged for their time to look at the vehicle. Try that with your dealership.lol. Great service and friendly staff. Always try to do the best they can charging for repairs. Honest and fair.

Meineke in Oakville is worth 10 stars, not just 5. I required a front-wheel bearing replacement on my Classic car, as going on a four-day run, starting the next day. They squeezed me in, replaced my front-wheel bearing, and I was able to drive away 90 minutes later. Highly recommend them. I will be back.

We use Meineke for both of our vehicles, and when we chose to extend the life of our cars to reduce our footprint on the planet we knew we would be getting more repairs done. We didn’t know it would mean getting to know such a high quality group of people. The team at Meineke had always been up front, honest and professional, stick to their quotes and get the job done on time. We will be back!

I needed a safety certificate. Called bunch of places and these guys had the best price. They fit me in and less then an hour I had the certificate in hand. Highly recommended them.

Friendly professional service. I had no bad experience with any of the employees. I was lucky to have my car seen right away on an early Saturday afternoon with no appointment.

The mechanics are excellent at what they do and always very informative and friendly. I had a complete engine remanufacture done after 320,000km on my Jeep. I have been attending the same shop for many years. Their expertise is outstanding. I will stay with this shop as long as I own a vehicle.

Worst Customer care service ever. The person/owner at the reception was rude and disrespectful to me and my friends. Over priced charges on basic services. Good luck to the ones who wish to go there hereafter.

This location has fast and friendly service. Staff is knowledgable and will give you an honest assessment of you vehicle.

I had my car towed in from another shop for a second opinion. Thankfully, because it turned out to be a minor repair compared to the scare tactic the other company (I will refrain from naming) tried to use on me. The manager was extremely kind and talked me through my choices. I am so grateful to their team & extremely happy my car is running perfectly

I walked into this shop requesting new break pads, and after 4 hours I walked out with a bill for $1,834.50.

I have only taken my 2015 Honda CRV to Honda dealerships to get serviced (aside from the occasional oil change). I have always been happy with the dealership, but I thought I would give another shop a try to hopefully save some money. Unfortunately this was not the case.

I believe services that were not crucial were added to pad the bill (he even tried to sell me new tires).

The services on the bill included:

A coolant flush
A break flush
Rear break calipers
Front & rear break rotors
Front & rear break pads
Front & rear break service

I think the replacement of the rear brake calipers was unnecessary, given the age of the car and the fact that they weren't leaking any fluid. He mentioned that they were "seized and may need to be replaced". He never called back and just ended up replacing them and billing me for it.

An estimate was not provided prior to any of the work being done. Partially my mistake for being too trusting. Mostly the shops mistake for taking advantage of a first time customer.

When he presented me with the bill and saw the look on my face, all he could say was "it can really add up, eh? "

I read the reviews on here prior to bringing my car into this location. It looks like most of the reviews were written over a year ago. Perhaps the pandemic has taken a toll on this garage.

I have since found an honest and trustworthy mechanic at Superior Tire and Auto in Mississauga. I recently brought my other vehicle to him with an A/C issue and it was fixed a few hours later and he did not try to upsell me any other service. I will be taking my vehicles to this location going forward and I will not be returning to Meineke.

I live in Alliston and deal with the Meineke location in town. They have been my garage that I have used for close to 10 years and have always exceptional service.
Last week my wife was traveling and blew a tire in Burlington. Unfortunately I did not have a spare tire in the car and my wife was pretty upset.
I called the Meineke in Alliston and spoke to Dylan. Dylan called the manager in Oakville, Shawn, and asked if he could help.
Shawn offered to drive out to her location and his offer assistance. Shawn and another colleague were there shortly after and noted the tires required.
Shawn went back to the shop and brought back 2 tires and changed the tire on the spot.
My wife called and I thought that was UNBELIEVABLE.
I am grateful for the service provided by Shawn and team at the Oakville location.
Just another example why Menieke will be looking after all my vehicles.
